Ever since he came to TNA it has disrupted the young guys pushes. It has affected Samoa Joe, even though he feuded with Angle, he suffered his first loss to a 38 year old man, and lost the feud so it didnt help that much. Angle has also affected Aj Styles, you may not realise it but he has. Angle is taking up a ME spot and he's even champion. He just doesnt give me that TNA feel and hasnt even been here a year but is already a 2 time champ, does that make sense at all? Sure he can draw...well thats what we used to think. Look at it this way

TNA Ratings before Angle=1.0
TNA Ratings after Angle=1.1

So its no real improvement, sure I like Angle but I dont think he should be in TNA. He hasnt put anyone over yet, and as I said before, is only hurting the young guys. Look at Sting, he won the title but he won it from Jarret and then he put over Cage. Right now he's been helping out the up n coming stars, sure he beat Daniels but Daniels aint ever gonna be in the ME, hes gonan reform XXX. If TNA's main event scene right now was Joe, Cage, Sting, Styles, Abyss, and Rhino they would have stellar matches. Not saying ANgle doesnt put on stellar matches but he has no future with TNA, he may die within the next few years for all we know, Sting puts people over, Cage is teh cornerstone of TNA, Samoa Joe will be a top star, as will Styles, Abyys well he just should he'd be a pretty good ME'er and hes better then midcard, and Rhino continues to impress me in the ring, and by putting people over.

Well there is two ways of looking at this dude. I think he is good for tna but not in the long run. I say he should retire at the end of the year cause he isnt going to be able to walk otherwise. He should be a manager of a younger talent i think. I wouldnt get rid of angle on tna tv thou maybe although he should hang up his boots soon.

Kurt Angle is great for TNA right now, he puts on great matches and is giving them good ratings (Impact! got 1.2 2 weeks in a row) However, he isnt the future of the company, I would say he is the present. The bottom line is, Kurt Angle is holding the World Title right now so that once he loses it, he can put the guy he drops it to over, and he'll be "Passing the torch"

TNA received two 1.2 ratings in a row so I think that would make Kurt Angle TNA's highest drawing champion up to date. We all know 1.2 isn't a spectacular rating but its good for TNA, it shows growth. A few years ago TNA was getting 0.2 ratings which are horrible. TNA has came a long way since then and I hope they keep improving. A lot of people hate Russo but his time in TNA hasn't been a total failure, TNA is starting to draw some of its highest rated shows and thats not a coincidence.

Get rid of russo hire bischoff and put someone over angle aka joe or abyss and let them carry the torch for tna. Angle could be someones coach or something.

I wouldnt say cancer, a lot of people can learn from him. Just as long that he isnt wrestling for them long enough to kill tna.

Ok...Angle is NOT bad for TNA....the only reason he isnt putting people fucking over yet is because he is being built up as TNAs #1 guy...not WWEs or the Olympics #1 guy.......Angle deserves these title runs and he is the best champ TNA has had in a long time....Im fucking sorry but why the fuck would you hire one of the grearest of all time, and put people over him right away???

Kurt a cancer for TNA ? God have mercy on my eyes reading that...

Kurt is great for TNA, and I don't say it just because I'm a Kurt Angle mark, oh no! He is a wrestling legend (amateur & pro) and having a guy like of that calibre on the roster is very positive for young talents.

DAMN guys what did you expect? Did you really think that ONE MAN could double ratings? Let's be serious please! The point is, you are disappointed because you expected too much from him. Let's face reality, ONE wrestling legend leaving WWE is not supposed to bring every WWE fan to TNA as well, Kurt is not a magician and he did not come to TNA to be the saviour, he came there to be what he is: A WRESTLER (not a puppet). Kurt is the greatest pure wrestler in the world. Is Wrestling a cancer for Wrestling?

^ I agree, most people are overly critical on TNA and I really don't know why. Its not like Kurt Angle is going to change the entire wrestling world overnight. I think Kurt's time in TNA has been a success, like I said he is TNA's highest drawing champion up to date. Its like for people to think TNA is successful, they expect TNA to outdraw WWE or something, I'm sorry but thats not going to happen. Why cant we just enjoy TNA for what it is?

Yeah, like MHv1 said, he's built up as the number 1 guy right now. I'm sure he'll put over Joe sooner or later.

As i've said before Angle is good for TNA in more ways than he isn't. Casual wrestling fans who watch raw to see John Cena defend the title and SD! to watch Batista whoop Edge's ass would tune into TNA and see Samoa Joe, think who the hell is that and turn over the channel, but if you have Kurt Angle as champ, it is a knowable name to those fans and they continue to watch TNA and possibly buy it's PPV's. It is 1 of the main reasons TNA hire people like VKM and the Dudley's because they are known names. I am not saying they have talent compared to people like AJ, Joe and others but people who have never seen or heard of them before would rather see people like the Dudleys/team 3D and Kurt Angle because they are known. When TNA gets even more viewers it will be easier to give the title to Joe or AJ but for now, what they're using Angle for is working.

I agree with that, for people that have never seen TNA, they put the channel and see Angle as a champ, they may mantain the channel, but when you see AJ Styles or Joe, nobody without seeing previously TNA or ROH doesn't know them.
By the way, Angle has never being able to carry any brand. When they wanted him to carry Raw, he failed and WWE had to put back in ME HBK and HHH, when they were feuding Masters and Flair. Even he failed to carry ECW. And in my opinion, he isn't carrying TNA.

WWE never wanted Angle to carry any show. All they wanted is him putting other wrestlers over and he always did it with class and professionalism. When Kurt was drafted to RAW, Vince wanted him to make Cena look good with the title. Kurt will never be another HHH or HBK, why? Because WWE never wanted him to be the number one man and that "killed" his credibility when he was in his prime. Thank God TNA saved his career but we cannot erase the past, all we can do is improve the present and prepare the future.

He's a better draw than Sting was when he got there. After a few months, he should be feuding with younger guys to make more stars.
