Yeah Serena winning doesn't surprise me, just when I think she is dropping off a bit she comes back better than ever and just keeps winning titles

Wow. Paris Masters sucks right now, Murray out, Djokovic out and Del Potro out. 3 of my favourite guys gone and most of the higher seeds. I hope Ferrer wins it now.

Jerzy Janowicz has had a dream run at the Paris Masters, hit the best form of his career and has made it all the way to the final. Amazing for a qualifier to go this far in such a big tournament, he has already moved from 69th in the world at the start of this tournament to 26th. He now has to go against David Ferrer who has been in great form this year winning six titles, I like Ferrer but I hope Janowicz wins.

I'm split on who I want to win this final, I really am. On one hand you have Janowicz, the underdog who had to qualify for the main draw, and took out my favourite player Andy Murray. On the other hand, you have David Ferrer, a classy gentleman who imo would be a multi GS winner if Nadal hadn't been around on clay, not to forget he hasn't managed to win a Masters 1000 yet! In fact, whoever wins will never of won an ATP 1000 before, and even though Janowicz winning would make a great story, I'm tempted to root for Ferrer as this may be his last real chance of winning a ATP 1000 events, whereas Janowicz, if he lives up to the hype, will have plenty more opportunities.

I didn't realise that Ferrer had never won a Masters 1000 event, he must have been close quite a few times before. I guess that even reaching the final is a massive step forward for Janowicz so Ferrer winning would be a great result for both players.

That is one odd trophy. Good to see him finally win a Masters 1000 event. He has now won the most titles for the year with seven, one more than Federer. Another great season for him and as you said if it wasn't for Murray he would have been a multiple GS winner.

Love Ferrer so fine with him winning but I hope Janowicz can become something. Since I'm 100% Polish blood and American Tennis continues to depress I'd love for a Polish guy to become a champion.

Been following it and it looks like the top four will get through to the semi-finals like normal, Ferrer needs to beat Tipsarevic to make it and he should be able to do that. Going to be a flip of the coin to figure out who wins though, Djokovic vs. Federer final looks likely.

It won't be a Djokovic Federer final, Murray will have the home support behind him and Federer is making too many errors to beat him. Even if he does beat him, he will face either Djokovic or Del Potro in the final and by then he will be too tired to win.

It is a Djokovic/Federer final :p Federer beat Murray in two sets whereas Djokovic struggled to get past Del Potro in three sets. Should be a good final and I think that Federer can take this.

Djokovic better take this. Sick of the Federer fan brigade thinking that the only real name in Tennis is Federer. Crowd last night was awful.
