And at least I got to experience being a mod after my long journey (and memes) towards becoming one, before this merge has taken it all away

Right on, brother. We already got some great members already that have become mainstays on the forum. Seeing this place grow even further since I joined is such an amazing feeling. It's a great place, and I'm really glad. The one place on the internet that always lifts up my spirits.
If both profiles have the same email address, yes. Automatically.
Edit: If your accounts were not merged, don't fret ...the owner can merge accounts at will. All you need is to tell him you want "x" to be merged with "y."
