Trying to figure out this life thing, what about you
Mindblown as I watch The Warriors for the first time since I was a Teenager that a Film named The Wanderers came out that same Year. Did anyone see The Wanderers and when it comes to the Warriors which I dearly love didn't I hear a Reboot being done by someone a few Years ago?

The Warriors is amazing. I always loved the part where they are being chased by the Baseball Furies. So tense.

Yeah when I've talked to other fans of the Film and the Story it's always that fight. Personally I love the Fight The Warriors had with The Punks in the Men's Bathroom. It was back and forth between the two groups at one point it looked like the numbers advantage would be their downfall and then it went the other way with The Warriors coming together scrapping to finish them off. By that point in the end they are tired, hungry, and wanting to get home and they have that fight with The Punks it's like damn a scrap right now. You think they are safe and then the Rogues show up.

The whole movie definitely keeps you on your toes and nervous throughout. Every gang is after them, it's crazy. Such a quotable and memorable movie.

This was always unnerving as hell:

Anyone's ever seen Dellamorte Dellamore (1994) ? Also called Cemetary Man.
One of my all time favourites, definitely top 3, but few people know about the movie.

@List of Jericho I feel like I've heard of that but not sure I've actually watched it in full. I know quite a lot of obsure horror films so good chance I've seen it floating about.

I'm thinking of watching Dream Warriors tonight. I watched Parts 1 and 2 of Nightmare on Elm Street last night. It's probably my second favourite after the first movie like most fans of the franchise.

I finished the World War I kick I've been on (can't think of any more on the subject I care to watch at the moment) with the Peter Jackson They Shall Not Grow Old documentary tonight. Fucking great stuff, pretty much takes you through the entire war from the average soldier's point of view using only real-life footage and voiceovers from soldiers from past recordings. Also watched 1917 and Paths of Glory recently, both which showcase trench warfare really well, funny that the movies are literally 60 years about with Paths of Glory happening in 1957 and 1917 coming out in 2019. I might rewatch All Quiet on the Western Front too but idk I think I'm ready to move onto a different war.

I watched this spanish film yesterday on Netflix called The Occupant. It was really quite good. I should watch more spanish films. It had the actor Mario Casas who was in The Invisible Guest which was also a fantastic thriller.

Very tense movie with a lot of twists and turns.

I watched quite a bit of Spanish films in high school Spanish classes actually but i remember like none of them lol one that stood out was this horror film called the Orphanage. That was good shit

Watched a clip of Bob Saget and Kevin Hart talking about Norm McDonald's movie Dirty Work a movie I haven't seen since it came out on VHS, so I decided to watch that and then Screwed. Dirty Work was even funnier than I remembered it, and Screwed was ok but it's a generic Sandler buddy caper.

Then I was scrolling through movies and saw a Cena movie with Lil Rel, it's exactly what it looks like.

Then for some reason I went through DC cartoons like Injustice(ending was shit) Batman: Long Halloween(meh) and some random Tom Hanks movie with him a dog and a robot in a post apocalyptic future called Finch that made me misty eyed at the end.

I've been on a Scorsese kick lately, I rewatched Taxi Driver and Casino. Both movies still hold up in a big way

I fuckin' love De Niro's earlier performances, guy is boss

Scorsese's best is Goodfellas for me, but I never saw Taxi Driver or Mean Streets to be fair. His last movie, the one that came out on Netflix, I don't remember the title but it bored me to sleep.

Oh man, you need to see Taxi Driver. Some of De Niro's best character work by far

Mean Streets is okay, but I found it quite forgettable
