@Honey-Blazed I made this. I'm not sure if it's exactly what you are looking for but I made the border myself using some shapes from the album cover and tried to keep it in a 90's vibe.

I have told people I can get them a copy of PS. But, eh no one ever wants to listen.

I found the same image and sized it better so it takes full advantage of the bigger avatars.
Here's some new avatars I've made:
I've made two different avatars of Mankind. The second one looks kinda sloppy compard to the first one. It's not easy finding a decent vector of Mankind wearing a white shirt and black tie. The other avatar is The Angry Video Game Nerd. I wanted to make an avatar of him because of his videos. TBH, I can't stop watching them lol.
The avatar's now available for use.
