@The EC @Dark Phoeni⦻ you two watching this post show?
So they're definitely not resale. AEW is just having their cake and eating it, too. No worries, though.
What are Official Platinum Seats?
Official Platinum Seats are premium tickets to concerts and other events made available by artists and event providers through Ticketmaster. They give fans fair and safe access to some of the best seats in the house.
Are Official Platinum Seats resale tickets?
No. Official Platinum Seats were not purchased initially and then posted for resale; they are being sold for the first time through Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster's Official Platinum Seats program enables market-based pricing (adjusting prices according to supply and demand) for live event tickets, similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold. The goal is to give the most passionate fans fair and safe access to the best tickets, while enabling artists and other people involved in staging live events to price tickets closer to their true value.
Why can't I buy Official Platinum Seats for certain events?
Currently, Official Platinum Seats are not available for all events. Be sure to check back often as new events are continually being added.
How do I buy Official Platinum Seats?
For events where they are available, please note that Official Platinum Seats can only be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com, and they cannot be exchanged, transferred, or purchased with Ticketmaster Gift Cards.
What is the Current Price per ticket?
The price you pay is the original price of the ticket. Official Platinum Seats were not purchased initially and then posted for resale; they are being sold for the first time through Ticketmaster on behalf of the artist or event provider.
Other amounts or fees may also be included in the Current Price, or may be added on top of the Current Price. If additional amounts are added on top of the Current Price, they will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
So overall how did you guys like this show? I read through the thread, but I won't be able to watch a replay until later this week if I get around to it. It looks pretty good, but idk how I feel about some of the booking. Granted, reading results is never a substitute for watching bc some things just translate better when you see it. Jericho as their first champion feels like a big letdown to me even though I'm a huge fan of him, idk I think it would have been better if one of the Elite like Cody or Omega won it even though that would have gotten criticism for them booking themselves to be champs early on, but I just never thought Jericho would be champ as I thought he'd just be in the gatekeeper main event role to lose to top guys when they'd want them to get to that next level.
That tag and women's division really looks awesome though, I kinda expect to enjoy both of those more than the main men's roster from what I've seen at this point.
That's what it says, but isn't much relevant to this weird rant he made about WWE and AEW.Also worked for Lucha underground.......
Also worked for TNA......also producing Big Brother currently.....a show that has better ratings than rasslin.....just saying. That's what it says, but isn't much relevant to this weird rant he made about WWE and AEW.
That said, maybe he really just wants AEW to hire him. LU did create some buzz 5 years ago.
His tweets weren't normal critique. They were clearly deluded. Who tweets about WWE not being afraid of WWE and WWE laughing at AEW? That's not critique. And then he ends his tweet rant about not being a WWE defender? The point that went over your head is he literally worked for WWE creative for 6 years so there's a clear bias that he himself recognized and tried to distance himself from. Also worked for TNA......also producing Big Brother currently.....a show that has better ratings than rasslin.....just saying.
Not everyone is a shill or just wants jobs when they critique something.
