I hardly think that Ryder is getting a demotion he was never in the main event to begin with to be honest sure he was in 6 man tag match but that was more to the fact that John Cena was getting his handed to him by Kane (loved every minute of that but not liking that he seems to have added the mandible claw to his aresenal he's not Mankind).
As for the Micheal Cole thing yes he's a terrible commentator whom someone should've knocked out and so far only Jerry Lawler has the others haven't gotten close to him what needs to happen is Kane, Sheamus, Orton one of those 3 needs to grab Cole put a finisher on him and write him out of the commentary box then he can come back later on with one of the FCW guys who are ready to come up and have that guy get instant heat against Orton or Sheamus or even Kane.
