Uncut means during comercials you see the ring.

Why isn't there a cut version and why is XWT down? Is it for day-two or like forever?

There isn't a cut version because DirecTV which is owned by Viacom has stopped carrying Spike.
So the only way to see impact is via Satellite, and some people can tune their satellite to the studio, and not to the main channel where you see ads.
