What are those games you've bought and then hated your decision immediately? It's happened to me a few times and it is the worst feeling. Especially if you have bought the digital version.
My number one has got to be No Man's Sky:
I got caught up in the whole hype train pre-release and it just wasn't very good. Felt lifeless and whilst exploring was cool, a lot of the planets just felt the same. A lot of the features promised were absent. It is a game that was not worth full price and I probably wouldn't have paid more than £10 for it on Launch. So yeah, I felt like I'd been robbed. The game isn't that bad anymore but it's hard for me to play it because I still am very burned by how the game was initally released.
Next would be Call of Duty WW2:
I was excited because it was the first Call of Duty game to return to classic combat. The previous ones were all futuristic warfare with jetpacks. Sadly I just hated this game right away. The campaign was about the only okay thing and even that was lacking. Everything just felt super unpolished. I hated the feel of the weapons, the maps were some of the worst I've played in an FPS. It's one of the first COD games where I legitimately only got to about first prestige and quit. That's how much I just didn't have fun with the game.
*sigh* what could have been
