Honestly, other than Bacona and Eggs every Sunday (whcih isn't even really breakfast, cause I have it at noon) I haven't had breakfast for years.

I gotta have variety in my cereal. I get tired eating the same brand continuously. That being said I like many brands but if I had to pick one, can't go wrong going old school picking captain crunch.

Cinnamon toast crunch is good but it has to be a chill/stay home day because it gets to your breath easily.

I honestly have to say Cinnamon Life. It's got sweetness and flavor, but it actually has substance. That said, Frosted Shredded Wheat (whatever size) is next best.
