OK i know jericho was brought back to save us but from who im hoping he finally puts cena in his place or jumps to smackdown to take on edge

I think the WWE finally recognized that Y2J cant bring a bigger impact than Cena, Taker, HHH, and Batista. Thats why his momentum was slowed down and nothing much about it recently. As WM is on the way, they want ratings, so they made other superstars to be involved in a bigger feuds and storylines than him.
Jericho needs to be turned heel and they also need to bring back the Highlight Reel then after they turn Jericho heel have him feud with Hardy or HBK. That's a way to push Jericho.

Jericho is near the bottom of the face food chain right now.
On Raw you have;
1. Cena
2. HHH
3. Hardy
4. Flair
5. HBK
6. Jericho
He is the 6th most over face on the raw brand right now. Thats curtain jerker territory right there. The WWE panicked when just about everyone went down with injuries and quickly signed Jericho. Upon his return, almost everyone was back. There is really no place for him on Raw.
Bottomline, Jericho is not a draw, has never been a draw, and will never be a draw. He is as over as a midcarder gets. Vince has said himself that one of his biggest regrets is making Jericho the undisputed champion and putting him over Rocky and Austin.

Face or Heel, I think SD would benefit from him a lot. I'm still hoping that one Big Show get's settled and actually starts wrestling again, he'll be on SD (I think he's only appearing on Raw to maximise the hype/profile/exposure they'll get out of the money they're paying Mayweather)....
Between them they could do wonders for SD as I think they're running out of fresh match-ups for the main players.
