WWE has made attempts to get into contact with Chris Jericho about a possible return.

Based on what is known at this time, Jericho was said to have been really turned off by the current McMahon angle and reportedly doesn't want to be associated with WWE at this time.

Many expect Jericho to make a wrestling return within the next year or two and TNA is definitely not out of the question.

i have to say i don't wanna say anything about that storyline angle, as it doesnt interest me whatsoever, plus i dont wanna sound like an douchebag... but im 100% with Y2J with his remarks of the angle and i don't blame him

So is this like the 10th attempt to try and get Jericho to resign I think WWE should get the hint that Jericho doesn't want to wrestle right now.

Y2J is right, who would want to be assosiated with this dumb angle. I personally think he would do great in TNA, but going into there, he would have to bring something TNA doesn't have.

If he doesn't want to be involved with the angle he should go to Smackdown they barely talk about it.

I agree let him go to SD feud with MVP, Hardy, or Edge, the McMahon angle is on all the shows but on SD the least of the three. Kind of an irrelevant discussion though if he isnt interested right not.

SD would be cool, he would actually stand a chance at being a champ on that brand.

As to his feelings about the angle, meh. Its his choice.

At the very least he needs to realise that as a singer, well he ain't so good.

you know whats really sad, every week there is a WWE tried to sign Jericho report and every time Jericho appears on a show he denys that there have been any attempts to resign him. in other words if Jericho says that the WWE isn't trying to resign him then I think all of these stories are a load of shit.

I'd assume he's just fucking with the fans again, but oh well. I'm sure the WWE has tried to sign him, why wouldn't they?

when Jericho messes with the fans he goes all out, I don't think he would lie about not being persued unless he had actually signed. Then yeah he would probably deny it so he would get a better shock factor when he showed up. The reason I don't think the WWE is trying to get him right now is because they parted on really good terms. They told him the door is always open. He will be able to just call them up on a Sunday and say I want to be on Raw tomorrow and he'd be there. I think the WWE realizes that Jericho left for a reason and that he will come back when he's ready, and no amount of money is going to make that momment come sooner. I think they know this and therefore the ball is completely in his court. So I don't think the WWE will ever offer him a contract. I think it will be more like Jericho calls them up, says I want to come back now, and this is what I want, and then it will be the WWE who says yes or no. Not Jericho saying yes or no to them.

i think he could end up in TNA, who'll let him tour with fozzy and do a couple of matches a year. we'll just wait and see, i like him but i don't see the point of persuading him to sign when he doesn't want to

Y2J could single handedly save SD! He is one of those guys with the power to do something like that, there aren't that many guys who can do that these days.
