I asked this exact same question on the 360 forums, lets see what answers I can get out of a wrestling forum lol.

Well, I was messing around with the options, I turned the video into 1080P instead of 1080i and my screen when black. My TV only supports 1080i and now I need to find a way to change it back to 1080i! How do I do this? How can I change it back so that its 1080i instead of 1080P. I need to find a way to get a picture to do this...help!!

EDIT: Nevermind, I fixed it :)
