Is it just me or has recently WWE been trying to sign everyone they can? Is this for NXT? i think their gonna bring tons of people in and end up eventually having to put people who have already competed , back on the show when fcw runs out of talent.... like really, recently theyve signed alot of people, austin watson, beef wellington, the guy trained by lance storm, joe anoa'i, tyler black, and the college football guy they signed in like the past 2 days, whos next and why?

That's a real guys name? lol. Wasn't that one of Bart Simpson's joke name when he called Moe's bar or one of Jim Carrey's prank names?

As far as the thread question goes, it could be so they have a good roster for NXT 3.

Tons of guys? I see it perfectly normal, besides, I don't see anything wrong with WWE wanting more talent in their developmental. It does nobody no harm

the more guys they bring into fcw, the more guys are gonna move into the main roster, the more guys who move into the main roster, the more guys who already work there get laid off or barely featured on tv because of the rosters being too large...

@jurassicbonez yes thats a real guy and i understand the nxt thing but eventually its going to get old and people will stop watching it...and then wwe is gonna be stuck several dozen superstars who they won't be able to use for anything, wasting the talents time and wasting wwe's money..

Actually, the more guys they bring into FCW, the more guys that are likely to never get called up and stay in developmental, just because competition will get that much harder.

Seriously, look at the FCW roster. Before NXT, nobody was getting called up, because there was nobody to get that honor. And you can see why, out of the 16 guys that have participated in NXT, maybe half of them would have gotten called up individually and be succesful.

And on the other note, I don't see anything wrong with the new guys making some guys already on the roster getting less TV. If their spot is being jeopardized by a rookie, is because they aren't that far up the card, which by all means mean they are expendable. I am all for a new wave of guys getting called up instead of watching Goldust, Vladimir Kozlov and Santino Marella randomly pop up on Raw.

Don't see the issue here. Some may last, some will not.... In the meantime they need a steady flow of fresh guys to populate NXT with. Not like WWE would have any bones about releasing anyone after a mere 6 months or even less.

Kozlovs push: Beating taker, getting world title match... That WAS his push (and significantly more than most get).... And he didn't get over... Can't blame ECW itself for the decline of Zozlov. He was booked to look strong whilst he was there too.

Nah personally I'm happy he was sent to ECW. I was afraid WWE would keep him on Smackdown and relatively keep him strong so they could repush him when wanted, a la Great Khali. They shipped him to ECW and eventually they got bored with him, just as they did with ECW itself

Because developmental guys aren't released all the time.

Bringing in new guys is necessary as the FCW roster is pretty thin.

The FCW roster is pretty thin but thats better than full of guys who barely do anything and get payed for it... FCW shows aren't a long time and the less time guys get the more they are being payed in comparison to how little work their doing...

How little they're doing training-wise? Are we going by some match time or something? Impossible for us to say who is or isn't working harder than wrestler J, C or X.

Are you saying more guys on the roster limits time to practice or train and the more guys that are brought in brings they're overall worth down because they're not working as hard as they would if they're were fewer of them?
