Hey, i'm carrying this over from my thread on another forum, starting with my Survivor Series that i posted about a month ago. Their is no real backstory, just a continuation of the WWE from No Mercy with the exception that ECW was cancelled and the roster split between Raw and Smackdown. Most of what you need to know is in the preview below

Enjoy, and the rosters are at the bottom too

Streetfight
Triple H vs Mr. McMahon

These two men have been at each others throats for years, but just three weeks ago, the deep root of their hatred was exposed by Mr. McMahon’s only daughter Stephanie. Not only did the bombshell rock the McMahon family, but it shocked the wrestling world as Stephanie announced in front of the entire world that she and Triple H are a married couple. We were let further into the family feud as Stephanie again spoke in front of the viewing audience, explaining that her father had never approved of her husband as an acceptable son-in-law, and that’s why he has put Triple H through hell lately. The Chairman of the Board even admitted he may have deceived The Game over the amount of votes he got at Cyber Sunday for a shot at the WWE Championship, a match that saw CM Punk allegedly receive the majority of the votes.

This past week on Raw however, the rivalry carried on even further, further than anyone could possibly have imagined as Triple H dropped another bombshell, telling his father-in-law that Hornswoggle, the person Mr. McMahon believed to be his illegitimate child was actually not his son. The King of Kings continued to let his anger evaporate, explaining to Vince that he and Stephanie deceived him in this way to try and make him act responsibly towards someone who needed guidance and looking after, in the hope that he would show some compassion and feeling towards their daughter. It appears that Mr. McMahon has had nothing to do with his granddaughter since she was born, something that deeply hurts Stephanie, Triple H and Mrs. McMahon too.

However, Triple H did offer his long term rival an escape clause last Monday night, giving him the chance to have an easy night this Sunday. The Game said he would pull out of their match and reveal who in fact Mr. McMahon’s illegitimate child is if the self made billionaire would except him into the family and treat his granddaughter like he does his other grandkids. After debating over a seemingly reasonable offer, Mr. McMahon answered by telling an angry Triple H he would never accept him as a son-in-law. Accepting the decision, The King of Kings took it quite well and said Stephanie and Linda may have not received the answer they wanted to hear, but he certainly did as he can now get the chance to beat the hell out of his father-in-law this Sunday, then displayed his hatred by giving Mr. McMahon a long overdue pedigree. It seems we could be in for a war when these two go head to head this weekend.

Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match
Team HBK (Shawn Michaels, Matt Hardy, The Undertaker & Chris Jericho)
vs Team Orton (Randy Orton, Finlay, Mr. Kennedy & MVP)

William Regal was very enthusiastic about putting together a match that could create a legacy in the history of the Survivor Series, and it appears he has done just that. Approaching the WWE Champion, Randy Orton several weeks ago, the now Smackdown General Manager asked Orton whether he would be interested in leading one of two teams in a traditional elimination match. Once assured his title would not be on the line, Orton agreed. With one captain set, Smackdown’s WWE United States Champion, Montel Vontavious Porter made his interest extremely clear to lead the other team, but rumours were rife that night speculating that the role had already been taken. The Franchise Player as he likes to call himself, didn’t seem to believe it, but he had no choice but to believe it at the end of the night when Shawn Michaels revealed himself as the face of the cryptic messages we had been seeing over previous weeks in front of his delirious hometown fans in San Antonio.

Michaels’ and Orton’s history goes back to earlier this year, when Orton put Michaels on the shelf with a severe concussion, an injury Orton intends to repeat this Sunday. Michaels on the other hand is content with evening the score and leading his team to victory. Over the past couple of weeks, The Heartbreak Kid has played mind games with The Legend Killer on several occasions, keeping him guessing on who his partners would be. After announcing Matt Hardy as his first, he kept Orton in the dark before a six man tag team match later that night, with The Undertaker revealing himself as team member number three. And just over a week ago, Michaels promised a huge surprise for Team Orton on Smackdown, and boy did he deliver, as Y2J Chris Jericho returned to the WWE to complete the make up of Team HBK, only after Michaels had elbow dropped Orton through the announce table. With MVP, Kennedy and Finlay joining Orton, does either team have any kind of advantage?

On Raw this past Monday, Orton reminded us all about his record at the Survivor Series, being the sole survivor three out of four years and beating The Showstopper on two of those occasions. This brought Michaels out and then brought home bad memories of last year for Orton, reliving in graphic detail how Orton was on the wrong end of a whitewash. Orton was quick to point out the achievements he’s made this year and intends to finish 2007 in style, by beating Michaels once again. However, later in the night, Orton and Michaels met in a tag team match, and it was Michaels’ team picking up the win as Jericho defeated MVP, with Orton also getting a dose of sweet chin music. But Friday night on Smackdown, Orton made sure he made his mark in a typical Legend Killer manner. With all Raw superstars banned from the arena by William Regal, Michaels and Matt Hardy took on MVP and Finlay in tag team action. With the match getting towards the close, Orton jumped the barricade with Mr. Kennedy, RKO’d Hardy on the outside before entering the ring and delivering the deadly running punt to Michaels’ head, in a flashback to earlier this year. That was not enough for Orton, as he instructed his team to lift Michaels up, and then executed the RKO to his opposing captain this Sunday. Will this match have the oh so familiar ending with Orton involved, or will Michaels get the ultimate payback?

World Heavyweight Championship
Batista (c) vs Umaga vs Edge

The desire to be the World Heavyweight Champion runs deep in both Batista and Edge, but they both know that in Umaga, that desire will be tested to the absolute maximum when these three superstars meet for the gold this Sunday night. This all started over a month ago when Edge made his return to Smackdown following his long lay off due to a pectoral injury he suffered, which forced him to forfeit the World Heavyweight title. With obvious jealously directed towards The Animal, Edge set about making his life difficult the moment he returned. In fact, it was The Rated R Superstar who became the first Guest General Manager, and his impact was well and truly felt as he brought Umaga to Smackdown and forced Batista into a match at Cyber Sunday against the monster which would see Edge act as Special Guest Referee. Quickly seeing this as an abuse of power, the Board of Director’s quickly intervened and changed the match to a championship match and laid out three match options for the fans to vote on. And for the first time ever, there was an exact split as Batista was put into an almost impossible situation as Edge was voted in as referee for a Last Man Standing match.

With Edge seemingly torn about how to officiate, he eventually snapped and tried to spear The Animal, a move that backfired as he was on the wrong end of a spinebuster from the champ. Batista was then in the hot seat and somehow finished the match off as he was able to spinebuster The Samoan Bulldozer through a table to retain his title. Fuming that his plan backfired, Edge quickly went about his revenge mission, trying to get the World Championship stripped from Batista for laying his hands on a referee. Shane McMahon had no sympathy Edge, but did give Edge the opportunity to win his title back by making this match. However, Edge did not bank on Shane adding Umaga into the mix. With Armando Estrada unhappy that Edge did not follow through on his promise of helping Umaga win the match at Cyber Sunday, Estrada told Edge that any plans they had were off and that Umaga would become the World Champion on his own. With his back firmly against the wall later that night, Edge found himself in the way of both Batista and Umaga’s wrath as Batista helped Umaga to a victory over the former undefeated champion. But that night firmly belonged to The Samoan Bulldozer as he didn’t just pick up a win against his fellow challenger, he then laid out The Beast, looking absolutely unstoppable.

A week later however, he got a response from both champion and challenger as The Animal evened the score for the attack the week before. But with Batista standing tall, Edge then showed his deck. Following the rejection from Umaga and Estrada, Edge recruited two individuals to do his dirty work for him as The Miz and John Morrison, both debuting on Smackdown, attacked Batista from behind. However, Batista was able to fight both off before being on the receiving end of spear from the determined former champion. This past week, they exchanged strong words before William Regal stopped the war of words and followed up by making a handicap match, with Edge being joined by his two followers to face his two opponents for this weekend in Batista and Umaga. The question on everyone’s minds was if Batista and Umaga could co exist. Early on they did, but as Umaga looked in control, a blind tag from Batista set The Bulldozer off, and as The Animal tried to finish Edge off, Umaga reacted with a savote kick and then a samoan spike, leaving Edge to pick up an unlikely victory over the champion. Will Batista be able to fight off the challenge of two dangerous challengers? Is Umaga ready to bulldoze through both Batista and Edge yet again, or will The Rated R Superstar win back the prize he desires most?

Intercontinental Championship
Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match
Last Fall Wins the Title

Jeff Hardy (c), CM Punk & Cody Rhodes
vs Elijah Burke, Carlito & Santino Marella

How could a small argument between two men escalate into such an important and incredible match like the one we are about to witness this Sunday night in New Jersey? After seeing Jeff Hardy retain his Intercontinental Championship in a Ladder Match against Mr. Kennedy at Cyber Sunday, Elijah Burke and Santino Marella exchanged views on why they think they should get a shot at Jeff’s title ahead of the other. Not going unnoticed by then Raw GM William Regal, he made a Battle Royal the following night with the winner getting a title match at the Survivor Series. However, it didn’t go to plan for Burke as he was eliminated by CM Punk, leaving The Straight Edge Superstar and Marella as the last two men. It didn’t set well with Burke as he then ended the match prematurely, taking a chair into the ring and taking out both Marella and Punk. Regal was quick to react as he made this blockbuster of a match, trying to please everyone and make the Survivor Series a night to remember.

This past week on Raw, all six men were action against each other as Burke picked up a very debatable victory over Cody Rhodes and CM Punk overcame Carlito in a close match up. With Jeff Hardy set to go up against Santino, Burke went to see the Italian before his match and offered him the chance to get an advantage going into this weekend. Santino accepted Burke’s offer, something they kept in the dark until it all became clear. Waiting in the ring for Jeff, Marella decided to walk up the ramp to meet him, and all of a sudden, Burke appeared, attacking Hardy from behind. Together, they put a beating on the defending champion this Sunday until they were met with some resistance in the shape of Cody Rhodes and CM Punk. Carlito then tried to get in on the action, but Punk and Rhodes were ready for it. With only one man being able to leave with the Intercontinental Championship this Sunday night and the last fall taking the match, will Jeff be able to overcome the odds and add to his growing reputation, or will we see a new Intercontinental Champion crowned?

CruiserweightTitle.jpg

Cruiserweight Championship
Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match
Last Fall Wins the Title

Jimmy Wang Yang, Super Crazy, Johnny Jeter & Matt Sydal
vs Kenny Dykstra, Jamie Noble, Chavo Guerrero & Matt Striker

The Intercontinental Championship won’t be the only title decided in elimination rules as after months without a Cruiserweight Champion, we will finally crown a deserving one this Sunday night. The superstar who is able to survive seven other men and become the sole survivor will be truly deserving in this unpredictable match up. The only difference between this match and the Intercontinental Championship match is that in this case, a new champion MUST be crowned and if more than one team member survives the other team, then the remaining team members will go at it for the gold. Super Crazy has looked impressive since returning from Raw, picking up a big victory just over a week ago, defeating Jimmy Wang Yang, Chavo Guerrero and Matt Striker in a fatal fourway match. Johnny Jeter and Matt Sydal have picked up back to back victories in tag team action since debuting on Smackdown two weeks ago, defeating Kenny Dykstra and Jamie Noble this week, then Matt Striker and Chavo Guerrero this week. With Dykstra and Guerrero both extremely confident and determined, will they be able to stop the inform opposition that stands in their way? Only one of these superstars can leave with the title, just whose lucky night will it be?

WomensTitle-1.jpg

WWE Womens Championship
Mickie James vs Beth Phoenix (c) vs Victoria

Beth Phoenix has been nothing short of impressive since becoming the WWE Womens Champion a couple of months ago, but she finds herself with her toughest challenge yet as she faces not one, but two divas in this title defence. Despite defeating Mickie James at Cyber Sunday, Mickie took her to the limit and is sure to again, but she won’t be the only one. Victoria and Beth teamed up the night after Cyber Sunday, and thanks to a mix up, they lost to Mickie and her partner that night, Candice Michelle. But then The Glamazon made possibly her first mistake since joining Raw as she was a little too aggressive as she blamed Victoria for losing the match. She didn’t count on being challenged, but Victoria stood up to the Womens Champion, something that Phoenix didn’t count on. The week after, Mickie and Victoria were put in a match to find out who would face The Glamazon at the Survivor Series, but Phoenix made another costly mistake as she got involved in the match, getting Mickie disqualified. William Regal was quick to act as ever, making this triple threat match straight away. Obviously feeling the strain this week, the under pressure champion attacked Mickie backstage as she was being interviewed by Todd Grisham, leaving Mickie in a bad way. However, she didn’t count on a visit from Victoria later on, who told Phoenix that she chose the right person to bully because The Glamazon knew that there was no bullying her. Is Beth in desperate trouble when she meets Victoria and Mickie? Only time will tell!

WorldTagtitles-1.jpg

World Tag Team Championship
Elimination Match
Paul London & Brian Kendrick vs Stevie Richards & Tommy Dreamer
vs Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch (c) vs DeuceNDomino

Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch face arguably their toughest test to date when they defend their World Tag Team titles against these three teams at The Continental Arena. Having defeated Paul London and Brian Kendrick at Unforgiven and The ECW Originals last month at Cyber Sunday in an ECW Rules match, and also beat the same three teams they face this Sunday on Raw two weeks ago, it seems that they have the upper hand going into this one. However, something we are used to seeing from the champions in that match resulted in this match being made. Using one of their title belts to give them the win that night may come back to haunt The Redneck Wrecking Crew as The ECW Originals try and rewrite the result from Cyber Sunday, and the two former teams that held the WWE Tag Team Championship on Smackdown try and win the Raw titles from the aggressive defending champions. Is it time The Redneck’s luck ran out?

Six Man Tag Team Match
Paul Burchill, Drew McIntyre & Harry Smith
vs The World’s Greatest Tag Team & Chris Masters

In what was scheduled to be an elimination match, William Regal changed it into a normal six man tag team match Friday night on Smackdown. It appears that Regal feels it will be more of a test for the WWE Tag Team Champions in The World’s Greatest Tag Team. It’s strange to think little over a month ago, Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas were on Raw, and all of their opponents weren’t even under a Smackdown contract. It all came to life on a cold October night in Birmingham, England when Paul Burchill made his return to Smackdown, upsetting The Masterpiece Chris Masters with a shock victory. A victory he repeated a week later, even following that up with a pinfall victory in a tag team match the next week. But Burchill wasn’t the only British superstar making a Smackdown appearance that night as Drew McIntyre made his debut, teaming with Dave Taylor in the Open Invitational Gauntlet match for the WWE Tag Team Championship. And what an impact they made, seeing off Matt Striker and Big Daddy V to win the titles, or so they thought.

In a shock to everyone, The World’s Greatest Tag Team took advantage of the Open House rules set by Stephanie McMahon and entered the gauntlet, defeating McIntyre & Taylor to take the gold and leave Birmingham, England very upset at seeing their two natives lose out in this way. Then two weeks ago, Masters fell foul of another English superstar making his debut, as Harry Smith followed in his late father’s footsteps, winning a match with the running powerslam. Masters had about as much as he could take even before this match as he, Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas attacked Dave Taylor backstage, leaving him needing medical attention. With the six man match already made a week earlier, it appeared that Taylor would be unable to compete following the attack. Fellow Brit, William Regal stepped in and named Smith as Taylor’s replacement, and Friday night, Smith notched up his second consecutive win on Smackdown by defeating Haas. With a lot of bad blood between both sides, who will prevail in this personal battle?

Dreams come and go. Family remains, but on this night, family stands for desolation as this family prepares for war, and when all is said and done, only one gladiator will be able to call himself the true survivor!

***CUT TO RINGSIDE***

First we go to the Smackdown announce table and Michael Cole with John “Bradshaw” Layfield

Cole: Welcome everybody to the 2007 WWE Survivor Series. . . Right here tonight, you are going to see history made. As for the first time ever, you will see two singles titles defended in traditional Survivor Series elimination matches

JBL: But that’s not all Michael. We get to see what everyone in this arena has come to see tonight. . . the return of Edge as World Heavyweight Champion

Cole: Oh please! . . . There’s no doubt Edge has a chance of winning the World title tonight, but he has an uphill struggle as he competes in a triple threat match with Umaga and the current World Champion, Batista. . . Anyway, that’s enough from us for now. Let’s go over to our broadcast partners from Raw. . . JR and The King

We then cut to the Raw announce table with Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler

JR: Thanks Michael. . . There is no doubt it could be a historic night here in Meadowlands, New Jersey, because we are going to witness arguably the most anticipated elimination match ever when Shawn Michaels’ team go head to head with Team Orton

King: There’s no doubting JR that we’re in for an amazing night tonight, but I think that the first match on everyone’s mind tonight is the street fight between Triple H and Mr. McMahon

JR: Oh absolutely King. All the pure hatred between father-in-law and son-in-law will come to a head tonight in what could well be one of the most brutal matches one could ever wish to see. . . But we’re kicking things off with a bang with the World Tag Team titles on the line. . .

“Hey You” blasts out as Paul London and Brian Kendrick charge down to the ring, getting a big pop

JR: . . . And what better way to start the show than these two incredibly talented superstars

King: You’re right JR, these guys are crazy

JR: They might be crazy King, but they are both very talented, and together they are as good as any team in the world today

“I’m All About Cool” hits as Deuce ‘N’ Domino make their way to the ring with Cherry in their lovely vehicle to some boos

King: Here comes my little cherry

JR: And what about the two guys she’s with King?

King: Oh right! I didn’t see them for some reason

JR: Unbelievable!. . . You know we’ve not seen the best of Deuce and Domino since they jumped to Raw, but they are former WWE Tag Team Champions, and are the team that ended London and Kendrick’s incredible run as champions, so they’re more than a threat here King. . .

Tommy Dreamer and Stevie Richards then make their way out to their music, getting a pop and lots of ECW chants

King: And so are these two guys JR

JR: And if you called London and Kendrick crazy, then you need a new word for these two former ECW superstars. . . Last month at Cyber Sunday they took the champions to the limit in an ECW rules match and almost left with the gold, but they get a second chance here tonight

“Cowboys” hits as Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch then walk down to the ring, looking slightly nervous and getting a lot of heat

JR: There are a lot of champions under pressure here tonight King, but probably none more so than Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch

King: These guys have a habit of getting the job done JR, so I wouldn’t count them out for a second

JR: I’m not doing that, I just think that against three teams who want to take the titles away from them, they have an uphill struggle on their hands

MATCH 1
World Tag Team Championship
Elimination Match

Paul London & Brian Kendrick vs Stevie Richards & Tommy Dreamer
vs Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch (c) vs DeuceNDomino w/Cherry

Stevie Richards & Lance Cade start the match as Stevie takes it right to Cade, putting him on the back foot straight away with a succession of right hands to the face. Cade looks stunned as Stevie hits him and then tries for an irish whip, but Cade is too powerful and reverses it. As Stevie comes back off the ropes, he ducks under Cade’s outstretched arm, runs through and then hits him with a dropkick to Cade as he turns round. Both men drop to the mat, but as Stevie gets up, so does Cade, and as Stevie then tries for another whip, it’s again reversed by Cade, who is able to lift Stevie as he comes back with a back body drop. Stevie holds his back after he lands, but is quickly back up and Cade is ready and waiting as he stomps Stevie in the gut and then nails a suplex.

Cade gets back up and then reaches down to lift Stevie back up to his feet as he then hits him with a hard forearm to the face. With Stevie looking dazed, Cade then runs past him off the ropes, and as he comes back, he hits Stevie with a knee lift to the back, knocking Richards down to the mat. Cade then backs up to the corner and slaps Deuce on the arm, who looks shocked as Cade then walks over to his corner and stands on the apron. A surprised Deuce then sees Stevie getting back up slowly, walks over and then plants him with a CUTTER. . . Richards landed hard as Deuce then turns over to make a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . CLOSE BUT NO! . . . Stevie kicks out to leave Deuce frustrated, who then stands back up and pulls Richards back up to his feet, whipping him into the ropes, but Stevie holds onto the top rope.

Deuce then runs at Stevie, but the veteran lifts his boot up into Deuce’s face. As Deuce then turns round and staggers away, Stevie walks up behind him, spins him round and nails him with a SINGLE ARM DDT. . . Cheers from the crowd as Stevie then drops down to the mat and goes for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NO! . . . Deuce just kicked out of that one as Stevie then stands back up, walks over to his corner and tags in Dreamer, who gets a big pop as he makes his way into the ring. Dreamer then walks over to Deuce, reaches down to pull him up to his feet and then whips him hard into the corner. He then takes a second before running in at him, hitting him with a hard clothesline. As Dreamer then backs out of the corner, Deuce walks out dazed and Dreamer whips him into the ropes, as Deuce comes back, Dreamer lifts him up and then plants him with a FALL AWAY SLAM. . .

Dreamer is quick to cover Deuce, hooking his leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . KICK OUT. . . Dreamer doesn’t look too shocked as Deuce kicks out. Tommy then stands right back up, lifts Deuce up to his feet and sets him up for a DDT. . . The crowd cheer as Dreamer looks to finish off Deuce, but Deuce surprises him as he pushes Dreamer back into the ropes, and as Dreamer comes back off the ropes, Deuce hits him with a JUMPING HEEL KICK. . . Dreamer drops down to the mat as Deuce then crawls to Murdoch & Cade’s corner and lifts himself up by the ropes as Murdoch then tags himself in by slapping Deuce’s back. Deuce turns round looking shocked as Murdoch enters the ring and just stares at him.

Deuce then holds his hands up before walking back to his corner and climbing back through the ropes to the apron. Murdoch walks across to Dreamer, bends down and lifts him back up to his feet and whips him into the ropes. But as Dreamer comes back, he knocks Murdoch down with a clothesline. Murdoch picks himself back up as Dreamer then shifts behind him and drags Murdoch’s head back into position for a REVERSE DDT. . . AND NAILS IT. . . Dreamer is quick to reach over and cover Murdoch 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . THR-NOOOO! . . . Cade breaks up the cover by stomping on Dreamer’s back. Stevie looks on annoyed on the apron before climbing through the ropes, into the ring and moving towards Cade, but the ref gets in his way and tells him to get back on the apron.

And with the refs back turned, Cade pulls Murdoch up to his feet as Dreamer slowly picks himself up. The moment Dreamer stands back up, Murdoch clubs him across the back as Cade then runs into the ropes, followed by Murdoch into the opposite ropes and Cade hits Dreamer with a LEG LARIAT. . . AND Murdoch hits a chop block at the same time for the SWEET AND SOUR. . . The fans boo loudly as Cade then runs at Stevie and knocks him down to the mat with a forearm shot as the ref turns round and sees Murdoch covering Dreamer. The ref then hurries across the mat and counts the fall 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3. . . ONE TEAM DOWN. . . Cade stomps Stevie under the bottom rope and climbs onto the apron and taunts the fans with his back to the ring.

Murdoch stands up happy as he raises his arms in the air, and with London standing on the apron facing him, Deuce then runs in from behind and rolls Murdoch up 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Kick out from Murdoch as he pushes Deuce off with some force. Both men get back up and stand face to face with Murdoch then slapping Deuce across the face. Deuce looks pissed and then throws a right hand at Murdoch, who then responds with rights as a fist fight ensues until Deuce whips Murdoch into the ropes and then as Murdoch comes back, nails him with a FALLING CLOTHESLINE. . . Deuce turns around on the mat quickly and goes for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . .

Easy kick out from Murdoch as Deuce then gets back up to his feet and lifts Murdoch back up, then puts his head under his arm, lifts Deuce up into the air and plants him with a VERTICAL SUPLEX. . . Again Deuce rushes to cover Murdoch 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Another kick out from one half of the World Tag Team Champions. Deuce looks frustrated as he picks himself back up, lifts Murdoch back up and whips him into the corner. He then takes a second before running at Murdoch, but as Deuce runs across, Murdoch moves to the side and Deuce hits the pads as he charges in. Murdoch then pounces on Deuce, planting him with a BULLDOG. . .

Murdoch then stands up by London and Kendrick’s corner and slaps London’s arm, making the tag. London looks surprised before then climbing up to the top rope and then leaping off, going for the 450 SPLASH. . . BUT NO. . . DEUCE MOVES. . . Deuce then crawls slowly towards his corner and makes the tag to Domino as London remains on the mat. Domino then walks over to London, drags him towards the middle of the ring and applies the COBRA CLUTCH. . . Trying to get London back into it, Kendrick stomps on the mat and claps as he tries to get the crowd involved to help London. Domino has a tight grip and looks in control as London struggles, but he starts to fight it and drags himself towards the rope. With the crowd getting right behind him, London starts to get closer to the ropes, but before he can reach, Domino then lets the hold go and stands back up.

He then pulls London up to his feet and whips him into the ropes, and as London comes back, Domino hits him with a DOUBLE KNEE LIFT. . . London drops back down to the mat, but Domino then reaches down straight away and picks him back up, setting him up for a SUPLEX. . . But London fights it and is able to block it as he then slips behind and hits a LEG SWEEP DDT. . . A big pop meets that move as London then starts to move on the mat and hooks Domino’s leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NOO! . . . London doesn’t look too shocked as Domino gets his shoulder up as he then gets back up to his feet, walks over to his corner and makes the tag to Kendrick.

Getting a big pop as he gets in the ring, Kendrick waits patiently as Domino stands back up, and as soon as Domino is back on his feet, Kendrick runs at him and hits him with a FLYING FOREARM. . . As Domino gets back up to his knees, he crawls to the corner to pick himself up, and Kendrick is on him like a flash, running at him and hitting a BACK FLIP DROPKICK. . . As Domino then staggers out of the corner, Kendrick grabs him by the head and sets him up for a DDT, runs back to the corner, comes off the ropes and hits the CYCLONE DDT. . . London then climbs through the ropes and dropsaults Deuce off the apron as the Kendrick covers Domino 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . HE’S GOT HIM. . . TWO TEAMS LEFT. . .

Kendrick gets right back up and forward rolls to his corner, tagging in London. Murdoch then steps through the ropes hesitantly as he and London then walk slowly towards each other. They then start hitting each other with right hands, but London takes control as he then stomps Murdoch in the gut three times, turns back and runs into the ropes, but as he comes back, Murdoch steps out and clotheslines him hard down to the mat. London is quick to get back to his feet but is met with a forearm shot from Murdoch who then whips London into the ropes, but as London runs back, he slides through the legs of Murdoch, runs through and as he comes back, he hits a SOMERSAULT NECKBREAKER. . .

Big pop as he then hooks Murdoch’s leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . SHOULDER UP. . . SO CLOSE. . . London takes it in his stride as he gets right back up, runs to the corner and climbs up to the top rope. Cade though, walks across the apron and distracts him, then pushes him down off the top. As London hits the mat, the ref walks over to Cade and warns him before turning back. Both London and Murdoch react as they start to pick themselves back up, but it’s Murdoch who is up first as he then pulls London by the head and sets him up for a SUNSET FLIP POWERBOMB. . . Still not fully recovered, it takes him a couple of seconds, but London takes advantage and back body drops Murdoch, getting a pop from the crowd.

It takes both men a good ten seconds before they are both back up, and as Murdoch turns round and runs towards London, he runs right into a SUPER KICK. . . London just falls back to the mat and on top of Murdoch as the ref counts 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NOOO! . . . Murdoch again kicked out at the last second. London looks shattered as he then moves along the mat on his knees to tag Kendrick, who climbs up to the top rope straight away. The crowd cheer as Kendrick stands on the top, waiting for Murdoch before he then comes down with a DIVING DOUBLE FOOT STOMP. . . Murdoch is back up quite quickly, but Kendrick is waiting as he then pulls Murdoch under his arm for the CYCLONE DDT. . .

He runs to the corner, and as he turns round off the ropes, Murdoch throws Kendrick off his shoulder and down to the mat. Murdoch then turns round and punches London off the apron, getting a lot of heat from the crowd. Luckily for London, he just drops to his feet, but he then slides back in the ring. The ref though pounces straight away and keeps him away from Murdoch, and with his back to the action, Cade then enters the ring and pulls Kendrick up, hitting him with an INVERTED ATOMIC DROP. . . And as Kendrick hobbles around, Murdoch comes off the ropes and hits him with a BIG BOOT TO THE FACE. . . Cade slips back on the apron as Murdoch yells at the ref to turn round, which he does and starts to count. . . 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . .

London breaks it up with an axe handle blow to the back of Murdoch. The ref then stands up and tells London to get back on the apron, which he does. London then gets the crowd going by clapping for Kendrick, which gets him going as he and Murdoch start to move, but it’s Murdoch who is able to get to his corner and tag in Cade. As he gets in, he sees Kendrick getting back up and urges him up, taunting him almost. And as Kendrick does get back up and turns round, Cade charges at him and takes his head off with a LARIAT. . . Kendrick just did a 360 in the air! Cade then makes his way to the corner and climbs to the top rope.

London then returns the favour as he walks across the apron and distracts him as Cade then looks down and starts arguing with him. Kendrick meanwhile picks himself up and then runs to the corner, nailing Cade with a STEP UP ENZIGURI. . . Cade drops into a sitting position as Kendrick then climbs up and then brings Cade back down crashing with HEAD SCISSORS. . . Kendrick rushes across the apron on his knees to try a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . THR-NOOO! . . . Murdoch breaks it up with a boot to the back of Kendrick. London is in like a flash and dropsaults Murdoch down to the mat.

Murdoch gets back up against the ropes as London then walks across and knocks him over the top with a SUPER KICK. . . Huge pop for the challengers, but Cade and Kendrick are both getting right back up, and as London turns round, Cade charges at him for a clothesline, but London lifts his boot into the face. And as Cade then turns round and staggers away, Kendrick grabs him by the head and runs to the corner, climbs up the ropes, turns round and hits the SLICED BREAD. . . The crowd go nuts as Kendrick then follows up with a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . . THEY’VE DONE IT. . . GOOD NIGHT NURSE!

AFTERMATH: “Hey You” blasts out as London & Kendrick jump up and down, hugging each other in the middle of the ring. The ref then collects their title belts and passes them over as the new champions celebrate in front of a delighted crowd

***CUT BACKSTAGE***

Stephanie McMahon is in a room backstage, sitting on a leather sofa talking on her cell, looking on edge

***POP***

Stephanie McMahon:
I know mum, I’m sorry, truly I am. But we did it was for the right reasons. . .

There’s a knock at the door, taking Steph by surprise. A second later, Shane McMahon walks in, not looking too happy

***POP***

Stephanie McMahon: Mum, I’ve gotta go, Shane’s here. I’ll talk to you later. . . bye

Shane McMahon: What are you thinkin Steph?

Stephanie McMahon: What?

Shane McMahon: Where do I start? . . . Look, you know I agree with you on the way dad’s been to Hunter and Aurora, but making out Hornswoggle was his son and keeping this from him and me. . . You knowing who our brother is and not telling me Steph, that’s a big deal to me, I thought we were closer than that

Stephanie McMahon: Shane we are, but it’s for the best. You’ve got to see it our way. . . Do you think it’s easy for us to see your kids having a grandfather in their lives? Dad’s not shown any interest in our baby girl, not once. To dad, she might as well be dead

Shane McMahon: Steph, I can see how you might think doing what you did would work out, but this is dad for crying out loud. He’d rather walk out there and get killed tonight than accept Hunter into the family. It’s just never going to happen Steph. He’s not going to allow himself to be blackmailed by anyone, especially Hunter

Stephanie McMahon: You don’t think we’ve thought about that Shane? We’ve done nothing but think about that since Monday night. I have to sit here tonight and watch my dad and my husband try and kill each other in a Streetfight. How do you think I feel? . . . I want nothing more than for this to go all away and for us all to be a proper family Shane, but it’s just not going happen

Shane McMahon: It’s gonna help less if you keep secrets from dad. . . and me too Steph. I mean I don’t have a clue who my brother is. . . You do, Hunter does. The longer this goes on, the more people it’s gonna effect Steph. . . Do you think I don’t deserve to know who my brother is or something?

Stephanie McMahon: I never said that Shane

Shane McMahon: I know you didn’t, but you might as well have done. . . You know that dad will be hiring private detectives now to find out who his illegitimate son is, and the likelihood is, I’m gonna find out through interrogation and some lawyer. . . Steph, you’re my sister and I love you, we’ve been close ever since you were born. Please just tell me who our brother is. I deserve to know

Steph thinks about it for several seconds, looking a little guilty

Stephanie McMahon: You promise you won’t tell dad?

Shane McMahon: I promise Steph, on our kids lives

Stephanie McMahon: It’s. . .

Stephanie then whispers in Shane’s ear. Shane nods his head for a second

Shane McMahon: Really? I should have guessed, it certainly makes sense

Stephanie McMahon: Yeah, but Shane you’ve got to promise not to. . .

Shane McMahon: . . . Look Steph, don’t worry I won’t say a word. I’m on your side on this one

Shane turns round and is about to walk away when he turns back

Shane McMahon: I was going to ask you before, but the match tonight. I don’t want you to sit through it on your own, I know how hard it’s going to be for you. . . and me too. How about we watch it together?

Stephanie McMahon: Shane, that’s a great idea. I’d like it very much

Shane McMahon: No problem, I’ll come by later on

Stephanie McMahon: Thanks Shane, I appreciate it

Shane McMahon: Don’t worry sis, it’ll all work out fine. Trust me!

Shane smiles and walks out of the room with Stephanie looking more at ease

Cole: Ever since these three men made their debuts on Smackdown in recent weeks, they have all been nothing short of impressive. . . All of them have picked up singles victories over their opponents tonight

JBL: It’s a different ball game tonight though Michael. These kids have been in the WWE all of five minutes, but Chris Masters, Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas have all performed at Wrestlemania and the Royal Rumble. All three of these British kids are making their debut on pay-per-view tonight Michael. They are in for a shock tonight, let me tell you

The World’s Greatest Tag Team’s music hits as they walk down to the ring alongside Chris Masters as they all get heat directed at them

Cole: You make a valid point John, but I see hunger in the eyes of the U K Pack and I don’t in these three superstars

JBL: You don’t think these guys are hungry?. . . Michael, they’ve been embarrassed by these young kids for the last few weeks. I guarantee you that these guys are more than hungry to prove a point to the British kids and everyone else in the arena tonight. . . Trust me

MATCH 2
Six Man Tag Team Match
Paul Burchill, Drew McIntyre & Harry Smith
vs The Worlds Greatest Tag Team & Chris Masters

Burchill & Haas stand in the middle of the ring and start to exchange right hands. It only takes a couple of rights from Haas before Burchill blocks one with his left arm and starts chopping at Haas with his right hand, knocking Hass back and a little off balance. Haas takes a second and then runs back into Burchill, but he runs right into a NORTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEX. . . 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . KICK OUT! . . . Haas is able to lift his shoulder forcefully off the mat to stop the count. Burchill is back up to his feet first, and as Haas rolls onto his knees, Burchill reaches down and pulls him up to his feet, then whips Haas into the corner. Burchill waits a second before running in at him, but Haas sidesteps as Burchill then crashes into the corner pads. Haas then shifts behind him, puts his arms around Burchill’s waist and lifts him back overhead, keeping the grip locked in for a BRIDGING GERMAN SUPLEX . . . 1 . . . . . 2 . . .

Burchill is the one to power out this time, but Haas is back to his feet first, ready and waiting behind Burchill as he picks himself up. And the moment he is able to stand back up fully, Haas from behind, plants him with an ANGLE SLAM. . . The crowd are clearly shocked to see that as some gasps are heard. Haas gets back to his feet and thinks about going for a cover, but instead decides to walk to the corner and climbs to the top rope, facing the crowd. There’s anticipation inside the arena as Haas climbs up, and then executes a perfect MOONSAULT. . . Haas is quick to react as he lands, hooking Burchill’s leg for another pin attempt. . . 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NO!!! . . . Burchill kicks out again, Haas sits up and looks at the ref in total shock. His eyes are open wide as he stares in disbelief, and then puts his head in his hands. Burchill starts to stir, causing Haas to pull himself up to his feet.

He then reaches down to pull Burchill right back up and puts his arms around his chest, setting him up for a belly to belly suplex, but as he tries to lift him, Burchill blocks it. Haas panics, trying his hardest to lift Burchill, but the Englishman is able to counter with an OVERHEAD BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX. . . Decent pop from the crowd as Burchill gets back into the match. Burchill doesn’t waste any time as he gets back right back up to his feet, executing a STANDING SHOOTING STAR PRESS. . . Another decent pop from the crowd as Burchill connects and then hooks the leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . SHOULDER UP! . . . Haas is able to stop that opportunity, but Burchill is up straight away, lifting Haas right back up to his feet, but Haas catches Burchill off guard, raking his eyes. Haas follows up quickly, whipping him into the ropes.

But he makes a mistake as he ducks his head, and as Burchill comes back off the ropes, Haas feels the full force of a boot to the face. Haas’s neck snaps right back up, and Burchill reacts instantly, planting him with a JUMPING NECKBREAKER. . . Big pop from the crowd as Burchill hits it. He then turns over on the mat and scurries across to cover Haas 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Masters gets in the ring and stomps Burchill on the back of the head, just in time to stop him getting a three count. The crowd aren’t happy with it, neither is the referee who tells Masters to get back to his corner, which he does. Burchill took a hard blow to the back of the head and feels the effects of it as he starts to crawl across to his corner. Haas too comes round and follows suit by crawling towards his corner. Burchill is at his corner first and tags in an enthusiastic looking Harry Smith.

Just as Smith is about to step through the ropes, Haas reaches up and tags in Masters. As Masters climbs through the ropes, Smith charges at him at speed, but Masters reacts well, lifting his elbow up into the face of Smith, forcing Smith to spin round and out of the corner. Masters walks out of the corner, grabs Smith by the arm and whips him into the ropes. As Smith comes back, Masters is lying in wait as he then smashes him across the chest with a DOUBLE AXE HANDLE. . . Smith drops to the mat, but Masters doesn’t allow him time to recover, lifting him back up to his feet and then lifts Smith above his head for a MILITARY PRESS. . . Keeping Smith in the air for just over five seconds, Masters then lets go and drops Smith like dead weight as Bulldog Junior drops all the way down to the mat.

Masters looks very satisfied as he then urges Smith back up to his feet, walking round him, looking like he’s ready to explode. As Smith starts to make his way back up to his feet, Masters then shifts behind Smith, getting ready to apply the MASTERLOCK. . . The crowd try to warn Smith, but as he gets back up, Masters is on him like a flash and tries to lock his killer hold in. He doesn’t count on Smith putting up such a strong fight like he does, keeping his arms in the air, frustrating Masters who tries to push them down. Smith is then able to pull his arms away from Masters grasp and turns round quickly to face him where he stomps him in the gut, places Masters’ head under his arm and lifts him into position for a suplex. He keeps Masters in the air for close to ten seconds before crashing back down to the mat with the DELAYED VERTICAL SUPLEX. . .

The move gets a big pop from the crowd, but Smith doesn’t go for a cover, as this time he urges his opponent up. Masters takes a good ten seconds to get back up, but Smith pounces on him and scoops him up onto his right shoulder. The crowd goes crazy as Smith walks into the corner and turns round before charging back out of the corner and planting Masters with the RUNNING POWERSLAM. . . The crowd stand up as Smith follows up for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 – NOOO, SO CLOSE! . . . Shelton Benjamin in at the last second, makes the save with a SHINING WIZARD to the head of Harry Smith. This brings in a furious Burchill, who runs across at Shelton getting back to his feet, but Shelton ducks under his arm and connects with a DRAGON WHIP. . . The ref is quick to get Shelton back on the apron, and the moment Burchill gets back up, he is ushered back to his corner.

Smith holds his head as he starts to make his way back to his feet, and Masters is able to crawl across to his corner on his knees and tag in Shelton with Smith’s back turned. Shelton charges in and up to a groggy looking Smith from behind, planting him with an INVERTED FACE LOCK BACK BREAKER straight away. Shelton drops to the mat and covers him 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . KICK OUT! . . . Shelton looks to get on with things, standing right back up and pulling Smith to his feet. He keeps hold of his arm and whips him into the corner. Shelton looks like he means business as he takes a slight pause before running in at Smith for a STINGER SPLASH. . . but Smith brings his elbow up into the side of Shelton’s face. As Shelton staggers out of the corner holding his face, Smith walks out, and then at the same time, Shelton turns round to be greeted with a stomp to the gut from Smith, who then places Shelton’s head between his legs.

Smith then raises him up above his head and brings him crashing down into a SIT DOWN POWERBOMB (BULLDOG BOMB) 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . This time it’s Charlie Haas who comes in to stop the count, pulling Smith off of Shelton by the feet. Boos ring out as again the ref has to warn the heel team, telling Haas as he makes his way back to the apron. Smith though wasn’t hurt as he gets back up to his feet and pulls up Shelton as he begins to stir. Smith places Shelton’s head under his arm, setting him up for a suplex and then lifts him into the air, but Smith then comes crashing down, planting Shelton with a BRAIN BUSTER. . . Shelton lands close to the ropes as Smith quickly reaches across to cover him 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 – NO . . . FOOT ON THE ROPE! . . . Shelton barely escapes this time, but Smith totally has the momentum on his side as he gets back up, then reaches down and pulls Benjamin up.

He quickly scoops him onto his shoulder and runs across the ring for the RUNNING POWERSLAM. . . BUT NO! . . . Shelton slides down the back of Smith, and Harry is unable to stop himself from running into the corner pads. He turns round and staggers out of the corner, but right into a SAMOAN DROP. . . Shelton hit it good, but he feels the fatigue of the punishment he has taken in the last few minutes as he remains on the mat. Shelton is up first and decides to walk over to his corner as Smith starts to sit up. Shelton makes the tag to Haas, who like a flash, runs over to Smith and grabs him by the feet as he tries to crawl to his corner. As Haas grabs hold, Smith is able to turn over and uses his strength to push Haas backwards to the mat. He then jumps across, using all the energy he has to make the tag. . . AND HE DOES. . . In comes Drew McIntyre.

Haas gets back up and runs at McIntyre for a clothesline, but Drew ducks underneath the arm and rolls Haas into an inside cradle for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Haas just pushes off in time and both men get back to their feet at the same time and McIntyre grabs Haas by the arm, then whips him into the ropes. And as Haas comes back, he runs right into a BIG BOOT. . . McIntyre in control, and he knows it as he then reaches down and pulls a motionless Haas up to his feet and with one arm, grabs Haas around the upper chest and shoulder. He then plants him with a SWINGING SIDE SLAM INTO A FACE BUSTER. . . IT’S ALL OVER. . . McIntyre then is quick to go for the cover, hooking the leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 – NO! . . . Chris Masters at the very last mini second is able to get in the ring and pull McIntyre off Charlie by dragging him away by the feet.

Burchill and Smith are livid and try to get at it Masters, but the ref holds them back as Masters takes a sly stomp across the back of McIntyre before returning to the apron. Burchill & Smith back off and the ref turns round to see normality has returned. McIntyre isn’t affected too much by the stomp from The Masterpiece as he is back up on his feet. Haas starts to come round, sitting up as McIntyre then tries to kill the match off, pulling one half of the tag team champions to his feet, scooping him up onto his shoulder and setting him up for a BELLY TO BELLY PILEDRIVER. . . Haas’s legs start to wriggle as he fights the hold and is able to roll himself forward and gets McIntyre into a VICTORY ROLL. . . 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . SO CLOSE! . . .

McIntyre gets his shoulder up and both men are up quickly, but McIntyre has to turn round to face Haas, already focused as he then grabs McIntyre across the upper chest for an EXPLODER SUPLEX. . . But McIntyre fights it with elbows to the side of Haas’s head. Haas lets the grip go and is then pushed into the ropes, but is able to hold onto them. Seeing this, McIntyre runs towards him, but Haas lifts his boot into McIntyre’s face. Haas then turns round to punch Smith in the face, nearly knocking him off the apron before he then runs at McIntyre and clotheslines him across the shoulders, knocking him down to the mat. Smith is pissed and climbs through the ropes, but the ref is quick to see him and walks over to try and get him back on the apron.

Seeing this, Masters then drops down off the apron, runs round and pulls Burchill off the apron by his feet, and Burchill’s face connects with the apron as he drops. Smith then drops down to brawl with Burchill. Haas walks over and looks on in disbelief with the referee, and with the refs back turned, Shelton Benjamin enters the ring as McIntyre starts to sit up. And as he gets to his knees, Shelton sees the opportunity, runs at him and absolutely nails him with the CHARGING SPIKE REVERSE STO. . . Boos ring out through the arena as Shelton is quick to return to the apron. Haas turns round and sees McIntyre out cold, makes his way over, drops to the mat and hooks his leg, yelling at the ref. The ref then turns round, runs over and counts the fall 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . THAT’S IT!

AFTERMATH: The World’s Greatest Tag Team’s music hits as Shelton enters the ring and Masters escapes Smith’s clutches on the outside to slide back in. Smith looks up in shock as the trio hug each other and raises each others arms in the air. Smith checks on Burchill on the outside as he comes round. Masters, Haas & Benjamin then look down and laugh at McIntyre as he starts to come round, before they then leave the ring with wide smiles on their faces

WINNERS: by pinfall, The World’s Greatest Tag Team & Chris Masters

Mickie James’ music hits as she then walks down to the ring, getting a good pop

JR: . . . But then again, this lady right here might have something to say about that

MATCH 3
WWE Womens Championship
Mickie James vs Beth Phoenix (c) vs Victoria

Mickie charges at Phoenix, but is knocked down by a hard standing clothesline. Victoria then moves up behind Beth and clubs her across the back, turns her round and whips her into the ropes. Beth runs back and Victoria lifts her overhead with a BACK BODY DROP. . . Phoenix lands hard on the mat, but rolls onto her side within a couple of seconds and up to her feet with Victoria ready and waiting right behind her. Mickie also starts to sit back up as Victoria pounces on Beth, kicking her in the gut and placing Beth’s head under her arm. She then lifts her up in the air for a suplex, but walks towards the ropes and brings Phoenix’s legs onto the ropes and then back for a SLINGSHOT SUPLEX. . . Phoenix doesn’t move after she hits the mat, but Victoria gets right back up, walks to the corner and climbs to the top rope. She doesn’t waste any time up there as she leaps off the top and hits a SOMERSAULT LEG DROP. . .

As soon as Victoria moves across to cover Beth, Mickie breaks it up by pulling Victoria back up to her feet, runs back into the ropes, and as she comes back and Victoria turns round, Mickie hits a LARIAT TAKEDOWN. . . As Mickie comes back off, she jumps at a standing Victoria into the LOU THESZ PRESS. . . She then hits Victoria with a few right hands to the head as Phoenix starts to come round, but rolls to the across to the mat, not seeming to want to get involved, but still quite dazed. Big pop from the crowd as Mickie then follows up by going for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Victoria lunges across and breaks up the count, jumping on Mickie’s back. Mickie and Victoria then slowly pick themselves up, but Mickie is first to react as she catches Victoria with a HEAD SCISSORS TAKEDOWN. . .

Victoria doesn’t take long as she gets right back up, but Mickie is ready and waiting as she pulls Victoria by the head and under her arm as she sets her up for the IMPLANT DDT. . . Mickie raises her free arm into the air as the crowd cheer, but as she’s about to go for it, Victoria is able to escape and slip behind Mickie and quickly plants Mickie with a SIDE RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP. . . Victoria gets right back up and starts shaking as she then nails the fallen Mickie with a STANDING MOONSAULT. . . It’s not looking good for Mickie as Victoria then goes for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . THRE-NOOO!!! Mickie kicks out and a big pop echoes around the arena. Victoria doesn’t look happy as she then stands right back up and walks towards the corner. Unknown to her, Beth is getting up behind her and as Victoria climbs to the top rope. Phoenix follows her over and as Victoria gets to the top rope, Beth hits her with a right hand across her stomach.

Victoria drops into a sitting position on the top rope as Phoenix then turns round to face the ring and lifts herself up to the second rope and setting Victoria up for the BETH VALLEY DRIVER. . . There’s a lot of tension around the arena, but as Phoenix stands up and is about to hit, Victoria holds onto the top rope and is able to push Beth down off the ropes with a kick to the back. Phoenix doesn’t land hard as Victoria then jumps down straight away. Beth is right back up as she turns round and walks over to Victoria, but she walks right into a SAVOTE KICK. . . Victoria drops to her knees straight away as she sees her opportunity and goes for the cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Phoenix just gets her shoulder up! Victoria isn’t fazed as she stands right back up and waits patiently for Beth to get back up. As she slowly picks herself back up, so does Mickie, behind Victoria.

Phoenix gets back up to her feet and Victoria pounces straight away by lifting her into position for the WIDOW’S PEAK. . . Phoenix looks in trouble, but Mickie gets up at the right time as she walks up behind Victoria and pulls Beth down off Victoria’s shoulders. Mickie then pushes Victoria forward, stumbling to her knees as Beth then turns round into a spin kick from Mickie and then Mickie pulls Beth’s head into position for the IMPLANT DDT. . . AND SHE NAILS IT. . . But she sees Victoria getting right back up as she too then gets back up, instead of covering Beth. She walks over to Victoria who explodes with a SAVOTE KICK. . . BUT MICKIE DUCKS IT . . . Mickie then grabs Victoria by the head and sets her up for the STRATUS FACTION. . . The crowd goes crazy as Mickie then runs into the ropes, onto the second rope, but as she turns round off the ropes, Victoria throws Mickie off her shoulder.

Victoria takes a short breather as Mickie stands back up, and then Victoria runs at her, but as Mickie turns round, she kicks Victoria in the gut and nails her with a version of the PERFECT PLEX. . . 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NO WAY! . . . VICTORIA KICKED OUT. . . Mickie then stands back up her to feet and waits as Victoria picks herself back up. And as Victoria stands back up and turns round, Mickie goes for the MICK KICK. . . But Victoria ducks it and straight away lifts Mickie into position for the WIDOW’S PEAK. . . SHE NAILS IT TOO . . . IT’S ALL OVER. . . As Victoria is about to go for the cover, Phoenix appears from behind her, grabs her by the top of her pants with one hand and the back of her neck with the other, and tosses her through the ropes to the outside. Victoria lands on the arena floor as Phoenix then rushes down to the mat to cover Mickie 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3. . . THERE WE GO. . . BELL RINGS AND THAT’S ALL SHE WROTE!

AFTERMATH: “Count on It” hits & Beth stands up with a big smile on his face as she is then passed her belt by the referee. Victoria sits up on the outside and looks in at Beth, shaking her head. Phoenix just looks back and grins at her before raising her belt into the air before she leaves the ring with Victoria not taking her eyes off her

WINNER: by pinfall, and still WWE Womens Champion, Beth Phoenix

JR: I can’t believe it King, Beth Phoenix just stole a victory away from Victoria and barely manages to keep hold of the Womens title

King: Doesn’t matter how you do it JR, as long as you win the match. . . and that’s what Beth Phoenix just did

William Regal is in his office when Edge walks in, looking very pre occupied

***HEAT***

Edge:
This better me important Regal

William Regal: Oh it certainly is, but unfortunately I have some bad news for you

Edge: Bad news. . . what do you mean bad news?

William Regal: I received a phone call earlier this evening from one of the board of directors, and he told me to pass on some information to you

Edge: Information, what kind of information?

William Regal: It appears that some of the board members are concerned that your two associates might try and help you in your match tonight

Edge: Is that how it appears Regal huh? What business of theirs is it anyway? I make those fat overweight pen pushers the money that pays for their ridiculously big mansions. . . They should be paying me even more for being the star I am, not screwing me around

William Regal: Do you think I’m happy about it? It’s my job to enforce the rules around here, but I’ve got to do what these people tell me. . . So Edge, if either The Miz or John Morrison step as close as an inch around the ring tonight, I will have no choice but to disqualify you there and then

***BIG POP***

Edge stares at Regal with pure anger. He then shakes his head, turns round and walks out of the door, slamming it on the way out

Regal tightens his tie for a second

William Regal: Well I think that went well!

Todd Grisham is standing by

Todd Grisham: Please welcome my guest at this time. . . Triple H

***HUGE POP***

Triple H walks into the shot

Todd Grisham: Triple H, later on tonight, you will be going one on one with your father-in-law, Mr. McMahon in a Streetfight. . . How are you feeling right now?

Triple H has his head tilted down a little, looking very reserved and talks quietly

Triple H: Well Todd, to be honest with you, I’ve got mixed emotions right now. . . As you all know by now, Stephanie McMahon is my wife, making Vincent Horse Crap McMahon my father-in-law. . .

***POP***

Triple H: And you know Todd, if it wasn’t for Stephanie, I would have no problem walking down to that ring tonight and making sure that all these people never have to endure seeing Vince ever again. . . But I have to think about Steph Todd, and that makes things all the more difficult for me tonight

Todd Grisham: It’s no secret that you and Mr. McMahon absolutely hate each other. . . Do you fear what you are capable of doing to him tonight?

Triple H lifts his head up and his eyes widen

Triple H: No Todd, it’s not a secret. There’s nothing I’d like more than to take a sledgehammer and shove it right up Vince’s ass. . . believe me. . .

***POP***

Triple H: He’s done nothing but screw with me since the day he found out I was seeing his baby daughter. But wake up call for you Vince, she’s not a baby anymore, she’s all grown up. She’s so grown up Vince, I could tell you all the things we’ve done together, but it’s not gonna help us right now is it? . . . See Vince, for some bizarre reason, Steph doesn’t want to see you crash and burn tonight, whereas. . . I DO. . .

***POP***

Triple H: Vince I know the moment I step in that ring tonight, my brain will switch off, and that is the worst thing that can happen to you. . . See all these images of Stephanie telling me to take it easy will disappear, and all I’ll get is visions of me smashing your skull open, beating you repeatedly with a steel chair, over and over until you’ve taken your last breath. . .

***POP***

Triple H: . . . But you know what flashback I get the most Vince? . . . Do you have any idea what keeps going through my head ever since I found out about this match? . . . It’s the image of the last time I stepped in the ring with you in a Streetfight. You remember that Vince? Do you remember the image of Stephanie smashing you in the skull with a sledgehammer?

***POP***

Triple H: . . . You know, that means something Vince. . . it means a lot. It sort of tells the story of what your whole problem is Vince. . . See from that day Stephanie screwed you over. . . she’s been screwing me ever since

***POP***

Triple H gets a small grin on his face before walking out of the shot

***CUT TO THE ARENA***

JBL: Are you kidding Michael? What’s better than this? . . . I can’t wait

MATCH 4
Cruiserweight Championship
Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match
Last Fall Wins the Title

Jimmy Wang Yang, Super Crazy, Johnny Jeter & Matt Sydal
vs Kenny Dykstra, Jamie Noble, Chavo Guerrero & Matt Striker

Jeter & Chavo start the match as they walk towards the middle of the ring. Chavo is shocked as Jeter responds straight away, taking the fight to Chavo, pummelling him with hard right hands and then whips him into the ropes. As Chavo runs back, he runs right into a STANDING DROPKICK. . . Jeter is right back on his feet and Chavo gets up a couple of seconds, holding his face as he walks into an arm drag from Jeter. Chavo is back up quickly as Jeter then hits him with a SNAP SUPLEX. . . Jeter starting the match on fire as he then turns back into the ropes, runs back and hits Chavo with a SOMERSAULT LEG DROP. . . The crowd show their support for Jeter with lots of cheers as he then goes for a cover on Chavo 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . .

Jeter then returns to his feet and pulls Chavo back up to his, then whips him into the corner, runs in and then flips him back with a monkey flip. He then climbs to the top rope once he’s back on his feet, but as he gets up to the top, Dykstra walks across the apron and pushes him off the top with one arm. The referee walks over and warns Dykstra as both Jeter and Chavo start to sit up on the mat. As soon as they’re back on their feet, Jeter takes a swing at Chavo, but he ducks it and then clotheslines Jeter back down as he turns back round. Chavo then walks over to his corner and makes the tag to Matt Striker. The former school teacher climbs into the ring and walks over to Jeter, who is already back on his knees.

Striker then helps him up and scoop slams him right back down to the mat. He then turns Jeter over and applies a SINGLE LEG BOSTON CRAB. . . Striker pulls tightly as he tries to make Jeter tap. Jeter clearly shows his spirit as he tries very hard to get across to the rope, trying to drag himself across the mat, but Striker makes it difficult for him as he does all he can to keep Jeter away from the rope. Jeter starts to really give it some as he slowly makes his way across the mat and with one last push, he reaches out and grabs hold of the bottom rope. The crowd cheer as he makes it and the ref tells Striker to let go, which he does with a very angry expression on his face as he gets back up to his feet.

He reaches down to pull Jeter up to his feet and then whips him into the ropes, but Jeter shocks him as he comes back off the ropes as he slides through Striker’s legs, and as Striker turns round to face his opponent, Jeter is back up and smashes him in the face with a JETER KICK. . . Big pop as Jeter drops to the mat, but it takes him just under ten seconds to recover before he then reaches across to cover Striker 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NOOO! . . . STRIKER JUST GOT HIS SHOULDER UP. . . Jeter took too long to recover, giving Striker the chance to kick out. Jeter looks disappointed as he picks himself back up and then reaches down to lift Striker up, but Striker is quick to react as he hits Jeter with a thumb to the eye. Jeter drops to his knees, but as he gets back up, Striker is quick again as he plants him with a REVERSE DDT. . .

Striker, very quickly scurries across to hook Jeter’s leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . KICK OUT! . . . Striker doesn’t let frustration get the better of him as he remains cool by standing back up and walking over to the corner. He then climbs to the top rope and waits as Jeter picks himself up slowly. As soon as Jeter gets up and turns round, Striker jumps off looking for a DOUBLE AXE HANDLE. . . but Jeter counters it by hitting a SUPER KICK before Striker’s feet hit the mat. Jeter looks fatigued and crawls to his corner after a couple of seconds, where he makes the tag to Matt Sydal. Sydal straight away climbs to the top rope instead of going in the ring, leaps off and connects with a SHOOTING STAR PRESS. . . landing on top of Striker, he hooks the leg for then pin 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . ONE DOWN!

Kenny runs in quickly at Sydal, but Sydal drop toe holds Dykstra onto the second turnbuckle, face first. Dykstra gets back up quickly, looking slightly dazed as he turns round into a feint ENZIGURI INTO A HEAD SCISSORS TAKEDOWN. . . Sydal being close to his corner, tags in Super Crazy. The Mexican climbs through the ropes as Dykstra gets to his knees. Walking over to Kenny, Crazy kicks him in the gut and then sets him up for a DDT, but instead turns to run the ropes, hitting a ROPE RUN TORNADO DDT. . . Big pop as Crazy then turns over on the mat and covers Kenny 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NO. . . UNBELIEVABLE. . . What a kick out from Dykstra, Crazy looks absolutely shocked by that one. He stands back up after a couple of seconds, reaches down to lift Kenny up and whips him into the ropes, and as Kenny comes back, Crazy hits him with a SPINNING WHEEL KICK. . .

Dykstra falls right back down to the mat as Crazy looks to put him away, pulling him right back up and setting him up for a BRAIN BUSTER. . . As he lifts him above his head, Dykstra starts to move around and is able to pull himself down the back of Crazy and pushes him into the ropes. And as Crazy runs back, Dykstra hits him with a STANDING DROPKICK. . . Kenny then crawls across the mat to his corner and tags in Chavo. He takes his time as he steps through the ropes, waiting for Crazy to stand back up, and as soon as Crazy gets up, Chavo runs at him, but Crazy jumps up and hits a LEG LARIAT. . . CROWD APPLAUD THAT ONE. . . Crazy is right back in it as both men then get up. Crazy tries to whip Guerrero into the ropes, but it’s reversed by Chavo and as Crazy comes back, he slides through the legs of Chavo and jumps on Chavo’s back, then rolls into a VICTORY ROLL. . . 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . KICK OUT! . . .

Close call for Chavo as both men get up at the same time, but Chavo looks focused as he reacts instantly by stomping Crazy in the gut and hitting with a FACE BUSTER. . . Chavo scurries across to hook the leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NOOO! . . . CRAZY KICKS OUT. . . Chavo can’t believe it and looks at the referee, shaking his head for a couple of seconds before getting back up and walking to the corner. He climbs to the top rope, close to the face team. He looks across the apron at them and starts to talk smack towards them, unaware that Crazy is stirring on the mat. Sydal in particular, gives Chavo some smack right back, getting Chavo annoyed. The distraction is enough for Crazy to take advantage as he gets up to his feet, walks to the corner, jumps up and arm drags Chavo straight back down to the mat, getting a big pop from the crowd.

Crazy then looks to take advantage as he walks back to the corner and climbs to the top rope. He then looks down at Chavo for a second before leaping off for a MOONSAULT. . . BUT, OH NO. . .CHAVO GETS HIS KNEES UP! . . . Chavo remains on the mat too for a while, before getting back up and pulling Crazy up to his knees, then planting him with a OVERHEAD GUT WRENCH BACKBREAKER. . . OUCH, THAT HAD TO HURT. . . He looks to the corner for a second before turning his head back and lifting Crazy back up to his feet, putting his head under his arm and nailing him with a BRAIN BUSTER. . . Chavo doesn’t waste a second as he goes for the cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . .

Jeter is quick to step through the ropes and runs at Chavo as he gets up, but Chavo turns round to see Jeter coming up at him, turns back and forward rolls along the mat to make the tag to Jamie Noble. Jeter then takes a couple of steps back, allowing Noble to step though the ropes, but Jeter then charges at him. Noble though, moves out of the corner as Jeter runs into the pads, unable to stop himself as Noble then pounds him with forearm shots to the back before then lifting Jeter onto his shoulder and looks to fall back into a SIDE SUPLEX. . . But Jeter flips back off Noble’s shoulder and dropkicks Noble back into the corner before reaching up and forward to roll Noble back into a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . .

Noble pushes off in time to stop the count as both men get back up to their feet, where Jeter lets rip with a couple of hard right hands to Noble and then whips him into the ropes, then hitting Noble as he comes back with a JUMPING BACK ELBOW SMASH. . . The crowd really start to get behind Jeter as Noble then starts to crawl towards the corner, but Jeter pulls him back and drops an elbow across his back. He then pulls Noble back up to his feet and whips him into the ropes, and as Noble comes back, Jeter drop toe holds him down to the mat. He gets right back up, runs into the ropes and then baseball slides right into the side of Noble’s chest. THAT ONE LOOKED PAINFUL. . .

Jeter keeps the momentum going as he pulls a dazed Noble back to his feet and whips him into the ropes, but Noble holds onto the top rope, forcing Jeter to run at him, and Noble then lifts his boot up into the face of Jeter. As the youngster then staggers away from the ropes holding his face, Noble runs at him and clotheslines him down to the mat. Jeter gets back up almost straight away, but just walks into another clothesline from Noble. Jeter though shows his spirit as he gets back up and walks into an irish whip, but as he comes back off the ropes, Noble absolutely plants him with a TILT A WHIRL BACK BREAKER. . . Jeter looks in pain as Noble then drops down to try a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . KICK OUT! . . . Noble looks shocked as Jeter gets out of that one.

Getting back up to his feet, with a real face on him, he walks over to his corner and makes the tag to Chavo. Guerrero then steps through the ropes and pulls an almost motionless Jeter up to his feet and places his head under his arm. He then lifts him up into the air, falling back for a vertical suplex but keeps hold of the grip and twists his hips to roll back onto his feet. Chavo then hits another vertical suplex and again keeps the grip as he completes a third suplex for the THREE AMIGO’S. . . Chavo then casually walks to the corner with a smile on his face, taking his time as he climbs to the top rope. He looks into the crowd for a couple of seconds before jumping off for the FROG SPLASH. . . BUT JETER ROLLS TO THE SIDE. . .

Chavo hits the mat belly first as both men lie across the canvas. They remain there for a good ten seconds before they both start to move and get back up to their feet. But Jeter is up first and as Chavo turns round and walks into him, Jeter explodes for a SUPER KICK. . . Chavo ducks it though and whips Jeter into the ropes, but as Jeter comes back, he ducks under Chavo’s arm, and as Chavo turns round, Jeter goes for the JETER KICK. . . Chavo ducks it though by going into a forward roll. But as both men get back up, Chavo walks across to Jeter and has a right hand blocked, and Jeter is quick to stomp Chavo in the gut and place his head under his arm, then runs to the corner, hitting a TORNADO DDT. . . Massive pop as Jeter then tries to get the fall wrapped up 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . .

JAMIE NOBLE TO THE RESCUE. . . Noble stamps across the back of Jeter’s head, stopping the count. Sydal is livid and steps through the ropes, but the ref is quick to see it and ignores Noble as he seemingly walks back to his corner. The ref walks over to Sydal and tells him to get back on the apron, but the youngster is having none of it. Noble then turns back and lifts Jeter up to his feet, then onto his shoulders, planting him with a FIREMAN’S CARRY DOUBLE KNEE GUT BUSTER. . . Noble then runs straight away at Sydal and knocks him down to the mat with a forearm to the head and then punches Yang off the apron. The ref then tells Noble to get back on the apron, which he does as Chavo then comes round and reaches an arm across Jeter’s chest for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3

With both Sydal and Yang down, Chavo slowly sits up and then moves across to his corner, tagging in Dykstra. Sydal then gets back up to his knees with an angry look on his face and sees Dykstra getting in the ring. Kenny then makes his way across the ring as Sydal gets back up. Dykstra hits him with a couple of hard rights and whips him into the corner, follows in at him, but Sydal lifts both feet up into Dykstra’s face. Dykstra staggers out of the corner as he holds his face in his hands, and at the same time, Sydal pulls himself up to the second rope and then jumps off, connecting with a dropkick to the back of Dykstra. With Dykstra down on the mat, Sydal then hits him with a STANDING SHOOT STAR PRESS ACROSS THE BACK. . . Sydal then turns over on the mat, turns Kenny onto his back and goes for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . KENNY KICKS OUT. . .

Sydal doesn’t look too surprised as he then gets back up, walks over to his corner and tags in Jimmy Wang Yang, who climbs up to the top rope as Dykstra slowly gets himself back up to his feet. As Dykstra then turns round, Yang then jumps off for a MISSILE DROPKICK. . . Kenny though moves to the side as Yang crashes down to the mat. Dykstra then walks slowly over to his corner and making the tag to Chavo, who gets back in the ring and walks over to Yang as he gets back up to his knees. He pulls him up to his feet and sets him up for a NORTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEX. . . CONNECTS. . . 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Yang gets his shoulder up, leaving Chavo angry. Once back on his feet, he lifts Yang back up to his feet and sets him up for the BRAIN BUSTER. . . But again Chavo wastes time, and Yang takes advantage as he slips behind and then as Chavo turns round, Yang pulls him into a SMALL PACKAGE. . . 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . CHAVO’S A GONER. . .

Chavo sits up to his knees and he looks in absolute shock as the ref tells him to leave the ring, which he reluctantly does before taunting Yang. As Yang looks at Chavo, Noble steps through the ropes and looks to take advantage by running at Yang and clotheslines him hard, with Yang doing a 360 in the air. Noble looks down and smiles before he proceeds to pummel the crap out of Yang, getting a ton of heat from the crowd. He then reaches down and pulls Yang up to his feet, then smashes him in the face with a barrage of forearms and uppercuts before whipping him into the ropes. And as Yang comes back off the ropes, Noble connects with a DROPKICK. . .

He thinks about going for a cover but decides to stand back up and pulls Yang back up to his feet, setting him up for an underhook manoeuvre, but as Noble takes his time, Yang is able to back body drop Noble, getting a good pop from the crowd. Noble is back up quickly and as he turns round, Yang hits him with a SUPER KICK. . . HUGE POP FROM THE FANS. . . Yang then drops down to the mat and goes for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . SO CLOSE BUT TWO! . . . The fans are in shock as Noble kicked out of that one. Yang too sits up and holds his head in his hands. As Noble starts to stir, Yang gets back up to his feet, walks over to the corner and climbs to the top rope.

The ref then crouches down to check on Noble who sees Yang on the top rope, and then pushes the ref back into the ropes, knocking Yang down into a sitting position on the ropes. Noble then takes a couple of seconds as he gets back up to his feet, slowly walks over to the corner and then climbs to the second rope. He puts Yang’s head under his arm and then climbs up to the top rope before falling back off the top for a SUPERPLEX. . . HOLY SHIT, THE RING JUST SHOOK. . . Noble remains out of it for several seconds before he crawls across the mat and covers Yang 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NOOOOOO! . . . UNBELIEVABLE! . . . Noble is in complete shock as he sees the ref signal a two count.

He then snaps as he turns Yang over onto his stomach and applies a CAMEL CLUTCH. . . Yang doesn’t look in a good way, looking very groggy after the superplex moments ago. Noble really puts the pressure on as he tries to make Yang tap out. As the crowd start to get behind Yang, he starts to respond by slowly dragging himself across the mat towards the ropes. Noble seems to panic as Yang gets closer, and then lets the hold go. But he had a plan in mind as he drags Yang by the legs, away from the ropes and then applies the TRAILER HITCH. . . Yang is struggling as Noble seems like a man possessed right now, pulling tight on Yang’s legs, but again the crowd get behind him as Sydal tries to get them involved. Yang reacts to their support again as he starts to pull himself towards the ropes, and with Noble looking worried, Yang is able to drag himself that little bit closer to the ropes.

But again Noble lets go and pulls Yang back, but this time Yang turns over, reaches up and rolls Noble into an INSIDE CRADLE. . . 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . OH MY GOD, THAT WAS CLOSE. . . Noble is first up and as Yang gets to his knees, Noble clubs him across the back and then pulls him up to his feet, facing Yang’s back as he then grabs Yang around the waist and hits a BRIDGING GERMAN SUPLEX. . . 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . YANG KICKS OUT AGAIN. . . Noble is furious, he can’t believe it and stands up to yell at the referee, who explains it was a two count as Yang sits up in the background. Noble runs his hands through his head in sheer frustration as he then turns round to the sight of Yang getting back up to his feet. He throws a right at Yang, but Yang blocks it, stomps him in the chest and then is able to hit a HURRICANRANA. . . 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . HE’S DONE IT AGAIN, NOBLE’S ELIMINATED!

Dykstra watches on from the apron in complete and utter shock, seeing the trouble he finds himself in. Yang starts to sit up and then crawls to his corner, seeing this, Dykstra then snaps out of it and climbs through the ropes and runs at Yang, but Yang is able to get to his corner with the head start and jumps up to tag Sydal. Kenny can’t stop and the momentum takes him to Yang’s corner where Sydal reaches over the top rope and hits him with a right hand. Dykstra spins round and walks out of the corner holding his face as Sydal then climbs up to the top rope and waits for Dykstra to turn round. As Dykstra then turns round, Sydal jumps off the top, hitting a DIVING LEG LARIAT. . .

Big pop from the crowd as Sydal then scurries across the mat to cover Kenny 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Kenny gets his shoulder up to stop the count, but Sydal wants to finish the match off as he then reaches down and lifts Dykstra back up to his feet. He places Dykstra’s head under his arm, setting him up for a suplex, but Dykstra blocks it and then slips behind Sydal to roll him up 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Sydal pushes off to kick out and Dykstra then runs back into the ropes, runs back and into a dropkick from Sydal. Seeing Yang standing back up on the apron, Sydal makes his way across and tags him back into the action.

Yang then climbs to the top rope as Dykstra starts to pick himself back up, and the moment Dykstra gets back up to his feet, Yang leaps off for a FLYING CROSS BODY 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . KICK OUT! . . . Dykstra escapes again in time. Yang then gets back up to his feet, followed by Dykstra and then he hits Kenny with a spin kick, turns round to run into the ropes, comes back and hits a SPINNING LEG LARIAT. . . Another pop breaks out as Yang then runs to the ropes and then hits a perfect SPRINGBOARD MOONSAULT. . . He’s quick to then hook Dykstra’s leg as he lands 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . THREE?. . . NO. . . AGAIN DYKSTRA KICKS OUT. . . Yang can’t believe it and neither can the crowd as Sydal too looks shocked from the apron.

Yang looks up to the heavens before getting back up and then reaching down to lift Dykstra to his feet. He then whips Kenny into the corner, charges at him and hits a BACK FLIP KICK. . . He then climbs to the top rope as Dykstra staggers out of the corner, but as Dykstra turns round, Yang jumps off the top and Dykstra leaps up and hits a DROPKICK. . . RIGHT IN YANG’S FACE. . . As Kenny then gets back up to his feet, he runs into Sydal’s corner and knocks him off the apron with a running forearm shot to the head. He then climbs up to the top rope and comes down with a GUILLOTINE LEG DROP ON YANG. . . Dykstra doesn’t mess about as he quickly covers Yang 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . AND WE’RE DOWN TO TWO!

As Dykstra gets back up to his feet, he walks over to the ropes and taunts the crowd, unaware that Sydal is getting back in the ring. Dykstra then turns round and sees Sydal, runs at him, but Sydal ducks under an outstretched arm and then takes Kenny down with a HEAD SCISSORS TAKE DOWN. . . Sydal is back up to his feet quickly and runs to the corner as Kenny gets back up, and as Kenny gets up to his feet and turns round, Sydal dives off the second rope for a DIVING FRONT FLIP HURRICANRANA. . . The ref counts it 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NOOO! . . . DYKSTRA HANGS ON IN. . . Sydal is gob smacked, as are the crowd whose sighs ring out inside the arena. Sydal then gets back up, runs into the ropes and SPRINGBOARDS INTO A 450 SPLASH. . .

DYKSTRA ROLLS OUT OF THE WAY. . . Sydal drops to the mat clutching his stomach. Both men remain on the mat for a good ten seconds before they both then get back up and Dykstra has a right hand blocked by Sydal, who then sets Kenny up into a PUMP HANDLE POSITION. . . Kenny counters it though as he lifts Sydal over his shoulder. Sydal doesn’t land hard as he then gets back up, turns round and Kenny hits him with a ROLLING CUTTER. . . Kenny thinks it’s over and goes to hook the leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NOOOO! . . . SYDAL’S FOOT IS ON THE BOTTOM ROPE. . . Dykstra sits up and smashes his hands against the mat. He gets up and kicks the bottom rope in frustration. He then lifts Sydal up to his feet slowly and whips him into the ropes, but as Sydal runs back, he dropkicks Kenny in the chest.

Dykstra drops to his knees but is back up after a couple of seconds as Sydal then grabs him around the chest and plants him with a CYCLORAMA (OVERHEAD BELLY TO BELLY MOONSAULT). . . IT’S ALL OVER. . . Sydal gets back up and decides against going for the pin as he walks to the corner and climbs to the top rope. Kenny shows signs of life as Sydal then leaps off the top rope for a 360 CORKSCREW MOONSAULT. . . But Kenny gets his knees up, and before Sydal hits the mat, Kenny sits up and grabs Sydal by the tights, pulling him back into a roll up and holds onto the tights as the ref counts 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . IT’S OVER. . . The ref didn’t see the tights being hooked and we’ve got a new Cruiserweight Champion!

AFTERMATH: “Superstar Fallin” hits as Kenny lets go of Sydal and rolls to the outside where he demands the title belt. The ref then slips outside the ring to collect it and passes it to Dykstra, then raises his arm. Sydal looks on as he sits up and holds his head in his hands as Dykstra just looks back with a grin on his face and raises the belt in the air to taunt him

WINNER: by pinfall, and new Cruiserweight Champion, Kenny Dykstra

JBL: He’s done it Michael, the future hall of famer is the new Cruiserweight Champion

Cole: Oh come on, look at how he won the match John and you tell me if he deserves to be champion

JBL: He won the match Michael, it’s as simple as that. You might not like it, Matt Sydal might not like it, but you have to lump it cos Kenny Dykstra is the sole survivor and the new Cruiserweight Champion

***CUT BACKSTAGE***

We see a very angry Mr. McMahon walking through the back and opening a door

***HEAT***

He walks in and Shane’s in there, sat down with William Regal but then stands up

Shane McMahon:
Dad, what are you doing here?

Vince McMahon: William, I’d appreciate it if you left me to talk with my son

Regal stands up

William Regal: Certainly Sir, which one?

***POP***

Shane & Vince both look round in shock, but Vince looks pissed, big time

Vince McMahon: GETTT OUTT!

Regal walks out of the door as Vince cools down, then turns to Shane

Vince McMahon: I’ve heard a rumour Shane that you’ve been talking to Stephanie tonight

Shane McMahon: Wow, someone’s obviously not got a lot to talk about

Vince McMahon: Well that’s the thing son, they do. . . See they also told me that my so called precious little girl told you all about her and Triple H’s plan to make me look like an idiot in front of the world

Shane McMahon: Well, I think whoever told you that needs to get out more

Vince McMahon: Shane, tell me the truth. . . do you know who my illegitimate child is?

Shane McMahon: Dad, you’re kind of putting me in a difficult position here, I promised Steph I wouldn’t. . .

Vince McMahon: . . . You promised Steph what son? . . . You promised you wouldn’t tell your own dad who your brother is. You wouldn’t tell your own dad, the same dad that gave you everything you’ve got today?

Shane rubs his hands across his face before answering

Shane McMahon: This is the whole point dad, you created all this. . . all of it. . . If you hadn’t let your pants down however many years ago and you hadn’t treated everyone you meet like they mean nothing to the world, you wouldn’t be in this situation

Vince McMahon: Now you listen to. . .

Shane: . . . No dad, you listen to me. . . Yeah I went to see Steph earlier on and I told her I was upset about her not telling me about who our brother is. . . And yeah, she told me who he is. But dad I’m not telling you. You can go and hire as many private investigators as you want, hell if you haven’t done already. . .

Vince McMahon: . . . You’re damn right I have. . .

Shane McMahon: . . . But it’s not going to change the fact I’m on Steph’s side with this one

Vince McMahon: You’re what?

Shane McMahon: You heard me right dad. You’ve got to learn to accept that Steph is not that little girl you spoilt twenty years ago. She’s a woman now, a married woman with a beautiful daughter. A daughter you don’t even want to see. . . You don’t want to see your own grandchild, and you wonder why I agree with Steph. . . You know what dad, I’m going to do what I can to try and help you come to senses. . . For all it’s worth, if you don’t want anything to do with your granddaughter, then I’m not going to let you anywhere near my kids. . .

***POP***

Vince McMahon: I beg your pardon

Shane McMahon: That’s right dad. Like mum put it, maybe tough love is the only way to get round this. And if that means you getting your ass kicked tonight to bring you to your senses, then it might just be what you need

Vince looks furious

Vince McMahon: Of all the people in the world I thought I could turn to Shane, you are that person. The one person I could tell anything to, but not anymore. . . Like I told Triple H on Monday night, I’d rather die than accept him or that child as my family. And if you and Steph are going to turn your backs on me, then fine. . . I don’t need either of you. . .

Vince steps back from Shane

Vince McMahon: But you know what Shane. . . when I find this son of mine, and I will. . . you should consider yourself no longer a McMahon

***HEAT***

Shane McMahon: If that’s the way you want it, fine

Vince grins sadistically at Shane before turning round and walking out of the door. As he leaves the room, Mr. Kennedy is in the hall talking to Regal and sees Vince

***POP***

Mr. Kennedy: Good to see you Sir

Vince looks at Kennedy for a couple of seconds before turning round and walking up the hall. Kennedy turns his neck and smiles as Vince walks off

***CUT TO THE ARENA***

*One by one, the superstars make their way down to the ring*

“Loaded” blasts out as Jeff Hardy is the last superstar to make his way down to the ring, getting a huge pop

JR: King, this could well be the most intriguing match of the night, because not only can Jeff Hardy lose the title without being pinned, he could lose it by surviving the match and one of his partners taking the final fall for the team

King: It’s matches like these JR that make the WWE as exciting as it is. Here we have six talented superstars with the Intercontinental title on the line, in an elimination match for the first time ever

JR: That’s right King, and it might not be for the last time

MATCH 5
Intercontinental Championship
Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match
Last Fall Wins the Title

Jeff Hardy (c), CM Punk & Cody Rhodes
vs Elijah Burke, Carlito & Santino Marella w/Maria

Neither one of the heel team seem to want to start the match as Cody Rhodes offers to start the match for the face team. After rock, paper, scissors, Santino Marella ends up starting off. As the ref calls for the bell, Cody walks into the middle of the ring, followed by Santino as they then throw rights at each other with Cody taking control and whipping Marella into the ropes. And as Marella comes back, Cody turns and lifts his elbow into Marella’s face, turns round, runs into the ropes, comes back and hits a RUNNING CROSS BODY. . . 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Easy kick out for Santino as both men get back up to their feet and Cody scoops him up, then slams him right back down to the mat and follows up by dropping his elbow across the upper chest of Santino.

He then gets right back up, reaches down and pulls Santino back up, then whips him into the ropes, and as Santino comes back, Cody lifts him overhead with a back body drop. The crowd get right behind Cody as he takes control in the early stages. Santino rolls on to his knee and gets back up to his feet, but as he turns round, he walks into a perfectly executed standing dropkick from Rhodes, who then tries a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Kick out with relative ease from Santino as Cody then stands back up, walks to his corner and tags CM Punk, which draws a huge pop from the New Jersey fans who chant his name. Punk then walks along the ring apron as Marella slowly picks himself back up, and as Santino stands back up and turns round, Punk springboards off the top rope and hits a clothesline. . . AIR PUNK IN NEW JERSEY. . .

Punk decides not to go for a cover as he walks into the corner and waits for Marella to sit up. As he does sit back up, Punk runs at him, going for the SHINING WIZARD. . . Santino sees it and ducks his head as Punk then crashes down into the mat. Santino crawls to his corner and tags in Elijah Burke, who generates a decent amount of heat as he enters the ring. He walks right over to Punk and stomps the hell out of him. He then lifts Punk back up to his feet and attacks him with hard right hands to the skull before then whipping him into the ropes, and as Punk comes back, Burke drives his knee into his gut. Burke then turns back and runs into the ropes, comes back and hits a FLYING SHOULDER TACKLE. . .

He crawls back across the mat and goes for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Burke looks a little angry as he then stands back up, reaches down and lifts Punk back up to his feet. He then goes for a scoop slam but Punk is able to jump back down to the mat and is quick to grab Burke by the arm, then wrenches the arm into a STEP OVER MULE KICK. . . Big pop from the crowd as Punk then crawls back to his corner and tags a fired up Cody back in. As Cody steps back through the ropes, Burke stands back up, forcing Cody to run at him, which he does and clotheslines Burke back down to the mat. Burke is back up quickly and turns round into a standing dropkick from Rhodes, who then runs to the corner and climbs to the top rope.

The moment Burke is back on his feet, Cody leaps off and hits a DIVING CROSS BODY. . . 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . SO CLOSE. . . Burke just kicked out of that one. Cody then gets back up and looks extremely confident and in control as he stalks Burke up for the DDT, but Carlito distracts him as he half steps through the ropes. The ref then walks over and Cody follows, but remains behind the referee as Burke picks himself back up. And as Carlito steps back through the ropes, the ref and Cody turn back round, but Cody turns round into the ELIJAH EXPERIENCE. . . Burke rushes to hook the leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . ONE MAN DOWN. . .

As Burke gets up and raises his arms in the air, Jeff Hardy steps through the ropes and runs at him, knocking him down with a clothesline. Burke gets right back up and runs into another clothesline from Jeff, but again Burke is back up as Jeff then feeds his leg into Burke’s grasp and then hits a SPINNING MULE KICK. . . The crowd start to really get behind Jeff as he then walks to the corner and climbs to the second rope where he lifts his arms in the air for his signature taunt before jumping down for a LEG DROP. . . but Burke rolls to the side and Jeff’s legs hit the mat. Burke then crawls across the canvas and makes the tag to Marella, who seems eager to finish off the defending champion.

He walks quickly towards him and kicks him hard across the chest before applying a TRIANGLE CHOKE. . . Marella clearly tries hard to make Jeff tap, pulling tightly as Jeff starts to fight it, using his feet to pull him closer to the ropes. Santino looks worried as Jeff gets closer and pulls tighter, seemingly working as Jeff starts to lose energy and is unable to pull himself any further to the ropes. But as the crowd start chanting his name, Jeff gives it everything he has and is able to pull himself to the bottom rope, resting his foot on the bottom rope. Santino is furious as he lets the hold go at the count of four and then pulls Jeff back across the ring and goes for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NOT ENOUGH. . .

Jeff gets his shoulder up, just, to delight the crowd. Marella looks pissed as he then gets back up to his feet and then lifts Jeff up to his feet, setting him up for a JAWBREAKER. . . Santino starts to act cocky as he holds Jeff for too long, and it costs him as Jeff then escapes the hold and pushes Santino into the ropes, hitting him as he comes back with a SIT OUT JAWBREAKER. . . Big pop from the crowd as Jeff then hooks both legs 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NOOO! . . . Carlito gets in and kicks Jeff in the head to stop the count. Carlito rushes back to the apron as Jeff then crawls across to his corner and makes the tag to Punk, again getting a strong pop.

He then enters the ring as Marella gets up and runs at the Italian, hitting him with a succession of stiff kicks to the chest and then a couple of knee strikes before whipping Marella into the ropes. And as Santino hits the ropes, Punk runs at him and hits him with a charging high knee, knocking him down to the mat. He then bends down to lift Santino up and whips him hard into the corner. With Marella in the corner, Punk then charges at him and drives his high knee into the side of Santino’s head, holding onto it as he then turns round, runs out of the corner and plants him with a BULLDOG. . . The crowd go nuts as Punk seems to have Santino in trouble.

Punk gets back up and stalks Marella for the GTS, but Burke then climbs through the ropes and charges across to Punk, but runs into a SUPER KICK. . . With Santino back on his feet and moving slowly, Punk then lifts him onto his shoulders for the GTS. . . The fans are going nuts, but Carlito then gets in the ring and walks over to Punk, but the straight edge superstar turns his body round, knocking Carlito down to the mat as Santino’s boot connects with the cool one’s face. Punk is able to hold on to Marella as he then plants him with the GTS. . . He drops down and hooks Marella’s leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . ALL SQUARE! . . .

As Burke rolled off the apron after the kick to the face, Carlito stands back up and is declared the legal man as Punk then goes for him, hitting him with some hard right hands and kicks to the mid section. As he gets Carlito on the back foot, he grabs his arm and whips him into the ropes, stomping him as he comes back and then plants him with a HAMMERLOCK LEG SWEEP DDT. . . Big pop from the crowd as Punk then follows up for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . SHOULDER UP. . . Punk gets on with business as he stands back up and makes the short couple of steps to the corner where he then is quick to execute a SPLIT LEG MOONSAULT. . . Holding on too for the cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Again Carlito just kicks out.

Punk doesn’t waste any time as he gets back up to his feet and climbs through the ropes and lies in wait on the apron. As Carlito rolls towards the middle of the ring and gets back up, Punk springboards again for the AIR PUNK. . . but Carlito forward rolls underneath it, runs through off the ropes and then hits a SPRINGBOARD BACK ELBOW ON PUNK. . . GREAT COUNTER FROM CARLITO! . . . He then takes a leaf out of Punk’s book as he doesn’t waste anytime as he runs into the ropes and springboards again, this time into a MOONSAULT. . . As he lands, he covers Punk 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NO! . . . Punk gets his shoulder up as Carlito sits up and shakes his head in sheer frustration. He is quick to stand up, looking like he’s boiled over as he reaches down to lift Punk up and tries to whip him into the ropes.

Punk reverses it however, but as Carlito comes back off the ropes, he back flips over Punk and drags him straight into a REVERSE DDT. . . Carlito reacts bullet like again as he hooks Punk’s legs 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Kick out again from Punk, and Carlito just gets more frustrated as he lifts Punk up, then stomps him hard in the gut twice and whips him hard into the corner. After taking a split second, he then runs in at Punk, but Punk pulls himself up the ropes and traps Carlito’s arms with his legs and then rolls forward into a sunset flip like pinning combination 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Carlito just kicks off enough, pushing his boot gently back in Punk’s face. It only takes several seconds before both men race back up to their feet as Carlito then throws a right, which is blocked by Punk, who then kicks him in the gut and whips him into the ropes, and as Carlito comes back, Punk hits him with a SPINNING HEEL KICK. . .

Another big pop for Punk as he then gets back up to his feet, walks over to his corner and tags Jeff, getting another big pop. Jeff races in the ring as he runs straight to the opposite corner and knocks Burke back down off the apron with a hard right hand. He then sees Carlito getting back up as he then races to the opposite corner, jumping to the top rope and hitting Carlito with the WHISPER IN THE WIND. . . The crowd is electric as Jeff then urges a slowly moving Carlito back up to his feet, and as soon as Carlito gets back up, Jeff pounces as he sets him up for a SIDE RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP. . . BUT HE ROLLS FORWARD INTO A DOUBLE LEG ROLL UP. . . THE COMPACTOR CLUTCH. . . The ref counts as Carlito tries to escape 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . SEE YOU LATER!

Burke pulls himself back up on the apron as he looks in angrily at Jeff, realising the situation he is in now. Jeff urges him back in as Carlito rolls off the apron and walks to the back. Burke then steps through the ropes and stands in the corner for a couple of seconds before then shaking his head and charging at Jeff, where the pair exchange some hard right hands, and it’s Burke who gets the initiative, landing three hard rights in a row. He then whips Jeff into the corner and then follows in for a hard clothesline. Burke looks vicious as he then grabs Jeff by the arm and whips him into the opposite corner, only this time he decides to lower his kneepads, setting Jeff up for the ELIJAH EXPRESS. . .

With the crowd booing strongly, Burke then charges across at Jeff and jumps for the knee smash, but Jeff sidesteps it. Burke’s knees crash into the pads as he drops to the mat, but as he then gets back up, Jeff is ready and waiting as he stomps him in the gut and then plants him with the TWIST OF FATE. . . IT’S GOT TO BE OVER. . . Jeff drops down and goes for the cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . FOOT ON THE ROPE. . . No one can believe it, but Punk was half way through the ropes before he saw Burke’s foot on the bottom rope. Jeff sits up, and this time it’s his turn to act frustrated as he then decides to get back up to his feet and drags Burke’s body away from the ropes as he then walks to the corner and climbs to the top rope.

The crowd all stand on their feet as he then leaps off for the SWANTON BOMB. . . BUT NO! . . . BURKE ROLLS TO THE SIDE. . . THAT COULD HAVE BEEN IT! . . . So close to game over as it takes both men a while to find themselves back up to their feet, and it’s Burke who strikes first as he stomps Jeff in the gut. He then tries for an irish whip, but it’s reversed by Jeff who then stomps Burke as he comes back and then plants him with a SIT OUT JAWBREAKER. . . Still feeling the effects, Jeff decides to crawl across to his corner and tag Punk, who again gets a great reception as he enters the fray. Punk runs across to Burke, drops to the mat and tries to take advantage by going for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NOT ENOUGH! . . .
Punk then gets right back up and stalks Burke, getting ready for the GTS, with the crowd cheering him on.

As Burke slowly picks himself back up, Punk sets himself up and as Burke is back on his feet, Punk lifts him onto his shoulders for the GTS. . . but Burke slips down off the shoulders and explodes with the ELIJAH EXPERIENCE OUT OF NOWHERE. . . Burke feels the fatigue of the match as he is unable to take advantage for almost ten seconds before eventually reaching out an arm across Punk’s chest for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . SHOULDER UP! . . . The crowd go crazy as Punk gets out of that one. Burke lifts his head up in shock and looks devastated. As Burke then stands back up, he runs across to Jeff’s corner, but Jeff blocks a right hand and hits Burke with a punch of his own. With Punk only getting back up to his knees, Burke has enough time to recover as he walks over and lifts Punk up to his feet, then whips him hard into Jeff’s corner.

As Punk hits the pads, Jeff taps Punk’s shoulder, which the ref sees and acknowledges as a tag, something Burke misses as he turns round. He then turns back as he charges at Punk, hitting the ELIJAH EXPRESS. . . Punk drops to the mat and rolls off the apron as Burke then turns round and walks out of the corner with a big smile on his face, but as he turns round, he’s in for a shock as Jeff is already in the ring and standing right behind him. Jeff then stomps him in the gut straight away and follows up with the TWIST OF FATE. . . He then runs back to the corner, climbs to the top rope and then hits the SWANTON BOMB. . . Huge pop as Jeff then hooks the leg of Burke for the cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . REF CALLS FOR THE BELL. . . IT’S OVER!

AFTERMATH: “Loaded” blasts out and Jeff gets back up to his feet and is passed his Intercontinental Championship by the referee. He raises it in the air as he climbs to the second rope to celebrate with the crowd. As he climbs down off the ropes, he turns round and CM Punk slides back in the ring. Jeff looks uncomfortably at Punk for several seconds before Punk then offers Jeff his hand. There’s a big pop from the crowd as Jeff then shakes it and the pair hug for a good five seconds. As they back off, Punk still has hold of Jeff’s hand and lifts him onto his shoulder, then absolutely nails him with the GTS. The crowd are stunned as Jeff’s music stops and Punk stares down at Jeff for a couple of seconds before looking up and glaring intensely into the crowd as “This Fire Burns” then hits. Punk reaches down and picks up the title belt, takes a good look at it and then drops it on Jeff’s chest before leaving the ring to a ton of heat

WINNER: by pinfall, and still Intercontinental Champion, Jeff Hardy

JR: What in the hell did he do that for? There was absolutely no need to do that

King: Well I guess CM Punk thought there was JR

JR: I thought CM Punk was an honourable human being, but he’s shown us his true colours here tonight. . . I can’t believe that!

***CUT BACKSTAGE***

Randy Orton is walking down the hall, looking really smug

***HEAT***

He keeps on walking when he turns round into Batista stretching in the backstage area

***POP***

Randy Orton:
Big Dave Batista

Batista stands up straight and looks up to see Orton in front of him

Batista: If my eyes don’t deceive me, I believe that’s Randy Orton. . . It’s been a long time

Randy Orton: Yeah Dave it has, but not long enough for me to forget what you did

Batista: Still crying about that huh? Why aren’t I surprised?

Randy Orton: Why would I cry about that Dave? . . . The only thing that gets me about that is the simple fact I’ve not had the chance to repay you for stabbing me in the back. . . But everyone knows why you did that Dave. Everyone knows why you and Hunter turned on me. It’s because I outgrew the both you and Evolution at the same time. . .

***HEAT***

Randy Orton: I did what no one thought I could and became the youngest ever holder of that title of yours. . . But then again, that’s a sore point hey Dave. Because we all know that you’re not walking out with that title tonight are ya?

Batista: Is that so?

Randy Orton: Yeah Dave it is, it’s exactly so. . . See you might have those moron fans out there cheering you on throughout your match tonight, but you’ve not got the intensity and the ability that I do. The same ability and intensity that is going to help me on my way to beating Team HBK tonight. . .

***HEAT***

Batista: You know Randy, you’ve not changed. You’re still the same arrogant jerk you were three years ago

Randy Orton: A successful jerk is more appropriate if you don’t mind. . . I might be arrogant Dave, but there’s a reason for that. Look at me, I’m the WWE Champion, and in the last six months I’ve put Shawn Michaels, Rob Van Dam and John Cena on the shelf. . . What’ve you done Dave? Walk out to the ring, try to let a fart out and set off all that crap off behind to please those morons?

***HEAT***

Batista: The only moron around here Randy is you. . . You know that all those so called morons out there can’t wait to see Shawn Michaels and his team wipe the floor with Team Orton tonight. And when your team loses, don’t expect an easy ride Randy, because everyone will be after that title of yours

Orton smirks

Randy Orton: Well Dave, that’s real funny cos if anyone should be worried about their title tonight, it’s not me, it’s you. . . See know matter what happens tonight, I know I’m leaving here tonight as the WWE Champion. But you, you’re screwed. . . There’s no hope Dave, times run out, you’re out of luck. . . In fact I’d say your luck has run out, right about now

Batista stares a hole through Orton, but all of a sudden, he’s jumped from behind as we see him pushed back into some cargo boxes. The camera zooms out and we see The Miz and John Morrison stomping the hell out of Batista. After giving him a beating for around fifteen seconds, Edge walks up to Randy Orton who’s laughing at Batista on the floor. Edge shakes Orton’s hand with a smile on his face too

***HEAT***

Edge: Randy my friend, thank you very much

Randy Orton: You know what Edge. . . it’s always a pleasure to help an old friend

***HEAT***

Orton smiles and looks down at Batista, before tapping Edge on the shoulder and then walking through the back

• Triple H saying in an interview that there’s a big secret as to why Vince is treating him like this

• Later that night and after getting DQ’d, Vince getting a sledgehammer and about to hit Triple H until Stephanie McMahon ran down to ringside and pleaded with Vince not to do it. Steph telling him not to do it or she’ll tell everyone about the secret. Vince calling the bluff and Steph announcing that she and Triple H are married

• The week after and the intense promo that followed with Steph and Triple H saying that Vince has treated them like crap, but it’s not going to happen anymore. Linda and Shane coming out and saying that they were freezing Vince’s power and making the match for the Survivor Series

“The Game” blasts out as Triple H walks out to a deafening pop and a standing ovation

King: Well JR, I guess this is it

JR: The time has most certainly come and I can’t see anything else but The Game tearing Mr. McMahon apart. . . After all he and Stephanie have been put through by Mr. McMahon, you can not blame Triple H for beating the holy hell out of him tonight. . . And if I know Triple H like I think I do, Mr. McMahon is in for what could be the last fight of his life, let alone the toughest

“No Chance in Hell” hits and a serious looking Mr. McMahon power walks his way down to ringside as Triple H stares right through him

King: Here he comes though JR, Mr. McMahon himself

JR: So I see King, but I don’t see how he can overcome the odds and defeat Triple H tonight

King: JR, you forget you’re talking about a former WWE Champion. Mr. McMahon has beaten the superstars like The Undertaker and Stonecold Steve Austin, as well as winning the Royal Rumble too. . . You can never underestimate Mr. McMahon

JR: As true as that is King, he never won any of matches fairly and he won’t do tonight. . . I just have a feeling that he is finally going to get what is coming to him tonight

MATCH 6
Streetfight
Triple H vs Mr. McMahon

Vince backs off from Triple H as The Game gets into the ring, looking as focused as he ever has been. As he walks slowly across to Vince, the chairman decides to slip under the bottom rope to the outside. Trips sort of smirks as Vince stands still on the outside, but then The Game shocks him as he runs to the ropes and slides to the outside, chasing Vince around the ring. Vince runs past two sides of the ring and slides back in the ring, followed by Triple H. Vince then stops and stomps across Triple H’s back as he gets back in. Triple H fights it and gets right back up, causing Vince to panic. As HHH gets back up to his feet, Vince then turns round and tries to run again, but HHH grabs his shirt and pulls him back. He then kicks him on the ass, knocking Vince to his knees. HHH then reaches down to pull him up, spins him round and unleashes some hard right hands to the face of the owner, forcing him back towards the ropes and against them.

The Game then takes a step back before walking forward and clotheslining Vince over the top to the outside, getting the crowd going as they cheer loudly for Triple H. The Game then climbs through the ropes and jumps off the apron to the arena floor. He looks into the crowd, provoking a big pop as he then turns his attention to Vince, pulling him up as he got up to his knees. Trips then scoop slams him back down to the padded floor. Vince screams out in pain and holds his back before HHH pulls him right back up to his feet and whips him into the barricade. Vince remains on his feet, but just as he slouches against the barricade. But HHH isn’t done as he walks over to him and starts smashing him with right hands to the forehead, landing close to ten before Vince drops to the floor, sliding down the barricade. The Kings of Kings is far from done as he then chokes Vince by putting his boot against Vince’s throat.

Vince can be seen to be struggling and trying his most to push Trips’ boot off. The Game lets go, but Vince is still conscious. HHH pulls Vince back up to his feet and whips him hard into the ring apron, with Vince landing shoulder first against it. The crowd go crazy and continue to shout out “Triple H” as The Game stops to take a look at Vince before turning his neck to see Lilian Garcia away to the side of him. He stops and stares at her and the timekeepers table for several seconds before walking across and collecting a steel chair, which brings out a huge cheer from the New Jersey crowd. Trips walks back over to Vince as the struggling chairman kneels against the apron with his head just at the same level as the bottom rope. Trips then sizes Vince up, raises the chair above his head and brings it CRASHING DOWN. . .

Vince is just able to pull his head back in time and scurries back into the ring, generating a lot of boos from the crowd. Triple H isn’t prepared to wait though as he drops the chair and slides back into the ring. Vince crawls up to his knees as his son-in-law walks over to him slowly. HHH reaches down to lift him back up, but Vince throws a right hand into his gut. Vince then pulls himself up using Triple H’s legs and rakes him in the eyes. Again the crowd boo the hell out of Vince, but he then follows up by taking a couple of steps backwards, then forward again, knocking The Game down with a clothesline. Vince looks out of breath and takes a couple of seconds, but by that time, Triple H starts to get back up to his knees. Vince sees the danger and quickly kicks out at the side of The Game’s head, knocking him right back down. Vince steps over into the corner and exposes the top turnbuckle, removing the pad completely and tossing it to the outside.

Mike Chioda looks on, but he can’t do anything about it. Vince then turns round and sees Triple H stirring again, pulling himself back up to his knees. Vince walks across to The Game and looks down at him, talks smack at him and urges him to get up. Vince then throws a right hand at him, but The Game blocks it and then stands back up to his feet and unloads on Vince, hitting him square in the head with three hard right hands. Vince is knocked off balance and Triple H then grabs him by the neck, turns him round so they’re back to back and plants him with a NECKBREAKER. . . He then runs back into the ropes, back and drops a single knee down across the upper body of Mr. McMahon. It’s met with cheers again from the crowd. The Game stands back up, pulls his arm back and then leans back, throwing his arms back and into the air above his head, getting a huge pop from the crowd. Vince then starts to move and crawls towards the exposed turnbuckle.

HHH walks ever so slowly behind him though, with Vince not knowing. As Vince pulls himself back up using the ropes, HHH is right behind him, and as Vince then turns round, Triple H smashes him with a right hand. HHH then tries to follow up by setting him up for a DDT, but Vince holds onto the top rope as HHH falls back to the mat. Vince then stomps The Game away from the corner and into the centre of the ring. Vince then crouches down to try and lift HHH back up, which takes him a couple of seconds. He then goes for an irish whip towards the corner with the exposed turnbuckle, but The Game simply overpowers him and whips him instead. Just as Vince is about to hit the exposed steel, he is able to stop himself by reaching out and grabbing the top rope with both hands. He turns round and smiles smugly at Triple H, who then charges right at him, but Vince sidesteps it as Triple H RUNS RIGHT INTO THE EXPOSED STEEL. . .

The Game hits it chest first and drops backwards to the mat as Vince grins sadistically before taking action. He climbs through the ropes to the outside and walks across the apron to the steel steps, right behind the corner Triple H just collided with. He stands on the steps as he then reaches inside the ring and drags Triple H’s legs under the bottom rope. The fans cry out for Triple H to escape, but Vince then uses all his power to pull The Game by his legs, PULLING HIS GROIN INTO THE RINGPOST AT FORCE. . . The pain is evident on Triple H’s face, and the same goes for Vince’s delight, but he doesn’t stop there. He steps down off the steps and then reaches inside. He pulls Triple H by the shoulder, leaving his body across the apron and under the bottom rope. Vince steps on some wires that stick out from under the ring, his eyes light up in a big way. He then reaches down and picks them up, and then pulls the cable to get enough free wire as he then WRAPS THE CABLE AROUND TRIPLE H’S NECK. . . HE’S CHOKING THE GAME. . .

The crowd don’t know what to make of it as they sit in shock while Vince pulls the cable hard, trying to choke his son-in-law. Vince is crazy, he keeps hold for well over ten seconds, resulting in Triple H spitting blood. This even shocks Vince as Mike Chioda tells him to stop, which he does as Chioda checks on The Game, holding him on the apron. Trips is still conscious but doesn’t look so good as he spits more blood. Vince backs up and after the initial shock, smiles widely. Chioda then lets go of HHH’s arm and HHH seems to lose consciousness as he drops off the apron to the arena floor, causing Vince to smile even more. However, The King of Kings starts to move around on the floor, he must have just lost all energy as he dropped off the apron. Vince then reacts as HHH crawls to the steps to try and help himself up, but he still looks completely dazed.

As HHH gets to his knees with his head facing the steps, Vince walks across, grabs Trips by the head and then smashes it against the steps, and then again for added effect. The crowd are in shock as they see Vince completely take control of The Game. Vince then raises his arms in the air to a ton of heat as Triple H drops to the floor. As Vince brings his arms down, he turns to see the Raw announce table, and he smiles. He then walks over to the Raw announce table and strips it down, taking one monitor out of its position and holding onto it. The boss looks completely crazy as he turns round with the monitor in hand as he then urges the squirming Triple H up to his feet. The Game ever so slowly pulls himself up by the steps, looking out of it and unsteady as he finally gets back up to his feet.

As he’s about to turn round, the crowd try to warn him, but it doesn’t matter as Vince pounces straight away by SMASHING THE MONITOR RIGHT INTO THE SKULL OF THE GAME. . . LIGHTS OUT. . . Triple H is busted open as he just falls flat to the floor again. Vince looks down and very seriously at The Game, no laughing or smiling. BLOOD IS OOZING FROM THE GAME’S HEAD. . . Vince looks down at him before trying to pull him up to his feet, but it’s like dead weight. He drags him by the arms to the apron and is slowly able to lift him up against the apron and then lifts the legs onto the apron as he is then able to push an out cold Triple H back into the ring. The crowd are completely silent, in total shock as Vince then cockily walks back up the steps and into the ring. He takes his time before he walks over to Triple H and pulls him away from the apron towards the centre of the ring. Vince then puts his foot across HHH’s chest for a cocky pin attempt.

Chioda counts as the crowd cry out in desperation 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NO!!!!!!!!! . . . TRIPLE H JUST GOT HIS SHOULDER UP. . . VINCE CAN’T BELIEVE IT. . . The crowd erupts with cheers as Vince looks absolutely shocked. He gets right in Chioda’s face to tell him what he thinks about the count, but to no avail. Vince then stands over Triple H, and the blood soaked Triple H looks desperate as he tries to crawl up to his feet by using Vince’s legs. Vince allows him to get to his knees before pulling HHH’s head under his legs and setting him up for a PEDIGREE. . . Vince looks to the crowd, thinking he has it wrapped up, but all of a sudden, Triple H comes to life, and using all the energy left in his body, he is able to BACK BODY DROP VINCE. . . The crowd go nuts again as Vince hits the mat, but Triple H drops flat too. The two men remain on the mat for around ten seconds while the crowd chant for Triple H.

It’s Vince who’s up first as Triple H remains flat out on the mat. Vince looks livid after he thought he had the match won. He looks to the outside and climbs through the ropes, then walks over to the timekeepers table and grabs the ring bell. He slides back in the ring with the bell in hand, which gets a lot of boos from the fans. He again stands over Triple H, who slowly starts to pull himself up Vince’s legs, but this time Vince has a ring bell in his hands and raises it above his head. The desperation can be smelt from the crowd as HHH gets further up Vince’s legs. VINCE THEN SNAPS AND BRINGS THE RING BELL CRASHING DOWN. . . BUT NO! . . . HHH LOW BLOWS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD. . . Vince drops the ring bell on the mat as he then joins it as he drops down. Again the crowd cheer like crazy with both men laid out. After close to fifteen seconds, both men show signs of moving, and again it’s Vince who is up first.

He stands up in front of Triple H who ever so slowly gets to his knees, and as Vince tries to pull The Game up, Triple H reacts and plants Vince with a DOUBLE A SPINEBUSTER. . . Massive pop again from the crowd. HHH still feeling the effects, drops back to his knees as blood continues to pour from his head. Vince starts to squirm around on the mat as Triple H then turns to the side, breathing heavy but sees the ring bell. He stops and looks down at it before reaching out with one arm to drag it towards him. Vince starts to sit up and Triple H sees the time is now and slowly picks himself up to his feet, armed with the ring bell. It’s Triple H’s turn to stand above a fallen body this time as he then raises the bell above Vince’s head and SMASHES IT DOWN ACROSS THE SKULL. . . Vince just fell flat to the mat. Huge pop from the crowd as Triple H stands tall.

He then lets go of the ring bell and sees blood pouring out of Vince’s skull and onto the mat. Triple H then enjoys the moment as he takes a couple of seconds to recover too. He then sees Vince move ever so slightly on the mat and walks over to him. He then reaches down and drags his fierce rival up to his feet, but Vince looking dazed now, gives Triple H the middle finger, Austin style. HHH then stomps Vince in the gut and sets him up for the dreaded finisher. Trips looks into the crowd for a second before SENDING VINCE CRASHING DOWN TO THE MAT WITH A PEDIGREE. . . IT’S ALL OVER BAR THE COUNTING. . . Massive pop for Triple H as he moves across the mat and hooks Vince’s leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . TRIPLE H LETS THE COVER GO. . . The crowd are shocked, but as Triple H stands up and shakes his head to say he’s not done. He walks to the ropes, climbs through and reaches under the ring to pull out a SLEDGEHAMMER. . . The crowd cheer like crazy as HHH lifts it into the air and then slides back in the ring. Vince is barely moving, but as Triple H walks over to him, he starts to sit up.

The Game then takes aim as he waits for Vince to get up, and as Vince gets to his knees, Trips raises THE SLEDGEHAMMER ABOVE HIS HEAD. . . As he brings it down, VINCE LOW BLOWS THE GAME. . . Trips drops the weapon and the crowd’s disappointment is evident. Vince, still on his knees, sees the sledgehammer and picks it up. Triple H starts to sit up as Vince uses all the energy he has left to stand back up with the weapon in hand. Triple H is able to get back to his feet, but as he turns round, VINCE SWINGS THE SLEDGEHAMMER AT HHH. . . BUT TRIPLE H GRABS VINCE’S ARM BEFORE IT CAN CONNECT. . . Triple H wrestles away the sledgehammer and instantly SMASHES IT INTO THE FACE OF MCMAHON. . . Vince falls down towards Triple H, but before he can hit the mat, Triple H drops the hammer, catches Vince’s head and stomps him in the gut and BOOM. . . PEDIGREE TIME. . . Huge pop from the crowd as Triple H then shifts across the mat and hooks Vince’s leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . THAT’S IT. . . ALL OVER!

AFTERMATH: “The Game” blasts out & Triple H slowly gets back to his feet. Chioda raises his arm and Triple H then walks over to the corner to pose for the delighted crowd. As he steps down off the ropes, Stephanie walks down the aisle. Triple H turns round and sees her as she steps through the ropes. They walk over to each other and give each other a big hug as EMT’s then make their way down to the ring to check on Vince. Triple H takes a short look at Vince as Stephanie turns round to look while the EMT’s take care of him. She looks for a little longer, clearly very emotional as Trips then holds her hand. They then leave the ring as the EMT’s continue to check on Vince

WINNER: Triple H by pinfall

King: It looks like your feeling was right JR

JR: And no one can say he didn’t deserve it King. Maybe Triple H and Stephanie can get back to some kind of normality from now in

Josh Matthews is standing by

Josh Matthews: Please welcome my guest at this time. . . the heartbreak kid, Shawn Michaels

***HUGE POP***

Michaels walks into the shot, looking very intense

Josh Matthews: Shawn, a lot of people have been very concerned about your condition after what happened to you at the hands of Randy Orton on Friday night. . . Let’s take a look. . .

***VIDEO RECAP***
Footage from Smackdown on Friday night when Randy Orton snuck into the ring and hit Michaels with the running punt and then got his team to left Michaels up so he could RKO him

Josh Matthews:
Shawn, watching that back, how does it make you feel about your match against Team Orton tonight?

Shawn Michaels: First of all Josh, before you ask your next question, I am not at a hundred percent tonight. . . I mean, how could I be after what Randy Orton did just two nights back. . . But Randy, it might be the dumbest thing you ever did, and we all know that’s saying something. . . Then again Randy, it was clever at the same time because you showed that you actually are intelligent, but a coward too at the same time. . .

***POP***

Shawn Michaels: Instead of doing it the old fashioned way right in the middle of the ring, man to man, you have to go and jump people when they least expect it. . . So to answer your question Josh, yeah I’m banged up, but I’m also the show stopper, the icon, the main event, the heartbreak kid Shawn Michaels. And tonight I’m coming out to play. . .

***POP***

Shawn Michaels: See what you did Friday night Randy, could be clever, it could be smart. But I’ll tell you what it has done. . . It’s made me even more fired up, and that’s one thing you really didn’t want to do. . . I’ve bitten off more than you could possibly chew my entire career Randy. I’ve entered the Royal Rumble at number one and won the whole damn match. . . the first person to do so might I add. . . I was the first person to win the Royal Rumble back to back. I was the first person to be the grand slam champion in the WWE, the first person to win inside hell in a cell and the first person to win inside an elimination chamber. . .

***POP***

Shawn Michaels: So Randy, when you’re all ready to bring that team of yours down to that ring tonight. . . remember this. . .

Michaels backs up and then super kicks Josh Matthews to a massive pop coming from inside the arena. He then looks direct into the camera

Shawn Michaels: Orton, you talk about destiny. . . well that’s yours right there for ya kid

Another pop comes from the arena as Michaels turns round and walks out of the shot

***CUT TO THE ARENA***

“Metalingus” blasts out and Edge makes his way down to the ring, looking very focused and getting tons of heat

JBL: Here we are Michael, our next World Heavyweight Champion. . . Edge

Cole: Well if he does leave with the World title tonight, we will all know why. . . Earlier on, he enlisted the help of his friend and current WWE Champion, Randy Orton to set a trap for Batista with John Morrison and The Miz blindsiding the World Champion

JBL: You might not like it Michael, but it was a smart move. . . a very smart move

Cole: I’ll tell you what though John, Smackdown GM, William Regal made a smart move too by not allowing Miz & Morrison to interfere tonight

JBL: Doesn’t matter Michael, the damage might have already been done. . .

“Virtual Voodoo” hits as Umaga walks down to the ring with a grinning Armando Estrada as they both get some heat off the crowd

Cole: . . . If you want to talk about damage John, then this monster right here can show you damage

JBL: You don’t need to tell me Michael, I’ve seen it first hand. . . and more importantly, so have Edge and Batista

Cole: Ever since Armando Estrada told Edge that Umaga was going it on his own, the Samoan Bulldozer has been almost unstoppable. And if that continues tonight, we will have a new World Heavyweight Champion. . .

“I Walk Alone” blasts out as an extremely pissed Batista, showing only a little discomfort makes his entrance to a huge pop

Cole: . . . And listen to this ovation for The Animal

JBL: My god Michael, the roof almost came off

Cole: And rightly so John, everyone here wants to see Batista shut Edge up permanently and get his revenge on both Edge and Umaga tonight

JBL: But don’t forget Michael about the beating he got backstage earlier on

Cole: It looks to me that it’s not as serious as I first thought, and we all know that Batista will fight through the pain to keep hold of the World title. . . The question is, can he defy the odds here tonight?

MATCH 7
World Heavyweight Championship
Batista (c) vs Umaga w/Armando Estrada vs Edge

Batista storms into the ring, dropping his belt on the outside. With Umaga standing on the outside with Estrada, Edge charges at Batista straight away as the two pummel each other with hard right hands, but it’s Batista who gets the initiative. He blocks a right from Edge, then lands three in a row, knocking Edge off balance. The Animal then scoops Edge up onto his shoulder, but Edge slides right down the back, then he drives his knee hard into the back of Batista, pulls Batista’s head back under his arm and plants him with a REVERSE DDT. . . He is quick to lift Batista’s leg up for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Umaga gets back in the ring to stop the count, going for a splash, but Edge moves and Batista gets SPLASHED BY THE MONSTER. . . Edge is quick to walk over to the corner and climbs to the top rope as Umaga gets back up to his feet. As Umaga turns round, Edge jumps off and hits Umaga with a MISSILE DROPKICK. . .

Umaga is knocked unsteady and falls back to the mat. Edge turns over and rushes to hook Umaga’s leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . KICK OUT! . . . Edge stresses to himself as he tries to get the match finished early, but he doesn’t have much time as Umaga lifts himself up to his feet, as Edge then gets up too. He throws a right at Umaga, but Umaga blocks it and explodes by chopping him in the chest twice, grabbing him by the arm and whipping him into the ropes. As Edge comes back, Batista starts to sit up and pull himself up, and as Edge approaches his opponent, Umaga connects with a ROLLING WHEEL KICK. . . He caught him right on the jaw, knocking Edge down to the mat. Umaga stands back up and stares down at Edge, but Batista is back up and walks over to Umaga from behind. Umaga reacts through and explodes with a couple of uppercut thrusts to The Animal, knocking Batista back a couple of paces.

As he walks back into Umaga, The Samoan Bulldozer is quick to grab him around the chest and tosses him behind with a BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX. . . Umaga looks dominant already in the early going. He gets back up to his feet and then drops a leg across the neck of Batista. Edge pulls himself back up to his feet as Umaga starts to sit up following the leg drop. Edge walks over to Umaga, but Umaga sees him coming and chops him across the chest, then whips him into the ropes, but as Edge comes back, Umaga is knocked off his feet as Edge hits him with a SPINNING HEEL KICK. . . Mixed reaction from the crowd as Edge gets right back up and smiles at taking the monster off his feet. However, Umaga is hardly down for more than a couple of seconds as he starts to pull himself back up.

Edge though sees the danger, and as Umaga is almost back up, Edge runs behind him and into the ropes, comes back and takes the monster down with a bulldog, landing next to the apron. Edge gets right back up to his feet, running back into the ropes and then hitting a BASEBALL SLIDE. . . Umaga is knocked right out of the ring. Edge is back up on his feet quickly, and looks into the crowd smiling as he holds onto the top rope, looking down at Umaga. The crowd starts to cheer as they see Batista standing up and moving towards Edge. Edge laughs, totally unaware of Batista’s movements. Edge then clicks on to it as he turns round to see Batista right in his face, but is powerless as Batista whips him into the corner and follows in right behind him.

But before Edge reaches the corner, he leapfrogs back over Batista as The Animal is unable to stop running and then, Edge reaches forward to grab Batista’s head and pulls him back for a HALF NELSON BULLDOG. . . Edge reaches forwards to pull Batista’s legs up as he tries for the cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Batista is able to kick out in time, but Edge gets right back up and drags him away from the corner. Batista starts to get back up, and Edge switches gears as he walks over to the corner and climbs to the top rope. As Batista gets back up, Edge dives off the top rope for a CROSS BODY. . . BUT BATISTA CATCHES HIM. . . The Animal then tosses him back with a FALL AWAY SLAM. . . Big pop from the crowd as Edge crashes to the mat. Umaga slips back in the ring as Batista picks himself back up. Batista is totally unaware as he gets back up and turns round, where Umaga lets rip with a SAVOTE KICK to the face. Batista drops like a plank down to the mat as once again, Umaga takes charge.

He then drags Batista by one arm to the corner, where he sets the champion up in a TREE OF WOE position. He then walks back to the centre of the ring, before turning round and running at Batista, hitting him with a RUNNING HEADBUTT DROP. . . Batista’s body drops from the ropes down to the mat as Umaga stands right back up, looking down at the hurt champion. He then pulls Batista back away from the corner and into the middle of the ring, before walking back himself and climbing to the second rope. As he made his way up there, Edge got back up to his feet and before Umaga could get settled, Edge made his way across the ring. As he gets to the corner, Edge throws a right fist at Umaga’s chest and climbs up to the second rope too as Umaga sits on the top turnbuckle pads.

For some reason Edge tries to set Umaga up for a superplex, but Umaga fights it, and with relative ease, he pushes Edge down to the mat, landing barely over a foot from the corner. Umaga then looks at Estrada who smiles back at him as the monster then jumps off the top, connecting with a SAMOAN SPLASH. . . Edge looks out of it! . . . Umaga, already on top of Edge, doesn’t bother to hook the leg as Micky Henson makes the count 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Batista is just able to break the count up, jumping across from his knees to hit an axe handle on Umaga’s back. Batista slowly picks himself back up to his feet, and by the time he gets back up, so is Umaga and the pair swap right hands in the middle of the ring, with Batista landing three consecutive hard punches. With Umaga on the back foot, Batista tries to seize control as he whips Umaga towards the corner, but Umaga reverses it and Batista is tossed hard into the corner pads.

Umaga takes a second before running at him and going for a SPLASH. . . CONNECTS! . . . Batista gets squashed and slowly drops down into a sitting position against the pads. Umaga gets crazed look in his eyes as he then decided to walk over to the opposite side of the ring. After taking a couple of seconds, The Samoan Bulldozer charges off across the ring towards Batista at speed, and as he gets to the corner, he turns round for the SAMOAN WRECKING BALL. . . NO. . . BATISTA MOVES. . . The animal was able to pull himself out of the corner at the last second as Umaga’s back crashed into the pads. Batista picks himself up quite quickly, using the ropes to help him before running into the ropes, and as Umaga staggers out of the corner, Batista catches him with a DIVING SHOULDER TACKLE. . . Huge pop from the sell-out crowd as Batista gets back into the match.

He then grabs Umaga’s arm and whips him into the opposite corner, and this time he runs in at him, connecting with a clothesline across the shoulders. The Animal then follows up, driving his shoulder repeatedly into the chest of Umaga. He then takes a step out of the corner, seeing Edge start to lift his head up off the mat. Distracted for just a couple of seconds, Batista then turns his attention back to Umaga, but the samoan hits him with an uppercut thrust, taking The Animal by surprise. He follows up with a couple of hard chops to the face before knocking him down with a very stiff SHORT ARM CLOTHESLINE. . . Umaga stands tall in the ring, and starts shouting hysterically in samoan before turning his attention back to Batista, but in the corner of his eye, he sees Edge getting back to his knees. He walks over to him, lifts him up to his feet and chops him across the chest.

He then whips him into the ropes, but as Edge runs back, he ducks underneath Umaga’s outstretched arm and runs through off the ropes. And as he comes back the second time, Umaga sharply lifts Edge onto his shoulders and plants him with an enormous SAMOAN DROP. . . MY GOD, EDGE JUST CRASHED AND BURNED! . . . Umaga remains seated on the mat for a good five seconds with a sick smile on his face, but Batista is getting back up to his feet towards the corner. Umaga then picks himself back up with his back to Batista, unaware that The Animal is now back up and ready to attack. Umaga then turns round, but Batista has already set off, charging at him and plants him with a SPEAR. . . IT’S GOT TO BE OVER. . . Batista quickly turns himself over on the mat to try and get the cover to win the match as Henson counts it 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NO WAY! . . . UMAGA KICKED OUT. . .

The crowd are shocked as Batista sits up and tries to take in the shock, looking stunned Umaga kicked out while Estrada looks in from the outside, smiling and shouting out. Batista then picks himself right back up and sees Edge ever so slowly getting back up to his knees. Batista then retreats to the opposite corner to Edge and stalks his prey. Edge holds onto the ropes as he gets steady on his feet, Batista charge at him looking for the SPEAR. . . but as Batista gets close to the corner and Edge turns round, Edge sidesteps at the last minute and Batista runs right into the pads. Edge then runs into the ropes, runs back as Batista staggers out of the corner and hits Batista with a SPEAR. . . Batista drops to the mat as Edge looks to take advantage straight away by going for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NO, FOOT ON THE ROPE! . . . Henson stops the count and Edge looks up in shock. He sees Batista’s foot on the rope and he snaps.

He pulls the foot off the rope and hooks both legs this time for another pin attempt 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . KICK OUT. . . EDGE IS LIVID! . . . Edge looks up at Henson as the ref gets back up and tells Edge it was only two. Edge then stands up to continue the argument, but as he carries on yelling at Henson, Umaga rolls onto his side and up to his feet, right behind Edge. Henson’s eyes give it away as Edge then turns round, but Umaga grabs him around the throat and gets ready to hit him with the SAMOAN SPIKE. . . Edge sees what’s coming and panics, reaching to the side and grabbing hold of Henson’s left arm. He then pushes Henson down to the mat, momentarily taking Henson’s eyes off the action, resulting in Edge taking a swipe at Umaga’s groin. The impact forces Umaga to let go of Edge as he then drops to his knees as Edge then backs up into the ropes and then hits Umaga with a boot to the head, knocking him back to the mat.

Edge then stomps all over Umaga, pushing his body towards the apron. Edge then turns his attention back to Batista, pulling him up from his knees and whipping him towards the ropes, but Batista reverses it, and as Edge comes back, Batista plants him with a SPINEBUSTER. . . Massive pop rings out as Batista picks himself back up to his feet, still showing the effects of the spear. He then lifts his thumbs up in the air and brings them down, signalling for the end as he then lifts Edge up and places his head between his legs. Just as Batista is about to lift Edge up, Umaga gets back up slowly, which The Animal sees. He lets go of Edge and walks out to meet Umaga and is able to nail him with a SPINEBUSTER. . . The impact takes Umaga across the apron and then rolls to the outside as Estrada then checks on him. As Batista turns round to back over to Edge, the ultimate opportunist strikes, stomping Batista in the gut and then plants him with the EDGECUTION. . .

The crowd are in shock as Edge looks to take advantage again as he tries for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . KICK OUT! . . . Edge can’t believe it, but gets right back up to his feet and walks into the corner. He jumps up and down, stomping his feet as he urges Batista to get back up, which he does, but slowly. The moment Batista gets back up fully to his feet, Edge charges out of the corner towards Batista, but The Animal turns round in time and stomps Edge in the gut. He then places Edge between his legs, then raises him above his head and brings him crashing down to the mat for the BATISTA BOMB. . . Cheers ring out as Batista then moves across to the mat and covers Edge 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3. . . . OH MY GOD, IT’S OVER!

AFTERMATH: “I Walk Alone” blasts out at as the crowd give Batista a standing ovation. Henson passes him his belt and raises his arm. Batista then walks to the corner and poses with his belt as the crowd cheer and applaud his effort. Umaga and Estrada look on from the outside with frustration as Batista celebrates

WINNER: by pinfall, and still World Heavyweight Champion, Batista

Cole: Oh my god, what an effort from Batista

JBL: Michael, I have to agree. . . As much as I dislike Batista, he gave it his all tonight

Cole: He certainly did, and he will be leaving New Jersey tonight with the World Heavyweight Championship

*One by one, the superstars make their way down to the ring*

“Sexy Boy” blasts out and HBK walks out to a huge ovation

JR: Here comes the show stopper

King: Oh my JR, this is going to be incredible. . . Can you feel the electricity right now?

JR: I certainly can King, and I for one can’t wait to see if Michaels and his team can put one over the WWE Champion and put him back in his place, even if Michaels isn’t a Raw superstar anymore

JBL: You’re damn right he’s not a Raw superstar anymore JR, he’s one of ours. He’s Smackdown through and through

King: Why don’t shut your trap Bradshaw and worry about Randy Orton putting all your Smackdown stars to shame?

JBL: That’s not gonna happen King, you know why?. . .

Cole: . . . Whoa gentleman, let’s not get carried away. Let’s sit back and watch what should be an unbelievable match

MAIN EVENT
Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match
Team HBK (Shawn Michaels, Matt Hardy, The Undertaker & Chris Jericho)
vs Team Orton (Randy Orton, Finlay, Mr. Kennedy & MVP)

Michaels volunteers to start the match and he looks directly at Orton and then gestures to him that he wants him. Orton doesn’t look worried and just glares back at Michaels for several seconds before MVP stands next to Orton and tells him he’ll start the match off. Orton shakes his head at MVP and tells him Shawn is his. The remaining superstars all leave the ring and stand on the apron as Michael and Orton walk into the centre of the ring. Michaels doesn’t waste any time as he explodes with right hands to Orton, knocking Orton back every step of the way, forcing him back into the ropes where he then hits Orton with a couple of hard forearm shots. He then whips Orton into the ropes, then runs at him for the LOU THESZ PRESS. . . Michaels continues to pummel with hard right hands as the crowd cheer him on.

Michaels lets go after five right hands and stands right back up as he then reaches down to pull Orton up from his knees, only to knock him right back down again with a right hand. Orton gets back up almost straight away, only for Michaels to nail him with another right hand. Orton again drops to the mat, but this time as he gets up, Michaels whips him into the ropes, and as Orton runs back, Michaels lifts him overhead with a BACK BODY DROP. . . Getting another pop from the crowd. Orton slowly picks himself up, and as he gets up fully, Michaels approaches and chops him hard against the chest twice, forcing into the ropes again. Only this time, Michaels takes a step back before then clotheslining Orton over the top to get another cheer from the crowd. Michaels is control at the early stage!

As Orton shows signs of getting back up, Michaels walks over to the ropes and holds onto the top rope, and as Orton gets back up, Michaels lifts himself over the rope to the outside for a SLINGSHOT CROSS BODY. . . Another pop from the crowd as both men land on the arena floor. Michaels gets back up after remaining on the floor for a couple of seconds. He reaches down to pull Orton back up to his feet and tosses him back in the ring. Orton then starts to stand back up as Michaels climbs onto the apron and to the top rope, and as Orton turns round, Michaels jumps off and hits him with a DOUBLE AXE HANDLE. . . Orton falls back to the mat as Michaels then looks to take advantage as he moves to Orton’s feet, lifts his legs up and tries to apply the FIGURE FOUR LEG LOCK. . . Orton fights it and is able to push Michaels back by kicking his legs into the upper chest of HBK.

Michaels is pushed back into the ropes, but holds onto the top rope as Orton pulls himself back up to his feet, and then Michaels strikes, running at Orton and planting him with a SWINGING NECKBREAKER. . . Michaels then is quick to cover Orton 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Easy kick out for the WWE Champion as Michaels then gets back up to his feet, walks over to his corner and tags in Jericho, getting a big pop. He walks over to Orton and helps him up from his knees, then goes for a chop across the chest, but Orton beats him to the punch as he rakes Jericho in the eyes and then spins him round into an OVERDRIVE. . . Orton decides not to go for a cover and instead stands back up, walks over to his corner and makes the tag to Finlay. Finlay enters the ring, walks over to Jericho and proceeds to stomp all over his chest before pulling him up to his feet and hitting him with a European uppercut.

Jericho is knocked back as Finlay then knocks him down to the mat with a short arm clothesline. Finlay thinks about going for a pin, but as he sees Jericho getting back up to his knees, he then takes a couple of steps back before then running back the short distance and driving his boot into the face of Y2J. This time Finlay does decide to go for a cover, hooking Jericho’s leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Jericho is able to get his shoulder up, but looks very groggy as he sits up. Finlay then stands back up to his feet, reaches down and pulls Jericho up to his feet before scooping him up, but Jericho is quick to slip down. But still looking groggy, Jericho is slow to react as Finlay then chops him across the chest twice and pulls Jericho into an ARM BREAKER DDT. . . Finlay rushes down to try and get a pin this time as Jack Doan counts the fall 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . .

Jericho kicks out as Finlay gazes intensely at Doan, who lifts two fingers at him to indicate the count. Jericho then starts to sit up, but Finlay is quick to pounce as he knees Jericho hard in the back before lifting him up to his feet and then onto his shoulders for a fireman’s carry. As Finlay steps back, Jericho is able to escape; rolling down Finlay’s back but holding onto his leg and rolling him up 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Kick out from Finlay. The crowd cheer Jericho as he and Finlay both return to their feet, but as Finlay turns round to face Jericho, he gets kicked in the face with an ENZIGURI. . . HUGE POP FROM THE SELL OUT CROWD. . . Jericho still feels the effects of Finlay’s assault and remains on the mat, but crawls to his corner where he tags in The Undertaker. . . MASSIVE POP. . .

Taker enters the ring as Finlay starts to sit up and pull himself up to his knees. Taker walks over, lifts Finlay up from his knees and applies a wrist lock, then hitting him with a couple of shoulder thrusts. Taker holds onto the arm as he then whips the fighting Irishman into the ropes, and as Finlay comes back, Taker hits him with a snap uppercut, knocking Finlay down to the mat. As Finlay starts to get back up, he helps himself by using the ropes, but the moment he stands back up, Taker runs over and clotheslines Finlay over the top rope. However, Finlay holds onto the top rope as he falls, landing on the apron. Taker though sees it as a good thing as he walks over to the corner next to Finlay and climbs through the ropes. He then makes his way along the apron and drops his leg across Finlay’s head as it lies against the apron. . . BIG POP. . . Finlay holds his head as he rolls back inside the ring as Taker gets back up and climbs back inside, staring intensely at Team Orton the entire time. Orton, Kennedy and MVP just look blank as Finlay looks in trouble.

Once back in the ring, Taker walks over to Finlay, lifts him up to his feet, grabs by the arm and whips him into the corner. He follows in hard, nailing him with a clothesline, but then whips him back into the opposite corner and again running in with a big clothesline. As Finlay this time staggers out of the corner, Taker runs back into the ropes, comes back and smashes Finlay in the head with a BIG BOOT. . . The crowd go crazy as Taker then raises his right hand in the air, seemingly signalling for the chokeslam. He turns his head to Orton’s corner and stares right them as Kennedy is about to step through the ropes, but then steps back on the apron seeing Taker’s evil stare. Finlay starts to stand up as Taker then turns his attention back to him, and as Finlay turns round, Taker wraps his hand around Finlay’s throat and CHOKE SLAM’S HIM DOWN TO THE MAT. . . HUGE POP. . . Taker drops to the mat and covers Finlay, staring at Orton’s corner as Doan counts 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . .

Taker stands back up to his feet, not taking his eyes off of Team Orton, who all look reluctant to enter the ring and after a second, Orton and Kennedy jump down off the apron. MVP looks down and is a little frustrated, talking back at them both. After a good ten seconds, MVP reluctantly enters the ring, looking down and shaking his head at his team mates. Taker turns his head to see Finlay leaving the ring, giving MVP the chance he needed as he runs over to The Undertaker and hits him with a right hand to the side of the face. Taker just snaps his head back round to MVP and knocks him down with a right hand. MVP is quick to get back up to his feet, but is whipped into the ropes by Taker, and as he comes back, The Undertaker plants him with a SIDEWALK SLAM. . . Another decent pop for the Deadman! Taker then reaches down and pulls MVP up to his feet, then he scoops him up onto his shoulder.

He turns round, starts to run slowly over to the corner and drops MVP face first onto the corner pad for a little SNAKE EYES. . . As MVP staggers out of the corner and turns round, Taker is already charging at him having already turned back and into the ropes. Once Taker gets back towards MVP, he knocks him down with a hard FALLING CLOTHESLINE. . . Taker returns to his feet and walks over to his corner, tagging in the team captain, Shawn Michaels. The crowd cheer for Michaels, but instead of entering the ring, he instead decides to climb up to the top rope and then leaps off, connecting with an ELBOW DROP. . . Michaels recovers quickly to cover MVP 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Kick out from MVP, but Michaels isn’t bothered as he stands back up to his feet and walks to his team corner, setting MVP up for the SWEET CHIN MUSIC. . . The crowd clap in tandem as Michaels stamps his foot against the mat.

MVP slowly picks himself up by the ropes, and as he turns round and walks out of the corner, Michaels goes straight for him and lifts his boot towards MVP, but MVP ducks under it and as Michaels spins round, MVP plants him with a SNAP DDT. . . MVP remains on the mat, but after several seconds, he reaches across and covers Michaels 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . KICK OUT! . . . MICHAELS IS STILL IN IT. . . He then turns over on the mat and starts to crawl to his corner, but instead of stopping Michaels, MVP crawls behind him and holds onto his boot, but Michaels is able to jump forward and tag in Matt Hardy. The roof almost comes off as Matt Hardy climbs through the ropes and looks down at MVP. He stares down for a couple of seconds, allowing MVP to sit up and then pushes Matt back into the corner. He then attacks Matt with strong right hands to the head. Keeping hold of Matt’s head, MVP then backs out of the corner and hits a FOOTBALL KICK. . . Matt’s head drops, but MVP quickly grabs him around the chest and tosses him back with an OVERHEAD BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX. . .

MVP looks really confident as he then turns over on the canvas and covers Matt 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . SHOULDER UP. . . MVP CAN’T BELIEVE IT. . . He looks at Jack Doan in complete shock before standing back up, stepping back into the ropes and then going for a BALLIN’ ELBOW. . . As he drops towards the canvas, Matt turns to his side and rolls back up to his feet. MVP hits the canvas but is up within seconds, but turns round into a kick to the gut from Matt, who then sets him up for the TWIST OF FATE. . . Cheers ring out, but MVP fights it and slips behind, then is able to whip Matt into the corner. As Matt lands back first against the pads, MVP then runs at him and goes for the PLAYER’S BOOT. . . Matt steps to the side and MVP’s boot connects with the pads. He then turns round after staggering round and Matt is quick to plant him with a SIDE EFFECT. . .

Another pop rings out for Hardy as he then walks the short distance to the corner and climbs to the second rope where he then jumps down and connects with a LEG DROP. . . Matt then covers him straight away 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . NOO! KENNEDY IN. . . Elbow drop from Kennedy, but Matt sees it and moves out of the way as Kennedy’s elbow hits the chest of MVP. Kennedy gets back up and turns round into a TWIST OF FATE. . . Orton then charges in, but Matt is back up and nails him with a SIDE EFFECT. . . Huge pop as Matt gets back to his feet, followed by a struggling MVP, who turns round and is met with a stomp to the gut from Matt, who follows it up with a TWIST OF FATE. . . The crowd go nuts as Matt then immediately hooks the leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . MASSIVE POP!

Matt stands back up as the crowd cheer. As MVP comes round, he rolls to the apron and to the outside. Matt then walks to the ropes and looks down with a big smile on his face, but as he stares at his rival, Kennedy gets back up to his feet from behind, as does Orton, but Kennedy charges at Matt and clubs him across the back, while Orton retreats to the apron. Kennedy spins Matt round and lays into him with hard right hands before whipping him hard into the corner. As Matt hits the pads, Kennedy then runs in, but Matt lifts his boot up into Kennedy’s face. Kennedy staggers out of the corner holding his face, and as he turns round, Matt walks out of the corner and plants him with a SIDE EFFECT. . .

The crowd go nuts as Matt again gets in control as he then stalks Kennedy for the TWIST OF FATE. . . but as Kennedy picks himself up to his knees, Matt is distracted by MVP, who climbs up onto the apron and taunting him. Matt then turns his attention to MVP, forgetting about Kennedy as he storms across the apron towards MVP. But Jack Doan intervenes as he walks over and quickly separates the pair and tells MVP to get down off the apron. As Doan’s back is turned, Kennedy walks up slowly behind Matt and low blows him, then rolls him up, holding his tights. Doan turns round and counts 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . NO WAY, NOT LIKE THIS!

Matt & MVP can be seen brawling all the way to the back as Jericho is quick to run in at Kennedy, knocking him down with a clothesline, getting the crowd back into it. He then follows it up with another clothesline as Kennedy storms back up to his feet. This time as Kennedy gets up, Jericho runs behind him, back off the ropes and plants him with a ONE ARM BULLDOG. . . He doesn’t waste any time as he then reaches down to lift up Kennedy’s legs and tries to lock in the WALLS OF JERICHO. . . Huge pop, but Kennedy backtracks right away, pulling himself back across the mat to grab the ropes. Jericho doesn’t let go, but Kennedy pushes him off using all the strength he has. Kennedy then pulls himself back up with the ropes and charges at Jericho, knocking him down to the mat with a clothesline. Kennedy then turns round and walks over to his corner, tagging in Orton.

The WWE Champion then enters the ring, walking over to Jericho as he gets to his knees. Orton reaches down and pulls Jericho up, then hits him with a couple of swift forearms before nailing him with a European uppercut. With Jericho off balance, Orton then whips him into the ropes, but Jericho comes back off the ropes and nails Orton with a FLYING FOREARM. . . Fans cheer again as Jericho stops the momentum. He then rushes back up to his feet and whips Orton into the ropes, and this time connects with a SPINNING WHEEL KICK. . . Another pop as Jericho again tries to apply the walls, this time to Orton, but Orton fights it, sits up and rolls Jericho into a small package 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . KICK OUT! . . . Both men get back to their feet quickly and it’s Orton who strikes as he whips Jericho into the corner and charges in right behind him.

But before Jericho reaches the corner, he grabs hold of the top rope and back flips over Orton, but Orton catches him on his shoulder and then plants him with a SHOULDER BREAKER. . . Orton then gets a crazy look in his eyes as he retreats into the opposite corner and stalks Jericho as he starts to sit up. It looks like he’s setting him up for the RUNNING PUNT. . . As Jericho manages to crawl up to all fours, Orton then charges out of the corner like a man possessed, looking to hit the PUNT. . . BUT JERICHO DUCKS HIS HEAD AS ORTON SWINGS. . . Jericho reaches up and rolls Orton back, holding onto the tights 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . ORTON BARELY PUSHES OUT OF THAT ONE. . . Jericho is back on his feet, followed quickly by Orton, and as Orton turns round, Jericho tries to go for the CODEBREAKER. . . But Orton pulls himself back, narrowly escaping.

He is quick to drive his knee into the gut of Jericho and then slips behind him, planting him with a WHEELBARROW SUPLEX. . . Orton then follows up by standing back up and then dropping a knee across the chest of Jericho. He then hooks the leg for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . SHOULDER UP. . . Orton doesn’t look happy as he gets back to his feet, walks over to his corner and then tags in Kennedy. The Green Bay native then climbs through the ropes as Jericho starts to sit up. Kennedy then lifts Jericho up to his feet and whips him into the corner. As Jericho hits the pads, he follows in at speed, but Jericho sidesteps as Kennedy runs into the pads. As he turns round, Jericho then chops him hard across the chest three times and then pulls him out of the corner by his head.

He then stomps Kennedy in the gut, pulls his head down between his legs and then lifts his arms above the head and plants him with a DOUBLE UNDERHOOK BACK BREAKER. . . Huge pop from the crowd as Kennedy gets nailed. Jericho is quick to drop down and go for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . ORTON STOMPS ACROSS THE BACK OF JERICHO’S HEAD TO STOP THE COUNT. . . Michaels then steps through the ropes and charges at Orton, who is already backing up and is able to slide under the bottom rope before Michaels gets across. He then reaches inside and grabs Michaels by the feet, then drags him to the outside. And in a split second, Orton whips Michaels into the barricade. Orton then slides back in the ring after a grabbing a STEEL CHAIR.

Back on the inside, Orton slips the chair to Kennedy who then covers it with his body, completely unknown to the referee who tries to stop The Undertaker getting in the ring. Orton then stands close to Taker and taunts him, urging him to get in the ring. Doan then has to try and stop Taker getting in the ring, standing in the corner and blocking his path. Orton then backs up as Jericho and Kennedy get back to their feet and Doan tends to The Undertaker. Kennedy has hold of the steel chair, and as Jericho turns round, Kennedy SMASHES HIM ACROSS THE SKULL WITH THE CHAIR. . . Hearing the shot, Doan turns round and sees Kennedy with the chair, and instantly calls for the bell. Kennedy looks shocked and angry as Orton stands on the apron in total shock, with a face like stone. He then seems to have an idea as he charges through the ropes and into the ring, covering Jericho 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3. . . ORTON STEALS ONE!

Orton gets back up to his feet with a smile on his face, but then he sees The Undertaker enter the ring and instantly starts to back up, holding his hands up to. Taker continues to approach Orton and backs him up into the corner, but Orton then drives a sly knee into the gut of Taker and follows up with a couple of european uppercuts, knocking Taker back out of the corner. Just when Orton thinks he has the upper hand, he tries for an irish whip, but it’s reversed by the dead man, and as Orton comes back off the ropes, Taker nails him with a BIG BOOT TO THE FACE. . . The crowd go nuts as Taker lands that one! Michaels starts to come round on the outside and makes his way back over to his corner. Taker then reaches down to pull Orton up to his feet and then goes for a scoop slam, but turns it into a LEG DROP. . .

Orton looks in a little trouble now as Taker looks to finish the match off, again lifting Orton up to his feet, this time twisting Orton’s arm and then keeping hold as he walks to the corner, climbs up to the top rope and walks along the rope, before hitting the OLD SCHOOL. . . Orton squirms on the mat as Taker then reaches down to pick him up and then whips him hard into the corner. He follows in at speed and clotheslines Orton hard across the upper chest, then whips him hard into the opposite corner and repeating the clothesline attack. Orton then staggers out of the corner as Taker then turns round and runs the ropes, comes back and looks for the BIG BOOT. . . BUT ORTON DUCKS IT. . . and connects with an INVERTED SIDE BACK BREAKER. . .

Orton turns the tables and the crowd don’t know what to make of it. Orton still remains on the mat, not totally recovered form Taker’s onslaught. Both men then start to stand up, and it’s Orton who is up first and he whips Taker into the ropes, but as Taker comes back, he shocks everyone as he plants Orton with a FLOAT OVER DDT. . . There’s a massive pop inside the arena as that one landed! Taker takes a few seconds before he can fully stand up, and by that time Orton is starting to move. Taker decides to pull Orton up to his feet and whip him into the ropes, only this time Taker turns back and runs into the ropes, comes back, ducks underneath Orton and both men run through and as they meet the second time, Taker hits a FLYING CLOTHESLINE. . . Again the crowd cheer like crazy as Taker takes charge again.

Neither man is down for long and Taker reacts first as he hits Orton with several hard right hands to the forehead. Orton though fights back with a couple of rights, but Taker then blocks a third and goes for a standing clothesline. Orton though ducks underneath Taker’s arm, and as Taker turns round, Orton plants him with an RKO. . . RIGHT OUT OF NOWHERE! . . . Orton then drops to the mat and hooks the leg 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . THR-NOOOOO! . . . UNBELIEVABLE. . . TAKER KICKED OUT OF THE RKO. . . Orton is absolutely livid as he sits up and stares at Jack Doan. Orton shakes his head, and his eyes are all over the place. He looks like he doesn’t know what to do, but then sees the chair on the outside that Doan kicked out earlier. He gets back up to his feet and slides under the bottom rope to pick up the chair. He then slides it in the ring as HBK sees it, as does Doan.

HBK is furious as he then enters the ring and grabs hold of the chair. Doan tries to get the chair off Michaels, giving Orton the distraction he needed as he then reaches under the ring and pulls out another chair and slides that into the ring, unaware to Doan. Michaels sees it and he raises the chair in his hands up. Doan then tries to block Michaels from using it as Orton slides back in the ring as Taker gets back to his knees, looking very groggy. Orton then places the chair with his feet, right in front of Taker as Doan has his back to the action, trying to deal with Michaels. As Taker slowly gets up, Orton pounces straight away and RKO’S TAKER ON THE CHAIR. . . There’s no loud bang and Orton quickly swipes the chair out of the ring. He gets back up to his feet and tells Doan to turn round before stomping Michaels in the gut and pushing him back to the mat. He then quickly turns back to Taker and hooks both legs 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . ORTON BEATS THE UNDERTAKER

Orton sits up and raises his arm into the air with a big smile on his face, but as he stands up, so does Michaels, right behind him. As Orton turns round slowly, he sees Michaels right in his face and reacts quickly to turn round and run to the outside. Michaels follows to the ropes, and Orton looks into the crowd with a smile on his face. As he then turns round, Michaels then hits a SLINGSHOT CROSS BODY. . . Big pop from the crowd as both men hit the arena floor, but Michaels is up after a few seconds and is quick to pick Orton up and slide him back in the ring before getting back in himself and trying for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . KICK OUT FROM ORTON. . . Michaels then gets back up to his feet and pulls up a squirming Orton, turns back into the ropes, comes back and hits him with a FLYING FOREARM. . .

The crowd are on their feet by now as Michaels flips up to a massive pop. Orton isn’t far behind as Michaels pounces straight away with hard jabs to the jaw of the WWE Champion and then chops him back into the corner. He then climbs to the second rope and starts nailing Orton with right hand after right hand, landing eight in a row before Orton then pushes Michaels down to the mat quite hard. Michaels lands on the back of his head and starts to get to all fours as Orton then sizes him up for the PUNT. . . It could be all over in a split second as Orton the charges out of the corner and takes a swing at Michaels’ head, but HBK ducks it and Orton runs through into the ropes. As Orton comes back off the ropes, he ducks under an outstretched arm of Michaels and then hits him with a STANDING DROPKICK AS MICHAELS TURNS ROUND. . .

Perfect dropkick from Orton as he then remains on the mat and turns onto his stomach, stalking Michaels for the RKO in a press up position. The crowd boo him heavily as he urges Michaels up, and as Shawn gets back up to his feet, Orton strikes as he leaps up for the RKO. . . Michaels is able to push Orton off and into the ropes, and as Orton comes back, Michaels drop toe holds him. Michaels, then within a matter of seconds gets up and applies the SHARPSHOOTER. . . RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING. . . Orton screams in pain as Michaels uses all the strength he can to make Orton tap. Orton continues to scream out, but can’t pull himself to the ropes as Jack Doan gets right in his face, asking him if he wants to give it up.

Orton shakes his head furiously and starts to fight it strongly, slowly pulling himself towards the ropes. Michaels then counters it as he pulls Orton back ever so slightly, but not too far. Orton’s face is bright red as he drags himself closer and closer to the bottom rope with the crowd chanting at him to tap. With one last effort, Orton drags himself towards the rope and he just about reaches forward to grab hold of the bottom rope. It’s met with boos from the New Jersey crowd, but there’s nothing they can do. Michaels then lets the hold go at the count of four with a look of pure frustration on his face. He sees Orton struggling on the mat before backing up to the corner and TUNING UP THE BAND. . . Again the crowd get behind Michaels as they clap and stomp too. Orton slowly picks himself up by the ropes, and as he turns round, Michaels comes charging out of the corner for the SUPER KICK. . .

BUT ORTON DUCKS IT. . . Michaels turns round but into an almighty RKO from Orton. . . Both men drop to the mat, clearly exhausted. It takes a good ten seconds before Orton is able to reach out an arm across Michaels’ chest for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . THR-NOOOOO! . . . MICHAELS GETS HIS SHOULDER UP. . . The crowd go crazy as Michaels just escapes that one. Orton lifts his head up in absolute shock, looking into the crowd in disbelief. He then slowly picks himself up and walks back into the corner, setting Michaels up one more time for the punt. Orton is clearly not fully recovered as he lies and wait for Shawn to get to all fours, and as Michaels starts to come round, Orton sizes it up and then runs at Michaels, but HBK ducks his head in time as Orton runs through into the corner. And as Orton turns round, Michaels is back on his feet and goes for the SUPER KICK. . . Orton ducks it though and as Michaels turns round out of the corner, Orton leaps up and plants him with an enormous RKO. . . The momentum takes Michaels slightly away from the corner as Orton lands hard on the mat, but is able to turn over and place his arm across Michaels’ neck for a cover 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . 3 . . . OH MY GOD. . . IT’S OVER. . . HE’S DONE IT!

AFTERMATH: “Burn in my Light” blasts out as this amazing match comes to an end. It takes over fifteen seconds for Orton to move as he sits up and then gets back up to his feet where Jack Doan passes him his WWE Championship and raises his arm in the air. Orton looks dazed but extremely satisfied as he then raises his belt into the air above Michaels’ fallen body. He then walks to the ropes and lifts it into the air too, taunting them. He then turns round and places the belt over his shoulder to look down at Michaels with a sick smile on his face

WINNERS: by pinfall, Team Orton
SOLE SURVIVOR: Randy Orton

King: Oh my JR, Randy Orton has won this match

JR: And as much as I hate to say it, he’s done Raw proud tonight. But more than that King, he’s showed everyone that he is one hell of a champion

King: And I get the feeling we’ll be hearing that from the man himself tomorrow night. . . What you gotta say about that Bradshaw?

JBL: King, the best advice I can give you is to shut your mouth before I come over there and shut it for you

Cole: The simple fact is, Randy Orton raised his game tonight and proved any doubters he has wrong with an inspirational performance

JR: He certainly has done that Michael. Anyway folks, that’s all we have time for. Thanks for joining us here tonight and we’ll see you on Raw tomorrow night. . . Good night everybody

Yeh HulkStar, you must have the wrong thread, as Nige hasn't gotten up to the Royal Rumble yet. And thanks to a little thing called Copy and Paste, here is a Survivor Series review! :p

Tag Team Titles: YES! I love Londrick! Thank you for making them Tag champs, as I’m not a fan of The Redneck Wrecking Crew. I was surprised though to see the Originals get eliminated first, but thats no biggy. Solid action throughout, I would give this match ***.

Good to see Lashley’s returning to Raw. Wondering to see who he’ll feud with. Perhaps Kennedy?

Six Man Tag: The right team won here. I like the idea of the WGGT and Masters getting a push and having them in a stable, even though I’m not a big fan of Masters. Exciting match, ** and a ½ stars.

Womens Title: Damn. I was hoping for a new champ, as I cant stand Beth. It was still a good match, and although I normally don’t care for women’s matches, you made it exciting. I would also give this match a ** and a ½ .

Good to see Edge’s associates banned from ringside from for his match tonight, an even contest now I presume.

Classic Triple H promo, with him introducing his little ‘friend’ before his big match tonight. Good promo.

Cruiserweight Elimination: I’m a fan of Kenny, and it was a nice surprise to see him win as I was expecting Matt Sydal or Jeter to win. Great cruiserweight action in this match, and I would say MOTN so far. *** and a 1/2

Glad to see that Shane-O is on Trips and Stephs side, and that everyone is against Vince, who thinks he doesn’t need a family, cos’ hes Vincent Kennedy McMahon! Seriously, I hope you don’t put Kennedy as his son.

Intercontinental Elimination: Great match, with six very talented men battling it out. Disappointed to see CM Punk not getting the title, but good to see you’re giving him push by turning him heel against Hardy. These two could have some great matches, and this match would *** and a ½ also. Great Match!

Rated RKO reunion? I love it. Good to see Batista getting a beat down, and hopefully there will be a new champ tonight in Edge.

Street Fight: It was kind of obvious to who would win this match, but I didn’t think McMahon would dominate so much. I was expecting some more hardcore spots in the match since it was a street fight, but it didn’t really affect the match. I would rate the match ** and a ½ stars.

Great promo from HBK, hyping up his match for later tonight. I hope HBK’s team wins, but we’ll see what happens.

World Heavyweight Championship: Great match, even though I was rooting for Edge. Good idea as to having Umaga dominate most of the match, and I would also rate this *** and a ½ stars.

Elimination Match Main Event: WHAT A MATCH! Great action here, and Randy Orton again is the sole survivor in an elimination match. You surprised with the result, as HBK’s team had two people who had just returned, and he still lost. Fantastic Match, **** and a ½.

Overview: Fantastic PPV Nige! All the elimination matches and the world title match were great, and also the Street Fight! Great show, I would rate it ****. MOTN honours go to the Main Event Elimination Match. Once again, superb show!
