J.R: Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to the 20th annual Summerslam and by gawd what a night we have in store for you tonight. They are calling it the most personal match of the decade, Team McMahon vs. Team Flair in WarGames for the first time in WWE history.
King: Not only that J.R, we have the first ever Triple Threat Last Man Standing match between three of the finest athletes in the industry, Triple H, Randy Orton and John Cena.
J.R: We certainly have a jam packed show and now we will hand you over to our Smackdown colleagues for the first match of the night.
Cole: What a humdinger of a show and I personally can’t wait to call some of these matches tonight, we have the fatal 4 way match for the World Heavyweight Championship, The U.S title gauntlet...
(J.B.L interrupts)
J.B.L: We also have my personal favourites, the battle for the Undisputed Tag Titles, with the actual bout and the ladder match to determine the #1 contenders and a chance to shape a legacy. Bradshaw is in New Jersey and that should be enough but right now we have out first match of the evening and it could be one of the most important. It is King Booker vs. Finlay and an added stipulation is that if King Booker loses he will lose his kingly title. Let’s get this started then.
Tony Chimel: The first match of the evening is for one fall, introducing first, from Belfast, Northern Ireland and weighing in at 236 lbs Finlay!
*I LOVE TO FIGHT* hits to a moderate pop as Finlay comes out with a shillelagh in tow.
Tony Chimel: His opponent, accompanied to the ring by Queen Sharmell, from Houston, Texas and weighing in at 253 lbs, KINGGGG BOOOKKKAHHHHHH!
*CORONATION* hits as Booker comes down to the ring to quite a large amount of heat as he starts verbally abusing some of the fans in attendance. Booker royally hands his sceptre to his wife as he steps in to the ring to do battle with someone he has already beaten once on Pay Per View.
Match 1: King Booker vs. Finlay (If King Booker loses he loses the King title)
King Booker and Finlay get this match underway with a slow grapple in the middle of the ring before Finlay manages to use his technical expertise to turn the grapple in to a hammerlock. Finlay then forces Booker over to the ropes but King Booker kicks the legs of Finlay and quickly rolls out of the ring to gain some composure after that slow start. Booker starts moving around the outside of the ring, constantly eying Finlay. Booker then checks under the ring to look for Hornswoggle but he doesn’t find anything so slowly gets back in the ring. Booker urges the ref to stop Finlay from attacking while he is getting in the ring. While the referee’s back is turned Sharmell quickly gets up on the ropes and distracts Finlay, Booker seizes his moments and clubs Finlay round the back of the head; leaving him slumped against the ropes. Booker then hits a back suplex on Finlay and goes for the cover,

Finlay kicks out rather easily which is expected at this point in the match and Booker doesn’t look visibly frustrated. Booker then picks Finlay up and kicks him in the gut, Booker then goes for the DDT but Finlay battles out of it and goes for a suplex but Booker blocks the attempt and goes for a suplex himself and connects with it. Booker decides against going for the pin and instead he is looking to kill this match off early as he grabs Finlay up and goes for the Book End. The crowd are cheering Finlay on, this helps Finlay squirm out and use the momentum to his advantage and forces Booker towards the mat and his face rebounds off of the canvas. Finlay manages to put an arm across Booker for the pin,

Only a two this time as King Booker gets his shoulder up rapidly. Finlay then aims concise shots on the back if Booker. Finlay shouts in a distinctive Irish accent for Booker to get up, which he reluctantly obliges to. Finlay then stomps on Booker as he is getting up and then hoists him to his feet. Finlay then puts Booker in the piledriver position but before Finlay can do anything about it Booker is hot to trot on reversing the move with a back drop. Finlay has now been planted in the middle of the ring so Booker seizes the opportunity and bounces off the ropes and hits a leg drop. Booker gets up, his eyes start to widen.... Is Booker going for the Spin-A-Roonie? No... he holds in the urges but that definitely hinted at a face turn. Booker then picks up Finlay and Irish whips him over to the corner, Booker rushes at Finlay and goes for one of his monster kicks but Finlay has it well scouted and ducks the attempt. Booker temporarily has his foot caught in the ropes and this leaves Finlay just enough time to hit a modified slam/spinebuster move which shakes the ring. Finlay kicks Booker while he is down, clearly showing his ruthless aggression is still there. Finlay then goes down to Booker’s level and applies a front face lock to Booker. Booker is trying hard to break the tough hold but is unable to, after several seconds Sharmell gets up on to the apron and distracts the referee, causing Finlay to release the hold and go over to Sharmell and actually strike her and knock her off the apron. The crowd let out a surprisingly large pop but it is cut short when Booker makes a half hearted roll up attempt but Finlay immediately rolls out of it. Booker looks at Sharmell but surprisingly does little to attend to her other than to glance at her, she gets up but Booker is continuing with wrestling. Finlay tries to slow the pace down by giving Booker several stiff shots to the chest but Booker connects with a clothesline and ferociously shouts ‘Come on’ to the heavens. Booker lifts Finlay up and hooks his arm (a la Old School) and then swings his leg around and connects with a jaw dropping kick on Finlay’s.... jaw. Finlay spirals backwards but manages to find support in the ropes but the momentum carries him back over as he walks straight in to Booker’s spinebuster. Booker then goes for the pinfall once again,

Finlay got his arm up, albeit a little more slowly this time around. Booker senses he knows how to take down Finlay. First, though, he lets Finlay get to his feet, Booker pauses for a moment, letting Finlay stumble around the ring, dazed. Booker then times his moment and goes for a massive spinning heel kick which sends Finlay in to the corner. Booker runs up, having learnt from his previous mistake, and goes for a shoulder block instead. Booker then hits a bulldog, leaving Finlay floored. Booker then hatches an idea and drags Finlay by his arms over to the ropes. Finlay is then tied up by Booker in the ropes. Booker perches the top rope ever so slowly, watching out for Hornswoggle. Booker seems increasingly paranoid about the leprechaun. Nevertheless, Booker hits a massive dropkick from half way across the ring to Finlay, hitting the side of the ring in a massive spot, which the crowd acknowledges by pure jealousy for Booker’s smart move which they react with scowling and booing. Booker then lifts Finlay up and attempts the Book End but Finlay again blocks it so Booker decides to throw Finlay to the floor. Booker then puts his foot on Finlay’s throat and applies constant pressure, after a split second the referee gets him out of the move. Finlay looks uncharacteristically weak and disheartened as he lay on the ground. Finlay rolls out of the ring but Booker follows him, remaining on the attack throughout. Booker then clubs Finlay in the back before motioning towards the steel steps. Booker then has a rush of adrenaline and picks Finlay up and quickly Irish whips Finlay towards the steel steps but Finlay reverses it and throws Booker straight in to the steep steps. Finlay rolls in and out of the ring to stop the ten count before disassembling the steep steps and leaving one part out on the floor. Finlay musters up all of his remaining energy and strength to pick up Booker. Sharmell obviously interferes in proceedings but Finlay easily shrugs her off. There is a long pause as Finlay holds Booker in a tackle position before lifting Booker up and hitting a massive spinebuster! Finlay gets back in the ring again and back out. Finlay has sent the crowd in to raptures and he fully well knows it as he lets out a cheeky grin. Finlay violently throws Booker on to the side of the ring and bundles him in to the ring before going in himself. Finlay then goes for the pin,

No matter what you say about Booker, he ALWAYS has heart and he clearly showed that there as he kicked out. Finlay sensed blood in the water and quickly pounces in Booker before throwing him in to the corner. Finlay is quietly stalking him; Booker is unaware of his whereabouts. Finlay suddenly unleashes a running boot, right across the chest of Booker. Finlay then unleashes lefts and rights on the ‘King of the Ring’ before lifting Booker up and carefully placing him on the middle rope. The crowd are willing Finlay to do what they think he is going to do as he climbs the ropes. Finlay headbutts Booker for good measure before hooking his arm around Booker’s head, clearly looking for the superplex! Sharmell wails out at the referee to stop it, as the referee goes to console the upset Sharmell Booker hits a menacing low blow on the Northern Irishman, sending him falling to the mat below. Booker then looks out to the rows and rows of fans before front flipping and sticking his leg out and hitting a HOUSTON HANGOVER across the throat of Finlay. Despite Booker being a heel the fans are still cheering him like he is a face. Booker climbs on top of Finlay for the imminent cover,

I don’t think anyone knows how Finlay kicked out of that one but the most important thing was, he did. Booker looks in an absolute state of shock right now and it is easy to see why. Booker continues to get to work on Finlay, hitting a series of trademark kicks on Finlay’s chest, leaving him red raw. Booker then hits another leg drop before quickly lifting Finlay up and kicking him in the gut. Booker bounces off of the ropes whilst Finlay is bent over and Booker is looking for the axe kick but Finlay is obviously playing possum (or has it very well scouted) and moves forward and picks up Booker on his back. Finlay is looking for the Celtic Cross but Booker drops down and manages to quickly roll up Finlay. Booker has his feet on the ropes.

Wait a minute, the referee sees Booker’s feet on the rope and instantly reverses the decision. Booker’s King title isn’t exactly safe yet. Booker is absolutely livid with the decision but the referee stands his ground. Finlay has started to get to his feet but Booker rushes towards Finlay as soon as he gets to his feet but his heart overrules his head and he gets backdropped straight over the top rope. Sharmell quickly rushes over to help her husband to her feet as Finlay just looks on, not concerned in the slightest. Booker runs back in to the ring, obviously offended at Finlay’s cocky gesture, and starts riling up the fans with a few punches to the stomach (heel heat) but Finlay instantly stops this with a swift clothesline. Finlay wants this match completely over and done with and goes to finish this one over. The crowd want Hornswoggle but Finlay goes back to a move he had attempted to use earlier in the match, the piledriver. As quick as you like Finlay hits the piledriver and goes for the pin attempt,

After a long count Booker manages to kick out. Finlay then goes out to his corner and fetches his shillelagh but the referee almost instantaneously takes it away from him at the corner. Booker has managed to get to his feet and runs at Finlay, splashing him in the corner, knocking the referee out. Booker grabs the shillelagh and just looks at it, pondering. Booker then waits for Finlay to get up but, hold the phone, it’s HORNSWOGGLE! He runs to Booker and tries to grab the object but Booker tries to shake him off. Sharmell has now rushed in to the ring and, in a mirror image of Vengeance, grabs her stiletto and is aiming it at Hornswoggle but the target is too small so she assists in feebly kicking out at Horsnwoggle. Finlay gets to his feet and witnesses the situation. Hornswoggle manages to bite the leg of Booker, making him drop the shillelagh. Sharmell suddenly hits Finlay from behind with her high heeled shoe. Booker starts laughing before picking Finlay up and scarpering Hornswoggle away from the ring. Booker holds Finlay back as Sharmell lines up her shot with the stiletto but Finlay manages to duck and she CLOCKS BOOKER IN THE FACE WITH THE STILETTO! The crowd are going mental at this unexpected turn. Sharmell looks on in shock at what she has done, it doesn’t look like she meant do it though, despite the crowd’s reaction. Finlay then picks up the shillelagh and scares Sharmell away from the ring before picking up Booker and hitting him with the shillelagh. Finlay then sets Booker up for the Celtic Cross and connects with it! The referee conveniently gets up and counts the pinfall,

The winner via pinfall @ 10:12, Finlay!
King Booker has lost his King title and as he looks on in pain at Sharmell one can only wonder what is going through his mind after she seemingly cost him the match, and his title. Will we find out tomorrow at the RAW draft?
Cole: Oh my! Sharmell just lost Booker his King title!
JBL: A common mistake, don’t wet yourself over nothing girlpants.
*CUTS TO BACKSTAGE*
All 6 men in the U.S title gauntlet match are standing in Teddy Long’s private room. MVP (unexpectedly) is the first one to speak up.
MVP: Yo, Teddy. I know fo’ sure that I ain’t the only one wanting to know when the hell we are going to know what order we are in for the match tonight. So (MVP approaches his desk).... what’s the order?
Teddy: First off all, you don’t talk to me like that playa.
*Pop*
Teddy: Secondly, did you actually think I didn’t have a plan for one of the biggest PPV’s of the year? Nope... you are going to sort out the order... yourselves.
Punk, Kennedy, Kane, Burke and Matt Hardy surround MVP who gulps as we cut away to Randy Orton.
Maria: Uhhh... Mr Orton, tonight you have a last man standing upwards match against Triple H and that lovely champion, John Cena.
Orton grabs Maria which causes instant heat to pour out from the New Jersey fans.
Orton: Maria... Maria. How do they solve a problem like you? Cena is not quote, unquote, ‘lovely’ he is the biggest son of a bitch on God’s Earth and I can’t wait to stand over his lifeless body and then I am crowned the World Champion... once again. (Smirks) Even though Cena hasn’t lost on PPV for the last 11 months it all ends here. That brings me on to another thing, Triple H, The King of Kings... I damn near ended your career in January and tonight I am going to go one better and kill the legend of the 10 time World Champion and Randy Orton will once again be victorious and.... and better than every damn person in this hell hole of a state called New Jersey.
Maria: But your monotonous droning would fail to acquire the feasible rapport needed from the delicate crowd to boost you to unfounded status and eminence in this illustrious industry.
A MASSIVE pop for Maria who somehow just outsmarted Randy Orton at his own game. Orton just looks in stonily at Maria before he walks off and spits right below Maria who gives a wave, suddenly returning to ditzy blonde mode.

J.R: Let’s hand this one over to Lillian Garcia before King hands something else over... namely a proposal.
Garcia: This match is for the Women’s Championship of the World and it is a Triple Threat match which is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, the Champion, from San Bernardino, California and weighing in at 155 lbs, Victoria!
A decent pop for the Women’s Champion as *DON’T MESS WITH ME* hits and she confidently makes her way down to the ring.
Garcia: One of her challengers, from Toronto, Ontairo, weighing in at 124 lbs Trish Stratus!
*TIME TO ROCK AND ROLL* hits as heat is received for the multiple time Women’s Champion as she goes eye to eye with Victoria.
Garcia: Finally, from Richmond, Virginia and weighing in at 124 lbs, Mickie James!
*OBSESSION* hits as Mickie James comes out to the ring to a mixed reaction, she is clearly not favoured to win this match.
Match 2: WWE Women’s Title
Victoria (c) vs. Mickie James vs. Trish Stratus
Victoria and Mickie get things started with Trish smartly taking a backseat for now. Victoria forces Mickie towards the ropes before managing to tip her out of the ring and down to the floor below but from behind Trish suddenly uses her expertise to scoop Victoria off of her legs and dump her over the top rope which garners a considerable amount of heat from this baying crowd. Trish smirks but Victoria and Mickie both get to their feet and just stare at Trish. Trish is looking to hightail it out of their but Victoria and Mickie grab Trish’s feet and send her crashing to the mat. Mickie then drops an elbow before Victoria follows him with a leg drop before Mickie and Vickie both send Trish flying out of the ring and straight down to the floor to a big pop. Trish is livid on the outside but she takes a breather while the two divas in the ring do battle. Mickie gets the upper hand earlier on in the grapple but Victoria reverses it and kicks Mickie in the gut and puts Mickie in the powerbomb position but Mickie wriggles out of it but once again Victoria manages to overpower the former women’s champion and get her up for a powerbomb/Widow’s Peak but Mickie reverses it in to a terrific leg scissors which sends Victoria straight in to the turnbuckle. Mickie then runs at Victoria and hits a massive splash and then is able to hit a groggy Victoria with a suplex but Trish suddenly runs in and Irish whips Mickie to the corner and steals the pinfall attempt,

Mickie easily breaks it up but Trish is not fazed by this move. She is when Mickie hits a picture perfect dropkick which sends Trish reeling in to the corner. Repeating the move from earlier, Mickie runs at Trish and attempts a splash but Trish moves out of the way and this time Trish goes for a suplex towards the turnbuckle but Mickie grips on to the turnbuckle and goes for the Tilt-A-Whirl but ends up hitting a spinning DDT instead. The impact is unfounded as the ring shakes and the crowd are whipped in to a frenzy. Mickie attempts to go for the cover but Victoria comes over and foils any plans Mickie had of capturing the Women’s Championship after only 3 solitary minutes. Victoria picks Mickie up and hits a Russian Leg Sweep which sends Mickie to a heap on the mat. Victoria turns around to see Trish, already on the top turnbuckle, leaping at her with intent and splashing down and hitting a crossbody to a pop (For the big move). Trish goes for the cover for the second time in this match on Victoria,

Victoria kicks out of it, this time without help from Mickie. Trish gets up, a little more angry this time, and starts aiming down her sights as she is lining up Victoria for a Chick Kick. Trish is patiently awaiting Victoria as she groggily gets up and she is just about to pull the trigger when out of seemingly nowhere Mickie hits a Lou Thesz Press and starts raining down the punches on her former idol. Now Mickie gets up and mirrors Trish by lining up Victoria for her unpatented Mick Kick and by this time Victoria is up and she manages to hit it with full impact right next to the ropes. Mickie is pretty damn certain she has this one and while she takes a split second to brush her hair back Trish rolls up Mickie with a Small Package and SHE HAS HER FEET ON THE ROPES!

Mickie just manages to escape in a situation which highlights the fact where the champion doesn’t need to be involved in the decision to lose the title. Trish gets up and is absolutely irate at the referee who stands his ground but Mickie swoops under Trish’s legs (ahem...) and gets Trish in a compromising position by lifting her up and planting her back down on Victoria’s body with the Electric Chair drop but it seems Victoria managed to get her knees up out of instincts so that must have hurt a hell of a lot worse for Trish. Victoria gets to her feet but Mickie nearly damn decapitates her with a clothesline. Mickie the smiles at the crowd before kicking Trish in the head (rather out of character) Mickie then goes to the top rope and she is gunning for Trish but she badly overshoots the jump and lands on Victoria instead. Mickie then gets up, visibly shaken, and gets Victoria in an armlock and then gradually tightens the offensive move before Trish joins in and wraps her legs around Mickie’s throat, cutting off her air supply in the process. Trish finally lets go of the hold as soon as Mickie releases her hold. Victoria is rolled out of the ring by Mickie before Trish and Mickie go face to face in the ring. Trish clubs Mickie in the forehead before throwing Mickie over to the ropes. Trish then gets Mickie and goes for the Stratusfaction but Mickie has this one scouted and goes for a back suplex but it seems Trish is smarter than she looks and she somehow manages to apply the leg scissors before getting her own head to inches above the mat and spinning around rapidly and throwing Mickie out of the ring with an amazing head scissors. Trish manages to get up after a few seconds and she looks triumphant in the ring, until she realises she hasn’t quite won yet... Trish goes to the outside of the ring and goes for the title belt as Triple Threat matches are basically non DQ matches but she sees Victoria in the corner of her eye and this stops her dead in her tracks. Victoria and Trish try to pummel each other senseless but Victoria manages to Irish whip Trish towards the steel steps but, because Victoria is so tired, she doesn’t get full power and Trish manages to run back up the steps but she is met with a massive kick through the ropes by Mickie James. Trish falls a fair way back, injuring her back with the collision. Victoria takes the title belt and just stares at it. She keeps staring at it, she seems to be put in a trance by it but Mickie brings that all to a halt with a massive clothesline. Mickie picks up the title belt and she has a deranged look in her eye, she throws the belt over the ropes and picks Trish up by the hair and bashes her head against the mat. Mickie then throws Trish in the ring, giving her a few slaps to the chest on the way which garners a few WOOO’s from the crowd (wait until WarGames fellas...) Mickie is then patiently waiting for Trish to get up; she lines up her target. Trish is on her feet but Mickie seems very heavy handed with the title belt. Mickie swings but Trish easily ducks it, both girls turn around and Trish hits Mickie with an almighty Chick Kick. This one is certainly over as Trish goes for the pin,

Would you Adam and Eve it, Mickie had her foot on the rope! Trish is enraged, she starts pushing the referee and squealing out but squealing ain’t gonna do her a whole lot of good in this match. Victoria attempts to get in the ring but the demonic Trish headbutts Victoria which sends her nearly flying in to the barricade. Trish seems Mickie in the ring, she looks like a wounded animal with a small cut in her lip beginning to surface. Trish comes out of the ring but Victoria hits her in the lower section. Victoria manages to reach a vertical base while Trish is still reeling and in pain and Victoria manages to hit a WIDOW’S PEAK straight on the floor. The crowd actually look stunned as that was a big spot. Victoria has a lot of momentum as she flies in to the ring and drags Mickie’s downed body towards the middle of the ring. Victoria then begins to scale the turnbuckle, she finally gets to the top one then signals to the crowd before leaping majestically through the air and hitting a massive moonsault, square in the middle of the ring! Victoria hooks the leg and goes for the cover,

Beth Phoenix has ran down the ring and broken up the three count! The psychotic Diva has no real reason to attack Victoria but she does so anyway, this causes Victoria to quite literally snap. Victoria grabs Beth and throws her against the turnbuckle before unleashing several rights and lefts before throwing her out of the ring and kicking her in the stomach. Beth is dragged to her feet but manages to outpace Victoria and run up the ramp but Victoria is not letting this one go and Victoria starts chasing her up the ramp! Victoria and Beth battle backstage so it is just left to Trish and Mickie. Mickie goes for the Mick Kick as soon as Trish steps foot in the ring but Trish catches the legs of Mickie and returns the favour with her own finishing move, the Chick Kick. Trish hooks both legs and goes for the cover,

Winner and New Women’s Champion for the 8th time at 8:05, Trish Stratus!
J.R: Why in the hell is Beth Phoenix interfering for in a match like this? She has no right being here and that woman seriously needs help. Victoria won’t be too pleased come tomorrow night.
King: J.R you’re completely taking away from Trish’s amazing win, she is cementing herself as a legend in this business and all you can do is run your mouth.
J.R: Talking of running mouths, we have the A-Listers Johnny Nitro and Kenny Dykstra backstage with Todd Grisham.
Todd is seen backstage holding a microphone nervously while Nitro and Dykstra look on impatiently filled to the brim with expensive jewellery and designer clothing.
Todd: Tonight you have the chance to face the first ever Undisputed Tag Champions; how do you feel about this momentous occasion?
Nitro: How do we feel? We feel great. We ARE the A-Listers and we will dazzle this dumbass crowd tonight with out shining glory when we lift up yet another contract...
*Annoyed groans from the crowd*
Nitro: Like I said, when we lift up another contract we will have the chance to yet again become great because Dykstra and I have been in the slums for the past few months because of chumps like John Cena and Rey Mysterio stealing out limelight but this happens no more! We will show everyone we are the greatest entertainers and if you think otherwise you will be in the nearest medical centre with a list (bad pun) of injuries to your name.
Nitro and Dykstra walk away with an annoyed look on their face because of Grisham’s reaction as we cut back to the ring where Chimel can’t be assed to read their introductions (seeing as there is so many and we still have that lengthy WarGames match to get through) we just cut straight in to the action.
Match 3: Cruiserweight Open
Chavo Guerrero (c) (w/ Mark Henry) vs. Eric Young (w/ Chuck Palumbo) vs. Funaki vs. Jimmy Wang Yang vs. vs. Gregory Helms vs. Jamie Noble vs. Shannon Moore vs. Super Crazy
The odds aren’t exactly with Chavo is the timekeeper rings the bell to start this match. The crowd pop as every single one of the Cruiserweights surround Chavo, obviously hurt by his comments that he is the greatest Cruiserweight ever. Chavo quickly hightails it out of the ring before signalling he is not going to come back in the ring but the Cruiserweights start to run after Chavo. Mark Henry quickly goes over to defend Chavo but the Cruiserweights and Chuck Palumbo start taking him down! It’s absolute pandemonium out here as Gregory Helms (his first match after returning from a neck injury) grabs Chavo and forcefully throws him in the steel steps. Every single Cruiserweight attempts to kick the hell out of Chavo before the referee finally regains order and gets every single active participant in the ring. The 8 men pair off in mini-battles, Noble/Moore, Crazy/Helms, Young/Chavo and Funaki/Wang fight off in respective corners. Noble hits Moore with rights hands before going for a hard left but Moore manages to duck and hits a suplex which sends Noble straight over the top rope but he manages to land on the apron, Moore then decks Noble out to the floor. Chavo suddenly rushes in and dropkicks Moore off the ropes and over the top. Young quickly rolls up his rival,
1
-
That didn’t last very long as every single man in the ring bar Chavo broke it up which signals how hard this match is going to be. Wang, meanwhile, is easily getting the upper hand over Funaki before Funaki brings something out of nowhere and hits Yang with a massive karate kick, sending him flying to the mat. Super Crazy is focusing on the injured neck of Helms before going for an armbar and throwing Helms over his shoulder but Helms lands on his feet and armdrags Crazy out of the ring and under the bottom. Helms the runs off the ropes and goes for the baseball slide but Crazy ducks it and grabs Helms’ legs and guillotines him on the ropes, hurting his neck. Yang has brought Funaki over to the ropes before leaping up on the middle rope and hitting a perfect leg scissors on Funaki, sending him hurtling out of the ring. Funaki manages to stumble to his feet a few seconds later but is met by a suicide plancha from Yang which takes both men to the floor; injuring them in the process. Now just Chavo and Young are in the ring (everyone else are fighting outside) and that is just the way Eric Young wanted this to be. Young bounces off the ropes and slides under the bewildered Chavo’s legs before quickly leaping to his feet and going for a German Suplex but Chavo falls through the air and remarkably lands on his feet. Chavo then rolls back, taking Young with him and getting him in a Victory Roll style pin whilst holding on to the ropes, he then attempts to go for the pinfall,

Super Crazy takes Chavo’s arms off the ropes which causes him to lose momentum which makes Young roll out and apply a headlock to the champion. Yang comes leaping in to the ring, followed by Shannon Moore. Yang is on the top rope so Young releases the hold and smartly rolls out of the ring. Yang turns around and goes for the moonsault whilst Chavo is getting up but he lands on his feet and is met with a quick Russian Leg Sweep from a resurgent Chavo Guererro. Chavo collapses with exhaustion as that last move took a lot out of him just to simply get up. Moore is on the top rope and comes down with a massive leg drop on Yang. Moore goes for the cover,

Yang kicks out of the pinning predicament and by this time Funaki and Helms have hit the ring. Helms and Funaki square up to each other in the middle of the ring but Helms doesn’t take Funaki seriously and simply throws him out of the ring which garners a fair amount of heat. Moore helps Yang to his feet and they both spot Helms standing by the ropes. Moore and Yang run at Helms, duck his feeble clothesline attempt, and bounce off the ropes and they both hit a dropkick. As quick as you like they both pounce on him for the cover. They suddenly realise what they have done but decide to temporarily work together by lifting Helms up by the legs and look for a double flapjack but Helms is very smart and rolls through the flapjack attempt which sends Yang and Moore going under the ropes and to the outside. Super Crazy comes in next and just goes eye to eye (or as close as it can get to eye to eye) before Crazy lets out a wail before getting on his knees and doing a springboard like flip over and landing on his stomach before kicking wildly at the shins of Helms. This forces Helms to rather cowardly shuffle out of the ring but is met by Chavo meeting him halfway and throwing him off of the apron. Young then charges Helms down before hunting down Chavo in the ring (or attempting to, at least). Chavo runs straight in at Crazy and damn near decapitates him with a clothesline. Chavo cockily goes for the cover,

Young manages to break it up. Chavo is incensed, he kicks Young in the gut and lifts him up and he attempts the Gory Bomb but Young escapes the move and hits a swinging neckbreaker on Chavo. Crazy is now on his feet and motions to Young that he wants to hit a move, Young obliges. Crazy then hits a very impressive standing moonsault but as soon as Crazy gets on his feet Young reminds Crazy the hard way that this match is every man for himself by knocking Crazy clean over with his finisher, the Running Big Boot (with motorbike theatrics included). Young then goes for the cover on Crazy,

The nearest anyone has got to a victory but Funaki, Helms and Noble break it up. Noble this time attempts to hit a DDT on Funaki but he shockingly counters it with a botched back suplex. Funaki then walks straight in to Helms who spinebusters Funaki which sends him in to a daze and out of the ring. Helms then kicks the legs of Young before hooking his arm and applying the armbar before lifting Young in the air and hitting a front suplex. Helms then forces Young in to the corner where he unleashes several lefts and rights to the dismay of the audience in New Jersey. Young in then slumped in the corner, Helms then forces his boot straight in to Young’s throat, almost symbolising Helm’s neck injury. The referee manages to break up the move at the 4 count but Helms seems absolutely relentless in his attack on Young. Helms shoulder charges Young in at the corner again but Chavo is coming up the steel steps but Helms spots in and kicks him off it with ease. Helms then perches Young up on the middle rope before grabbing his head and putting him in a DDT position. Helms forces Young down and hits an absolutely sickening Spike DDT. The impact Young’s head had on the mat was almost unbearable to hear; it seems Helms has this one wrapped up. Helms then goes for the cover by hooking the leg,

Chavo turns in to a hero for a short time by breaking up the pinfall and saving his title with a Guerrero move, the Frog Splash. Helms and Young got an equal share of pain there but the crowd are still in awe of the incredible new move Helms just managed to use. Meanwhile, Chavo rolls both Young and Helms out of the ring before leaning back against the ropes and taking a short break. Noble and Moore quickly rush in but Noble quickly dispatches of Moore with a shot to the head and a massive backbreaker. Chavo then sees Noble and goes for the clothesline but Noble ducks and with the follow up hits Chavo with a back drop. Noble then dives on Chavo for the cover,

Noble’s main purpose of that pinfall was to wear Chavo down as he easily kicked out. Noble then tries to stamp on Chavo’s legs but Mark Henry comes up to the apron to protest about something so the referee orders Henry away from the ring but this gives Chavo enough time to hit a vicious low blow. Chavo quickly gets back to his feet and hits his patented Gory Bomb with full effect but Young and Helms rush to the ring to combat Chavo. Helms looks like he has his sights set on Young but Helms rushes in and hits a Shining Wizard out of nowhere on Young. Chavo then Irish whips Helms out of the ring. Chavo has a sinister smirk on his face, he turns Young over on to his stomach and locks in his late Uncle’s old move, the Lasso from El Paso! Young is writhing in pain and screaming for Chavo to release it but he obviously doesn’t. Young is reaching for the ropes with everything he has got but it doesn’t seem enough as Chavo pulls Young towards the middle of the ring. Chavo’s arms seem to be widening and it looks as if Young might manage to break the hold after all but Chavo simply tightens his grip. It looks as if Young has simply run out of ideas and he has absolutely nowhere to go to but out of nowhere he gets a very unlikely saviour, Funaki. Funaki comes in and hits Chavo which forces him to release the hold but Chavo kicks Funaki in the gut and looks to make an example out of him. Outside of the ring Henry is running rampant, silently taking out Noble, Moore, Crazy and Helms but Yang manages to hit a moonsault from the top rope out of absolutely nowhere but Henry catches him! Henry hits a ground breaking body slam. Every Cruiserweight is out of commission with the exception of Chavo, Young and Funaki but Palumbo has seen enough and he attacks Henry before managing to lift him off his feet ever so slightly and send him tumbling in to the steel steps. Chavo has perched the top turnbuckle in the ring and goes for the Frog Splash on Funaki but he moves out of the way to the shock of the crowd. Palumbo and Henry then rush the ring (Henry comes in slightly later though) Palumbo goes to attack Chavo but the referee stops him and orders him back to the locker room. The referee obviously has the wrong person as he takes Palumbo half way up the ramp. This leaves a tiny opening for Mark Henry to do his dirty work. Palumbo is up the ramp now, despite making valiant protests, so nothing can stop Henry hitting the WORLD’S STRONGEST SLAM on Young. Henry goes of the ring but Crazy hits a low blow on Henry and rushes the ring. Chavo is on the top rope but Crazy makes his way up there. Chavo spots the referee still getting Palumbo to play ball so he hits another low blow and hits Crazy with a front suplex which makes him land face first on the mat rather awkwardly. Chavo then leaps off of the ropes as the referee conveniently gets back in to the ring and hits the Frog Splash on Crazy. The referee rushes towards the pinfall attempt and counts the imminent win, much to the dismay of the WWE fans.

Match 4: Number One Contendership for the Undisputed Tag Titles (Ladder)
The A-Listers (Nitro and Dykstra) vs. Cryme Tyme vs. Londrick vs. The Bluebloods.
RECAP:
A few minutes has passed in the match and the four teams do battle with one another but it all comes full circle when they all go face to face. Once all 8 men are in the ring Cryme Tyme and The Bluebloods (the more physical of the four teams) quickly move out of the ring to go and get some ladders but on the way up to the ramp they engage in some fisticuffs against the barricades with the larger team Cryme Tyme dominating the battle. Meanwhile, in the ring, Johnny Nitro goes for an enzuguri on Brian Kendrick but Kendrick manages to catch one leg before London follows up with a boot to Nitro’s face. Dykstra goes to attack London but is thrown out of the ring. London then leaps over the ropes at Nitro and Dykstra using the suicide dive but The A-Listers catch him and are about to carry him over to the steel steps when Kendrick dives over the ropes and lands on the 2 men, forcing them to relinquish London. JTG and Shad have brought back one ladder as they look up towards the contract in the middle of the ring but Regal brings them down to Earth with a shuddering punch to the back of JTG’s head. JTG turns round and he is now amused, he gives the ladder over to Shad who continues walking to the ring and he just stares a hole right through Regal, showing us a far more intense side to JTG. JTG simply picks up Regal and is about to bodyslam him when Taylor comes out of nowhere with a ladder and swings it, lacerating JTG’s back. Taylor helps Regal to his feet and instructs him to get in the ring. Taylor goes over to JTG and delivers some elbows in to his face for good measure before Shad comes up behind Taylor lifts him up and hits a scoop slam right on to the ramp! Regal tries to attack Shad but the two end up brawling towards the steel steps. After a few moments Regal drops down to his knees and begs for forgiveness, Shad drops his guard so Regal can hit a low blow out of nowhere. Regal gets back to his feet, smirks, then Irish whips Shad in to the steel steps, dislodging them.
Meanwhile, back in the ring, London and Kendrick are gaining the upper hand in the fight between themselves and the A-Listers, Nitro and Dykstra. London Irish whips Dykstra on to the ropes and when he rebounds and manages to hit a double flapjack sending Dykstra crashing down to the mat. Kendrick goes out of the ring to fetch the ladder but Nitro pokes London in the eye before hitting a Cutter on him as the crowd give him grief. Nitro gets Dykstra on to his feet and while Kendrick, blissfully unaware of what is going on in the ring, is climbing up the steps he notices the two and puts the ladder in the corner and gets ready to fight. Nitro and Dykstra easily overwhelm Kendrick. Regal throws another ladder in the ring and attempts to get in to the ring but is dropkicked out by Nitro. Kendrick then makes a brief fightback, he unleashes several lefts and rights and he knocks Nitro down. London then leaps to his feet and sets up the ladder near the corner. Kendrick then gets Dykstra in a bulldog position but behind him he doesn’t realise Nitro just lowblowed London and is standing behind him. Kendrick goes for the SLICED BREAD#2 using the ladder as leverage but when he goes back around he is caught by Nitro and he SLAMS HIM IN TO THE LADDER. Kendrick rolls out of the ring as Nitro sets up the ladder in the middle of the ring. All of a sudden JTG and Shad rush the rings whilst the Bluebloods patiently wait outside looking for weapons under the ring. JTG hits Nitro with a big boot before Shad unleashes some pain on Dykstra using kicks and well timed punching before punching him in the gut and going for a powerbomb, he is looking towards the ladder lying on the floor as if to say he is going to powerbomb him on it but Regal and Taylor step in to the ring with steel chairs in tow. Regal hits the back of Shad, Dykstra now rolls out of the ring. Regal then throws Shad out of the ring very slowly. Regal then folds his chair up and places it carefully on the mat. JTG is then lifted up by both Regal and Taylor before being PLANTED RIGHT ON THE FOLDED CHAIR. The crowd are in shock as JTG rolls out of the ring in pain. London gets on the top turnbuckle and hits Taylor with a leg scissors before Kendrick takes down Regal with a seated senton. Kendrick and London then scale the dizzying heights of the ladder. They are making their way to the top
...... 5 RUNGS TO GO.....
...... 4 RUNGS TO GO.....
...... 3 RUNGS TO GO.....
Nitro leaps off the top turnbuckle as soon as London and Kendrick reach out for it and outs his own body on the line as he just throws himself at the ladder, making it topple before BOTH MEN CRASH 10 FEET BELOW. Dykstra goes to check on Nitro before dragging London over to the corner, Dykstra grabs the ladder lying on the mat and drags it to a few feet from the corner. Dykstra unfolds it and places London in between the ladder like a sandwich. Dykstra then goes over to Kendrick and kicks him violently which BUSTS HIM WIDE OPEN. Kendrick is then dragged on top of the folded up ladder which crushes London’s windpipe but the damage hasn’t been done yet. Dykstra gets to his feet and goes on to the top turnbuckle before screaming out and planting both men WITH A LEG DROP ON TO THE LADDER. London’s throat is crushed as blood seeps from his mouth, Kendrick’s head jerked awkwardly as the crowd are in complete shock and they just stay silent. Dykstra helps Nitro to his feet before going to climb up the ladder but out of nowhere Regal swoops in and clocks both Nitro and Dykstra over the head with some brass knuckles. Regal then starts to climb the ladder but he loses his balance and tries to start climbing the ladder again. He is making good progress and there seems to be no-one who can stop him.
.....4 RUNGS TO GO.....
....3 RUNGS TO GO.....
Nitro drags himself to his feet and manages to clip on to one of Regal’s boots but Nitro is easily kicked off but JTG has stepped over the ropes and, like a bullet train, nearly decapitates Nitro with a clothesline. JTG then calls for Shad to bring another ladder in. Shad then sets up another ladder next to JTG’s so they can take the contract together. Both men are nearing the top now.
.....4 RUNGS TO GO.....
.....3 RUNGS TO GO.....
.....2 RUNGS TO GO.....
Shad reaches out for the contract but out of nowhere Kendrick, battered and bruised, dropkicks Shad off of one of the ladders before climbing that ladder. JTG is right at the top of the other ladder and looks odds-on to grab the contract when Kendrick just goes for it and HITS A CROSSBODY RIGHT OFF OF THE LADDER!!! Everyone is down now as Kendrick is a bloody mess. After a few seconds Taylor begins to stir on the outside. Taylor climbs in to the ring and witnesses the carnage around him. He brought in a steel chair for protection but he doesn’t need it. London begins to get to his feet but Taylor rushes over to him and looks to hit him right between the eyes with a steel chair but London hits a drop toe hold which sends Taylor straight in to the cold, hard steel of the ladder. London slowly regains his balance before slowly climbing up the ladder and I mean slowly. Nitro finally gets to his feet and is a lot more nimble than London who was involved in that huge spot earlier on in the match. Nitro and London have both reached the second to last rung at the top of the ladder. London and Nitro both trade blows 10 feet in the air and it looks as if Nitro is about to topple when Shad and JTG both get to their feet and JTG hits a swinging neckbreaker on Nitro off of the ladder as he climbed to the second rung. Shad then throws London to the ground. London valiantly battles on and gets to his feet but is immediately grounded again by a vicious big boot from Shad which further damages London’s mouth. Shad then picks up Dykstra and is looking to powerbomb him but right at the instant when Dykstra us lifted up he still manages to lift up a steel chair and hit Shad right between the eyes which causes him to fall to the mat with amazing force.
Dykstra and JTG go face to face before Kenny rather cowardly decides to run away but catches JTG unaware when he hits him with a clothesline. JTG is rattled, even more so when Kenny picks up the steel chair as quick as a bullet and smacks him over the head with it. Nitro is now on his feet (helped to his feet by Kenny) Dykstra carelessly throws a ladder on to the floor but it may be a little smarter than first thought as Nitro drags Kendrick to his feet. Nitro then places the ladder down and then Irish whips Kendrick in to the ropes and back again before Nitro scoops him up and Dykstra is on the other end for a SNAPSHOT OFF OF THE LADDER. London is now on his feet and looks at what just happened to Kendrick and London is incensed! London picks up the chair and hits Nitro in the head with it before Kenny smirks at London cockily. London is having absolutely none of it and the smirk is smashed off his face with SEVERAL chair shots to the head BUSTING HIM OPEN. London then hits a DDT on the ladder. There is now one ladder in the ring that is stood up and one lying on the floor (which Kenny is lying on) London then goes to the top of the ladder, he has this won! Surely, he reaches out but Regal comes in with his trademark brass knuckles in his hand. Regal reaches out to London and starts to climb the rungs but London is fighting back! London hits a massive shoulder block which sends Regal flying. London then gets to his feet, gets a feeling for his surroundings, and sets up another ladder slightly closer to the contract than the other ladder. London is battling his way to the top as he is still bleeding from the mouth. Regal then decides to climb the adjacent ladder...
....3 RUNGS TO GO....
.... 2 RUNGS TO GO....
London is going to do it but he doesn’t realise Regal is near him as he seems to have lost his bearings a little bit. Regal starts climbing that ladder but Shad comes in with another ladder, puts that up and climbs that! Everyone else seems down and out until Dykstra gets on to his feet and starts climbing the same ladder as William Regal!
....1 RUNG TO GO....
London has reached the top and reaches out but Regal catches his arm and puts it in to a wrist lock. London and Regal are battling precariously above the ring as JTG gets in to the ring with a steel chair but Nitro hits a shining wizard which flings the steel chair back in JTG’s face. Nitro looks exhausted. Kendrick and Taylor get up at the same time and both men look up at their teammates battling high above the ring. Dykstra and Shad have also nearly reached the top now and this match shows no signs of stopping when Kendrick runs out of nowhere and hits the SLICED BREAD# 2 ON TAYLOR ON TO THE FALLEN STEEL CHAIR! Kendrick then tries to battle his way over to Shad but he is physically beaten by Shad as the 4 men from their respective teams do battle over 3 ladders. Kendrick doesn’t decide to go back up but he realises everyone else is down and his showman instincts get the better of him and he goes out under the ropes, and under the apron, and fetches a table! The crowd are going nuts as Dykstra nearly loses his footing. Kendrick sets up the table near the corner and he shouts out to London to do something. London, meanwhile, is taking control of the battle with Regal. Kendrick picks up Nitro and slowly puts him in a bulldog position near the corner where the table is. London looks up and kicks the ladder (ever so slightly) of Regal and Dykstra which causes them to topple right through the table! Kendrick then hits a Sliced Bread#2 to Nitro on top of Dykstra’s limp body as this match is drawing to a close. JTG stumbles to his feet as Kendrick does the same after that chain of moves. JTG and Kendrick start fighting before JTG inevitably gets the upper hand on Kendrick and throws him out of the ring. JTG then sets up the other ladder whilst Shad and London trade shots to the heat just inches away from the contract. Shad hits a rough clothesline which knocks London back but he stays on by the grit of his teeth. London then spots JTG at the corner of his eye and decides to take action on him by trying to kick him but JTG grabs his foot. JTG starts climbing the ladder (now he has let go of London’s foot) as both members of Cryme Tyme stare down London. There seems to be nothing else stopping Cryme Tyme from achieving their primary goal in the WWE now apart from Paul London. Shad stands right on top of the ladder while JTG manhandles London before putting London and Shad in precarious positions as Shad wants to powerbomb London off of the ladder! Shad lifts London above his head and...
LONDON GRABS THE CONTRACT AND FALLS TO THE MAT!!!!
The winners of this match and therefore getting a shot at the first ever Undisputed Tag Champions, Paul London and Brian Kendrick @ 15:03!
EMT’s and referee’s run to the scene to tend on everyone as the fighting contenders London and Kendrick just manage to get on their feet and salute the crowd, whilst grimacing.
J.B.L: Even I have to take my hat off to these guys, what a match and Smackdown rightfully took home the goods and showed those stereotypes how to do it.
King: I loved every single second of it and I can’t wait for the Undisputed Tag Titles to actual go in to somebody’s hands by the end of the night. Now we cross over to Todd Grisham as he is with Batista!
Todd: Batista, what you did at Saturday Night’s Main Event to the Undertaker, brutally attacking him like that was put in to question because...
Batista: Because, what I did to the Undertaker was right.
*Heat*
Batista: Edge was right; I hadn’t become a big name in this business not until I took out the Undertaker. I put him on the shelf for the past 2 weeks and my sources say he isn’t 100% tonight which is just too damn bad. I am going to go through all of the others to gain what is rightfully mine, the World Heavyweight Championship. People go on about how the champion is at a damn disadvantage, so is everybody else in the match but not me, not Batista. I am an animal and no-one is going to stop me on my path to greatness.
VIDEO PACKAGE:
*Mysterio is sitting in a room, tying up his boots.*
Mysterio: I was out for the last 10 months, I came back to prove a point. I moved away from Chavo and I saw this new guy, Santino, he reminded me of Chavo.
*Clips of Santino are shown*
Mysterio: Sarcastic, arrogany, unworthy.
*Clips of Santino’s heel turn*
Mysterio: He challenged me and.... I lost.
*A short clip of Santino hitting the TKO on Mysterio at Vengeance*
Mysterio: He kept going on and on and on about how he beat me. Then I just snapped.
*Clips of Mysterio attacking Santino before, after and during matches*
Mysterio: I couldn’t care less about titles right now, I just want to hurt him more than I have ever wanted to hurt anybody in my like, this is personal.
*Clips of Mysterio’s career*
Santino: All those titles, it means nothing, I am the Special One and I am going to prove it when I do something only a handful of people have done, beat ‘the great’ Rey Mysterio at two consecutive PPV’s and disgrace that overrated midget in front of the millions watching worldwide and everyone will be chanting... Santino.
*Santino smirks as the video package draws to a close*
Garcia: Ladies and Gentlemen, this match is for the Intercontinental Championship, introducing first, from Calabria, Italy and weighing in at 227lbs, the Intercontinental Champion Santino Marella!
*VICTORY IS MINE* hits as Santino again looks overly smug with himself before walking down to the ring and carefully placing his title belt on the desk and kissing it.
Garcia: Introducing his opponent, from San Diego California and weighing in at 165lbs, he is REYYYY MYSTERRRIOOOO!
*BOOYAKA 619* hits to the biggest pop of the night so far as he runs down to the ring, making sure he claps everyone’s hands on the way down to the ring before he gets in the ring and goes face to face with Santino.
Match 5: Intercontinental Championship
Santino Marella (c) vs. Rey Mysterio
Santino and Rey Mysterio square each other up before Mysterio quickly bounces off the ropes, ducks the returning shot from Santino, jumps off the ropes and rolls Santino up in to a pinning combination,

Santino kicks out and spits at Mysterio. Santino grabs Mysterio violently and shakes him with extreme force, he then kicks Mysterio in the knee, the same knee that forced Mysterio to have a hiatus from the WWE for 12 months. Santino throws Mysterio over to the corner and Marella slaps Mysterio and goes for a running shoulder tackle but Mysterio flips over on to the top rope (this surprises our crowd and Santino) leaving Marella’s shoulder to go straight in to the turnbuckle, Mysterio then jumps backwards on to Marella and hits the Whisper in the Wind. The crowd are completely lapping this up and are cheering like crazy as Mysterio just about manages to get to his feet, using the ropes as leverage and starts to hastily look up. Mysterio then goes back up to the top rope and goes for the 450 splash, flying through the air majestically but Santino rolls out of the way and Mysterio goes chest first straight in to the canvas as Marella laughs manically at his opponent. Santino rolls Mysterio over on to his back and Santino goes up to the top rope for the first time in this match, Santino then brings an arm up signalling that he is going to slam down on Mysterio’s knee with the arm but Santino’s taunting cost him as Mysterio gets to his feet and shakes the ropes and Santino falls down on the turnbuckle causing him pain and trauma in the lower section of his body. Mysterio then keeps punching Santino who is wobbling precariously close to the edge of the ring and is about to fall when Mysterio goes for one final lunge by jumping up to the turnbuckle but Santino gains the upper hand with a few well times punches which send Mysterio reeling. Santino clips his knee and hooks his arm and holds his knee and hits a fisherman’s suplex but Santino inverts it so Mysterio lands straight on his face and knees! He just landed straight on the floor which was unprotected and he landed on his injured knee! The whole crowd fall deadly silent as they know this isn’t good news for the high flyer. Santino jumps off of the ropes and on to the mat and pretends to care for Mysterio and going to ‘tend to him’ but instead Santino hits him with a swift boot to the face angering the WWE fans in the arena. Santino then gets back in to the ring and waits for the referee to count Mysterio out,

Mysterio is slowly surging back to his feet after that tumble but he can’t regain composure quickly enough and the referee gets to 8. It looks like Mysterio might not be able to make it back in the ring but at the last split second Mysterio leaps in to the ring which leaves Santino infuriated. Mysterio is lying on his stomach, absolutely exhausted when Santino violently kicks him in the ribs before turning him over and hitting a leg drop. Santino quickly goes for the pin,

Mysterio gets a shoulder up. Santino drags Mysterio up and RIPS OFF OF HIS MASK! Santino gets instantaneous and massive heel heat for this act as this is disrespectful in Mexico. The referee lets Mysterio get his mask on while Santino again spits in Mysterio’s direction. Mysterio gets to his feet and stands man to man with Santino, Mysterio is strongly standing his ground before be unleashes a strong right hand to Santino which BLOODIES HIS NOSE! Santino is then thumped in the face again before hitting a dropkick which sends Santino slumped in to the turnbuckle. Mysterio calls out from the other side of the ring and jumps on Santino and hits a bronco buster. Mysterio gets up and crawls out of the way before fiercely looking up at Santino. Mysterio again runs at Santino in the corner and flips up and is looking for a sunset flip powerbomb when Santino sends Mysterio’s shoulders down to the mat with a pinning powerbomb of his own.

Mysterio kicks out but Santino simply gets up and points to his head before saying ‘I know you.’ Santino then picks Mysterio up and goes for a suplex but Mysterio drops down and rolls through Santino’s legs but Santino rolls through himself but again Mysterio rolls through and quickly gets to his feet and he goes for his trademark kick to the face but Santino rolls out of the way and again motions that he knows what he is doing and Mysterio’s can’t put any offense in. Mysterio knows he is facing insurmountable odds now with Santino clearly doing his homework on Mysterio’s moves and not letting him get any offense in in the early goings of the match. Mysterio runs at Santino but Santino attempts the backdrop but Mysterio lands on his feet and Mysterio then hooks Santino’s arms around his and lifts Santino’s back over and goes for the pin but again Santino rolls out of it and hits an amazing (and quick) DDT. Instead of going for the previously academic pinfall Santino tries a new move out, he grabs Mysterio’s arm and puts it against his own shoulder and tries to choke Mysterio out! (Triangle Choke) Mysterio is fading right now but he tries to battle out of it with several stiff elbows but it doesn’t look like he can get out of this tough predicament and he may end up losing yet again tonight. Mysterio is slumped against Santino now, Santino then lifts Mysterio up and hits a massive back suplex which shakes the mat. Santino then quickly rolls over to hook the legs of Mysterio for the pin,

Mysterio gets the shoulder up but he is visibly exhausted at the moment. Mysterio is then dragged to his feet by Santino before getting Irish whipped in to the ropes. Santino is expecting Mysterio to take the bait for the back drop but Mysterio is wise to it and kicks Santino in the face, Mysterio runs up to the ropes and back to Santino and he gets up on Santino and tries a tilt a whirl leg scissors but Santino stops him in mid flight and smashes his body down to the ground with a massive body slam. Santino again doesn’t decide to go for the cover but he just tosses Mysterio like a ragdoll in to the corner, Santino gets on the ropes and stands above him and starts raining down punches,1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9... Santino is about to hit a tenth punch but Mysterio flings Santino off of the turnbuckle but Santino lands on his feet but Mysterio finally floors him with a dropkick. Mysterio goes for a quick cover to catch Santino out,

It barely gets a one count as Santino easily gets out of that. Santino tries to play it cool with Mysterio but quickly goes for another slap but Mysterio catches his hand. Santino doesn’t look pleased and runs at Mysterio but Mysterio manages to trip him up and Santino is exposed on the second rope! Mysterio is calling out for a 619 and runs up and goes for the 619 but Santino is playing possum and moves completely out of the way and gets to his feet and pushes Mysterio down to the hard floor below! The crowd are shocked as they thought they could have been nearing the end. Santino just laughs at Mysterio but he doesn’t want to win by countout this time and it seems he wants to inflict more pain on a helpless Mysterio. Santino kicks Mysterio mercilessly before picking him up and just flinging him in to the steel steps. Mysterio’s arm seems to be cut up now. Santino rolls in and out of the ring to stop the count. Mysterio is being taunted by Santino but Mysterio shows to have heart when he attacks Santino and manages to Irish whip him in to the steel pole. The crowd are really rallying behind Mysterio now as he gets up to the top rope and he leaps through the air and hits a massive moonsault on to Santino which he can’t deal with so collapses to the floor. Mysterio Irish whips Santino up to the apron before throwing him (or getting him) in to the ring. Mysterio then leaps to his feet and gets in the ring. Mysterio gets on the turnbuckle again but carefully walks across the rope towards the middle of the ring. Santino stumbles to his feet which gives Mysterio enough time to hit a Seated Senton in to a pin!

That is the nearest Mysterio has come to gaining a pinfall over Santino on PPV surely. Mysterio is wrestling with fire in his belly it seems at this moment in time as he starts taking it to Santino by kicking the holy hell out of the Italian who has dubbed himself the ‘Special One’ Mysterio then lifts Santino to his feet and hooks his arm around Santino’s head. Mysterio manages to hit a vertical suplex, he swivels his hips, gets to his feet and hits another one! Mysterio is paying homage to his amigo Eddie Guerrero by trying to go for another Amigo but Santino blocks it and suplexes Mysterio but he lands on the turnbuckle (unbeknown to Santino) Mysterio jumps and hits an insane neckbreaker. Mysterio has a slight feeling that this is over. Mysterio clambers to the top rope and I think everyone in the arena knows what is coming as they are on their feet. Mysterio waves his arms about ‘Viva La Raza’ he shouts out. Mysterio leaps through the air and connects with the FROG SPLASH! Mysterio looks to have connected very awkwardly. Mysterio can’t pin Santino straight away as he looks to be in pain and his side looks hurt but he still manages to put a hand over Santino for the pin,

3! NO!!!
Santino gets the shoulder up and Rey Mysterio looks around and ponders whether he should have pinned him a lot earlier. Mysterio and Santino both get to their feet at the same but Mysterio seems to have lost his quickness. Mysterio and Santino (who are both exhausted) lock up in the middle of the ring half heartedly before Santino pushes Mysterio away and starts walking out of the ring! Santino wants to win his title by countout but Mysterio is not letting him as he manages to get out of the ring at the 5 count and force him to the apron. Santino goes for a hard shot on Mysterio by the 4 count but Santino is shoved in the ring by Mysterio. Mysterio slowly gets in to the ring by 7. Santino stares a hole through Mysterio as he crawls in to the ring only for Santino to kick him in the gut. Mysterio is completely out of contention at the moment as Santino violently picks Mysterio up and puts him on his shoulders for the TKO! Mysterio manages to wriggle free very quickly but Santino, who is infuriated, charges at Mysterio but gets tripped up. It’s 619 time in New Jersey as Mysterio runs off the ropes and finally manages to hit the 619. Mysterio is waiting patiently for the seated senton but Santino catches him in a choke bomb-style move. Santino then puts Mysterio on his shoulders and UNLEASHES THE TKO!!! Santino makes no hesitation in going for the pinfall,

Lillian Garcia: The winner of this match, and new Intercontinental Champion, REYYYY MYSTERIOOOO!!!
Mysterio has done it! The crowd are whipped in to an absolutely frenzy as Mysterio finally beats Santino, albeit in dubious circumstances.
J.R: Mysterio has done it King!
King: Despite the fact he cheated I think I’ll let it slide this time.
Garcia: Ladies and Gentlemen, the winner of the match and NEW Intercontinental Champion, REYYYY MYSTERIOOOO!!!
The crowd are ecstatic as Mysterio is handed his new trophy for the first time ever, the Intercontinental Championship.
*CUTS TO BACKSTAGE*
Todd Grisham: Shawn Michaels…
*HUGE POP*
Grisham: Shawn, tonight yourself and 4 of your teammates Carlito, Jeff Hardy, Stone Cold and Ric Flair will face Team McMahon in WarGames. Something so demonic it has been refrained from being used in the WWE until now.
Shawn Michaels: Todd, we all know why Vincent Kennedy McMahon brought it back. He is an egomaniac, a man who stops at nothing to embarrass people and belittle them in front of millions of fans. Vince obviously isn’t as smart as he looks, no, he doesn’t realise he is going to battle with 5 of the very best… EVER! You have Carlito, his father is the greatest wrestler in Puerto Rican history, Jeff Hardy, made TLC famous and is one of the greatest daredevils of all time and a multiple tag and Intercontinental Champion, myself, the first man to accomplish the Grand Slam, I made the ladder match what it is, I have stopped shows, stopped careers and most importantly, I have NEVER been stopped. Randy Orton, Triple H, John Cena, Hulk Hogan, Bret Hart they all tried to stop me and I just keep coming back, better than ever before.
*HBK smirks*
Shawn Michaels: Don’t forget the 16 time, wheelin’ dealin’ son of a gun Ric Flair. No-one has personified bravery more than The Man. He came back from a career threatening injury to win 16 WORLD titles. Not your run of the mill titles but world titles from WCW and NWA. Naitch is a legend and he is going to further his legendary status here tonight, no doubt. Then that brings me on to the man standing next to me, Stone Cold Steve Austin!
*The camera pans out to show Stone Cold which is received by a thunderous pop*
Stone Cold: 11 years ago Austin 3:16 ran wild but tonight Austin will kick 5 of the biggest sons of bitches’ asses here in New Jersey. When Austin cometh.
*WHAT*
SCSA: I said when Austin cometh he will wreak a trail of destruction in his path and Vincent Kennedy McMahon will be Stunned like never before. Stone Cold Steve Austin, Genesis Chapter 3 Verse 16.
*A MASSIVE POP FOR STONE COLD AS THE ROCK COMES AROUND THE CORNER!*
Stone Cold and The Rock just look at each other…
Rock: Austin, Austin. I have taken a break from Hollywood to come back to East Rutherford New Jersey.
*WHAT*
Rock: I am sure you heard me right the first time; The Rock has come back to East Rutherford, New Jersey!
*POP*
Rock: The Rock saw Austin and Vince start yapping on and on and on but The Rock couldn’t give a candy’s ass what Vince or Stone Cold would say. Until now… Austin, I hope you give Vince the BEST fight you can give him and I hope you kick his ass all over the two ringed, steel cage enclosed devil’s playground and come back and you could have a beer with the Rock. If you SMELLLLL what the Rock is COOKINNGGGG!
*A MASSIVE POP*
The camera then cuts back to Cole’s face, ruining the atmosphere entirely.
Cole: Ladies and Gentlemen I have just been informed that this gauntlet match will go by the rules of the first entrant will come in after 3 minutes and the next 3 after 2 minutes. After already seeing 2 new champions out of 2, who would bet against a third?
Chimel: Ladies and Gentlemen this match is for the United States Championship and is a 6 man gauntlet match. The first 2 men will battle it out until one man is eliminated or the 3 minute time limit runs out and another person enters every 2 minutes. Introducing first from....
*TURN UP THE TROUBLE* hits to a mixed reaction as Kennedy rushes to the ring and gets his trademark microphone.
Kennedy: Introducing first, from GREEEN BAAAYYYY, WISCONSIN, I weigh in at 247lbs my name is MRRRRRR KENNNEDD-A-YYY..... KENNEDDD-A-YYY.
Chimel looks shaken as he steps in to the ring.
Chimel: His first opponent, from Chicago, Illinois and weighing in at 222lbs, CM Punk!
*THIS FIRE BURNS* hits to a loud pop as Punk makes his way down to the ring and instantly goes face to face with the loud mouthed Kennedy as the referee rings the bell to get this one under way.
Match 6: United States Championship 6 man Gauntlet match (Rules above)
MVP (c) vs. Matt Hardy vs. CM Punk vs. Mr. Kennedy vs. Kane vs. Elijah Burke
The match begins with these two fierce combatants grappling with each other in the middle of the ring but Kennedy forces the point of his elbow in to the face of Punk which forces Punk out of the way. Punk then goes for a clothesline out of the blue but Kennedy ducks the attempt and goes for a punch which connects but he gets cocky and goes for another one but misses and Punk hits a bulldog, Punk then dives on Kennedy for the cover,

The cover caught Kennedy by surprise but this basically underlines Punk wanting to win this section of the match as quick as possible so he can get a few minutes rest as it has only been a half a minute but he wants to put Kennedy away. Kennedy gets to his feet and hits a few swift shoulder blocks which sends Punk back in to the ropes and when Punk gets rebounded Kennedy goes for his new move (Mic Check) but Punk wrestles out of it and manages to charge Kennedy straight in to the corner. Punk unleashes with several quickfire kicks before lifting Kennedy on to the ropes. Punk then gets up to the top turnbuckle as well and lifts Kennedy on his shoulders looking for the Go To Sleep! Kennedy gets out of the move whilst still standing on the top turnbuckle, Kennedy just pushes Punk off the ropes who crumples over on the mat. Kennedy then hits a massive elbow drop and goes straight for the cover,

Punk manages to kick out whilst the crowd are loving the breakneck speed. Punk leaps back to his feet and ducks an elbow to the face before rebounding off the ropes and meeting Kennedy again. Kennedy kicks out once again but Punk has had enough and wants to finish it. Punk lifts Kennedy on his shoulders without notice and tries to his the Go To Sleep but Kennedy holds on to the ropes but Punk scoops Kennedy over the ropes and out of the ring! Punk then waits for Kennedy to get to his feet before he dives through the ropes and hits a suicide plancha but Kennedy absolutely bails out of the way to avoid being hit and Punk flippin’ crashes and burns on the barricade as the crowd felt that one. Kennedy knows this one is over and drags Punk over to the edge of the ring by his hair and slams his head in to the steel steps before rolling Punk in to the ring. Kennedy then lifts Punk up as soon as he gets in to the ring and kicks him in the gut and goes for the suplex but Punk blocks it. Kennedy strongly Irish whips Punk over in to the corner and out of frustration (Kennedy is showing signs of losing his trademark cockiness now) rushes at Punk but he hits the turnbuckle pads. Punk hoists Kennedy up on to the top rope where they duel each other and exchange several punches but Punk kicks Kennedy in the gut and manages to lift him up on his shoulders and he looks around at the crowd before he hears the countdown,

*I’M COMIN’* hits as MVP rushes out. Kennedy is hit with the Go To Sleep but instead of going for the pinfall Punk goes face to face with MVP. MVP viciously pushes his head towards Punk’s head before MVP hits a snide headbutt which shocks Punk but Punk hits a massive kick to the chest of MVP which sends him down to the floor. Punk then goes over to MVP but Kennedy comes rushing in and kicks Punk before hitting a swinging neckbreaker. Kennedy then turns Punk over and goes over to his legs and locks in the Texas Cloverleaf. Kennedy has got the move firmly locked in and their looks to be no escape but Punk is firmly pushing against Kennedy but he can’t escape the hold. Punk uses his last ounce of energy to go over to the ropes but the ropes slip his grasp and he is dragged in to the middle of the ring. MVP, still upset from the kick earlier on from Punk, goes off the ropes and does his stupid little dance before dropping the Ballin’ Elbow but it looks like the move didn’t go over to well with Kennedy as he gets up looking irate. Punk looked like he may have got a lucky break as Kennedy and MVP (arguably the two biggest egos in the business) go face to face with each other before Kennedy is the first one to strike but MVP immediately retaliates but Kennedy kicks MVP in the kneecaps but fails to capitalise and Kennedy is countered. MVP grips Kennedy’s body and hits a belly to belly suplex but he doesn’t go for the pin just yet. MVP spots Punk at the corner of his eye but Punk unleashes several kicks, including a spinning kick which hits MVP right between the eyes and looked like it stung a hell of a lot. MVP wisely rolls out of the ring because Punk is completely focused on Kennedy. Punk locks Kennedy in the Anaconda Vise but Kennedy refuses to give in when The Franchise Player MVP gets in to the ring and distracts Punk long enough for Kennedy to stop the tension for a little while. MVP then hits a baseball slide move on Punk which fully breaks the hold and it is revenge for the kick between the eyes he received earlier.

*SLOW CHEMICAL* hits as Kane methodically walks to the ring in a slow walk.
Kane then gets in to the ring and grabs Kennedy and MVP (who look visibly haunted by Kane’s arrival) by the throat before lifting them up and chokeslamming both of them! Fire then shoots out of the turnbuckles as Kane looks around to find Punk there. Kane grabs Punk by the throat but is unable to hit the chokeslam because Punk kicks him in the gut and scoops him on to his shoulders. Punk out of nowhere hits the Go To Sleep! Punk’s arm seems to be hurting and after several seconds goes for the pin,

CM Punk eliminated first @ 5:44
Kennedy tries to fight off Kane but to no avail so he devises an unholy partnership with MVP for the time being. MVP and Kennedy back Kane in to a corner before unleashing with several right and lefts before Kane gets angry and again grabs the duo by the throat but MVP and Kennedy kick their way out of trouble before both men hoist Kane on to the top rope. MVP decides against going up against Kane and lets Kennedy do it and Kennedy is looking for the Kenton Bomb when MVP suddenly dropkicks both men off of the top turnbuckle. The crowd are booing MVP immensely as they obviously really hate this character now, especially after cowardly dispatching of Punk. Kennedy gets up after a few seconds and verbally abuses MVP before clocking him over the head and out of the ring. Kennedy turns around and is met by Kane’s sadistic smile. Kane grabs Kennedy and Irish whips him before hitting a massive Big Boot. Kane then gets his boot and tries to crush the windpipe of Kennedy but the referee is having none of it and gets him out of the way. Kane is not exactly pleased but he picks Kennedy up and throws him out of the ring, eagerly anticipating his next opponent.

*DON’T WASTE MY TIME* hits as Elijah Burke comes steaming down to the ring (no pun intended) and wastes no time in taking his anger out on Kennedy. That’s right, Burke isn’t going to go for Kane straight away but Burke finally faces up to his fears when Kane reaches him outside of the ring. Burke then clashes his fists together before hitting Kane with a fierce shot to the chest, then another, then another one and Burke manages to complete the 4-Up Combo with a devastating uppercut which floored Kane! Burke is mightily impressed with himself but Kennedy soon brings him down a peg or two with a running forearm which shocks Burke who climbs in to the ring and keels over. Kennedy then taunts Burke with his microphone signal before running towards Burke who is more resurgent then many would like to think when he hits a massive spinebuster. Burke then drags Kennedy over to the corner before laying him underneath the turnbuckle. Burke then shows a great deal of athleticism by doing a handstand on the top turnbuckle and then turning it in to a high impact elbow drop. Burke immediately goes for the pin

Kennedy manages to kick out. MVP and Kane now enter the ring. Kane takes out Burke and MVP with a double clothesline. Kane then hits the leg drop before going over to Kennedy who manages to poke Kane in the eye which only incurs the Big Red Machine’s wrath even further. Kennedy ducks Kane’s punch and Kennedy turns around and is looking for a very hopeful German Suplex but suddenly Burke steams in and hits the Elijah Express which rebounds on to Kane but he is nowhere near as hurt as Kennedy. Kane manages to turn around and clasp Kennedy by the throat and hit a massive CHOKESLAM! Kane goes down for the pinfall,

Matt Hardy slides in the ring and MVP tries to kick him while he is down but Hardy battles out of it and manages to deliver a few punches and then Irish whipping MVP and kicking him in the gut and going for the Twist of Fate but MVP slips out of the ring not wanting any action at this current time. Garcia: Ladies and Gentlemen, this match is for the first ever Undisputed Tag Title, introducing first, Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin!

Match 7: Undisputed Tag Championship
The World’s Greatest Tag Team vs. Deuce and Domino
Deuce and Domino drag Benjamin and Haas in to the ring as this match finally is able to get under way. The crowd is white hot for this match as they can see it is a match of importance. Domino and Haas square things up as Cherry looks on from outside the ring. Domino unwisely tries to grapple with Haas and applies the headlock but Haas easily gets out of that before locking in the wrist lock before quickly swapping arms and applying the wristlock on the other wrist. Haas then takes down Domino and puts Domino in a front headlock. Domino is in a bad position very early on in this match but Deuce makes the save by kicking Haas and breaking up the hold. The crowd boo as they obviously favour The World’s Greatest Tag Team in this match. Domino stamps on Haas now and brings him over to his partner’s corner where he tags in Deuce and they both start stamping on him in the corner. Deuce then steams in and hits a running knee which sends Haas’ neck awkwardly back in to the ropes. Deuce then suddenly thinks he is the wrestling expert when he starts strutting around the ring and then grabs Haas’ hand and puts it between his knees and rolls through and rolls through for the pinfall,

Haas easily gets out of it, maybe playing possum a little bit by kicking out a little later and getting Deuce’s hopes up as Haas obviously has the superior wrestling ability. Deuce gets back up to his feet and starts acting like Elvis and motioning over to Benjamin that he is going to get his ass kicked soon. Benjamin looks like he is going to get in the ring to Deuce cowardly tags in Domino. Domino then gets Haas on to his feet. Domino then very cockily scoops Haas up and goes for the body slam but Haas slips out of Domino’s clutches and manages to lock in the position for the German Suplex. Domino manages to catch a few slam elbows and he then goes for a big elbow but Haas ducks it but very quickly Domino takes advantage of the situation and hooks his arm around Haas’ head and goes for the vertical suplex. Domino hangs Haas out to dry on the ropes as his body collides with the ropes in a sickening manner. Domino then tells Deuce to go on the top rope while he holds Haas in midair in a Jackhammer-style move. Deuce is about to leap through the air when Haas manages to counter and use the momentum to get Domino in his own suplex at the same time as Deuce leaps through the air so Deuce inadvertently takes out his own tag partner in dramatic fashion. The crowd pop as Haas hooks the legs of Domino,

Deuce drags Haas away from Domino while he is still on the floor. Haas then goes over to Benjamin but Domino manages to grab the leg of Haas and whilst Haas attempts to kick back Domino grabs the other leg and hit a massive flapjack on the turnbuckle next to Benjamin but Haas doesn’t manage to make the tag. Benjamin is getting infuriated with Deuce and Domino’s tactics at the moment and starts to complain to the referee which unfortunately works out in Deuce and Domino’s favour as they gave Haas a low blow and go for the Crack ‘Em in Da Mouth but Haas struggles out of it and throw Deuce out of the ring but by this time Domino has come storming in but Haas uses Domino’s momentum to send him crashing him out of the ring. Haas then gets on the outside of the ring and hits Domino with a stiff clothesline which sends him against the barricade. Haas then gets Domino and Irish whips him in to the base of the ring, hurting his back. Haas then tosses Domino in to the ring before stalking him. Haas then goes down and locks in the Haas of Pain but Domino is very much aware of it and manages to use his power to muscle out of it and he manages to lock in his own variation of the Haas of Pain! Domino only keeps it locked in for a few seconds as Haas seems bewildered. Haas is crawling over to his own corner but Domino again stops him by grabbing his leg but this time Haas clatters him with a well placed boot as he makes the hot tag to Benjamin as soon as Deuce comes in to the ring. Deuce is quickly flattened in the corner with a Stinger Splash and is quickly sorted out by being thrown out of the ring. Domino is then forced in to his own corner and a Stinger Splash is hit on him as well and Benjamin goes for the Exploder (T-bone) Suplex but Domino gets the hell out of the ring before anything can happen but he is extremely groggy and falls to the floor. Once Deuce and Domino get to their feet Benjamin takes them out just as quickly with a massive leap over the top rope! Haas goes over to provide assistance but all he witnesses is Benjamin kicking ass and taking names as he Irish whips Deuce in to the ring post and Domino is spinebustered in to the ring apron before being put in to the ring. Benjamin then kicks Domino to make sure he is down and he then climbs to the top rope and tries to hit a crossbody but again Domino gets the hell out of there by rolling out of the way and Benjamin looks hurt in the centre of the ring. Haas goes over to check on Benjamin but Haas is cleared out of the way by a dropkick from Domino. Deuce climbs to the top rope and does Jimmy Snuka’s signature taunt and then leaps through the air and attempts the Splash but Benjamin moves out of the way. Deuce rolls out of the ring in pain as Benjamin is lifted up and Irish whipped in to the ropes but Benjamin ducks the resulting clothesline and leaps off of the ropes and hits a backspring elbow straight to the cranium and J.R is having a field day in the announce booth and he drones on about ‘tremendous athleticism’ (you’ve said that the last 4 years and he still jobs). Benjamin goes for the quick cover,

Domino kicks out rather easily but is still shaken by the move and tags in Deuce. Deuce decides to get more physical with Benjamin in this match and starts kicking the holy hell out of Benjamin but Benjamin manages to fight back with a few chops and elbows and he then hits a bulldog. Haas is then told to get ready for something as Benjamin picks up Deuce and goes for the back suplex but with more height. Haas then gets in to the ring and gets hold of the neck and the tandem hit a swinging neckbreaker/back suplex combination. Haas then picks up Deuce and throws him in the corner and Benjamin then sacrifices himself for the greater good when Haas decides to German Suplex him but he manages to do a flip and lands straight on the chest of Deuce and uses his knees to catapult Deuce even further across the ring. Domino rushes in to the ring and big boots Haas cleanly out of the ring and goes to work on Benjamin with a massive shoulder block which sends Benjamin’s back in the corner, jerking violently in to the pads. Domino then tells Deuce to get up and then set up Benjamin with Domino holding him up and Deuce managing to hit the Crack ‘Em in Da Mouth! Deuce then falls down and covers Benjamin for the seemingly imminent win,

3! NO!!!
Haas makes the save at roughly the same time Benjamin gets his foot on the ropes and the guys from the Wrong Side of the Tracks can not believe it to put it simply and they throw profanities at the referee. Benjamin manages to kip back up to a massive pop and hit a resolute Domino by surprise in the corner with a Stinger Splash before hitting a massive Exploder Suplex to Domino which sends him flying outside the ring to a decent pop. Benjamin then hits another Stinger Splash on Deuce but when he attempts the Exploder Suplex Deuce somehow manages to land on his feet and hit Deuce with a clothesline. Haas’ arm is reaching out and Benjamin manages to tag him in to try and take advantage in this fairly fast paced match. Haas then starts getting on technical Deuce by applying a headlock before releasing it and tripping Deuce up and then goes for the choke but Deuce knew what was coming and made a dash for the ropes and almost instantly got his hands on the ropes. Deuce gets to his feet and ducks Haas’ punch and hits a quickfire suplex which takes the wind out of Haas’ game. Deuce then hits a sly kick which knocks Benjamin off of the apron and he then quickly lifts up Haas as Deuce and Domino attempt their third Crack ‘Em in Da Mouth of the night but Haas has completely other plans and struggles out of the WWE Tag Team Champion’s hold and hits a DDT. Domino is then hit out of nowhere with a massive kick from Benjamin as Haas locks in the Haas of Pain with the Russ Hass wristbands clearly in view. After a few seconds of struggling Deuce TAPS OUT!!! What a fitting tribute to Russ!

King: Would you believe it! These are the perfect champions and the Undisputed Tag Championship is going over to RAW!
J.R: I don’t think anyone will forget this historic moment now let’s get you over to Maria who is with the Big Show.
*It cuts backstage to the Big Show, who is in a sling after his barbaric match with the Great Khali at Saturday Night’s Main Event*
Maria: Big Show, it is lovely to see you here after your match with the Great Khali, unfortunately you are unable to wrestle tonight but you said you had a special... umm... message to tell everyone?
Big Show: You’re right Maria, I do.
*Big Show stares in to the camera intensely*
Big Show: I have done what no man ever did or ever will do again. I defeated the Great Khali in a No Disqualification match, I didn’t just beat him, I absolutely destroyed him and he has been forced to leave the WWE. I have my scars to show for it but when the Big Show returns, whether it be on RAW or, in case of the draft, Smackdown then everyone should be on alert because the Big Show is on top of his game and there is nothing anyone can do about it whilst I am around...
*Out of nowhere MUHAMMAD HASSAN attacks The Big Show with a lead pipe much similar to the one used on Kane earlier on in the show*
Muhammad Hassan: Muahammad Hassan is back and let no-one forget it! Because the racist bigots at the WWE did not let me wrestle tonight I thought I would reintroduce myself to the world.
*Hassan locks in the Camel Clutch on the Big Show who’s arm has fallen out of the sling as security come to break it up.*
*A Muhammad Hassan return promo tape airs*
Santino is now seen kicking everything in sight and going in to Coach’s office.
Santino: Did you just see what that midget-o has done? He took my tights and he stole the damn victory and he crept away with the Intercontinental Championship, I want that official fired and most importantly of all, I want my rematch.
Coach: My hands are tired right now because in case you didn’t notice we have a damn show going on!
*The crowd pop as Coach surprisingly stands up for himself*
Coach: But, I can assure you, you will get your rematch in due course, whether it be tomorrow night
*Pop*
Coach: Or at Unforgiven.
*Huge Pop*
Coach: You will get it.
Santino storms out of the room but stops and looks to the heavens and smiles and mouths the words ‘thank you.’

Cole: This match means everything to all four men, they will want to perform like they have never performed in their lives and they will want to prove to the world they have got what it takes.
JBL: I think we should take this over to Tony Chimel before Cole has a little accident...
Tony Chimel: This match is for the World Heavyweight Championship and is contested under fatal 4 way rules, first fall to a finish. Introducing first, from Detroit, Michigan and weighing in at 265lbs, Monty Brown.
A mixed reaction as *SMOOTH* hits and Monty Brown makes his way down to the ring, evidently without Matt Striker.
Chimel: Next, from Toronto, Canada and weighing in at 240lbs, Edge!
*ALTERBRIDGE* hits as the smoke goes off to massive heat as Edge cockily struts to the ring.
Chimel: From Washington DC and weighing in at 290lbs, Batista!
*I WALK ALONE* blasts on to the speakers as Batista gets a considerable amount of heat with just a few of the faithful cheering him.
Chimel: Finally, the World Heavyweight Champion, from Death Valley and weighing in at 306 lbs, The Undertaker!

The lights cut out as *GRAVEYARD SYMPHONY* plays ominously as the Undertaker slowly makes his way to the ring followed by two druids. The Undertaker calmly gets in to the ring and eyes his three opponents before taking off his hat and cloak; then rolling his eyes to a big pop.
Match 8: World Heavyweight Championship
The Undertaker (c) vs. Monty Brown vs. Edge vs. Batista
The bell rings as the crowd pop wildly and don’t stop cheering for a few seconds whilst all four men square each other up. Monty Brown and Batista then go straight to attack the Undertaker whilst Edge takes a back seat for now. Batista and Monty Brown start to pummel Undertaker and force him in to the corner which garners considerable heel heat from the fans but the Undertaker, being the malevolent force he is, somehow manages to power his way out and throw Brown and Batista away before eying Edge and staring at him intensely. Edge’s eyes look like they are going to burst out of his sockets as he pulls his own hair in worry. Undertaker goes over to Edge but Brown and Batista have managed to regain their composure and get to their feet themselves and Brown hits Undertaker several times. Undertaker groggily goes over to Batista who follows up with an elbow and Undertaker is like a pinball right now as he is then hit by Edge. Batista, Brown and Edge then team up to throw the Undertaker out of the ring and if you eliminate the champion from the equation it is an equal playing field for everybody. No-one seems to know what is going to happen as Batista and Brown go face to face but Edge grabs the arm of Brown and spins him around and catches him off guard and throws Brown in to Batista. Batista is enraged and he tried to take Brown’s head off with a clothesline but misses and takes Edge out! Brown takes advantage and manages to Irish whip Batista in the corner. Brown then forces the boot in to Batista’s chiselled neck before the referee orders him away by force. Brown manages to get a cheap shot in with a running knee to Batista who is now slumped against the bottom turnbuckle. The Undertaker, meanwhile, has silently gone around the ring and manages to grab Edge (whilst on the outside of the ring) by the neck while Edge was recuperating in the corner sitting down after that massive clothesline. Edge is in pure shock and just bites the Undertaker’s fingers to relinquish the grip. Edge then goes to the outside and goes to have a short brawl with the Undertaker (which I’ll get back to in a minute). Batista and Brown, the two powerhouses, lock up in the centre of the ring but Batista uses his weight advantage to get the upper hand and force Brown to clash chests with Batista in a true test of strength but Brown stands his ground. Batista then Irish whips Brown in to the ropes and then goes for the clothesline as Brown goes back off the ropes but Brown ducks and as soon as he rebounds off again he sets up for the Pounce but Batista sees it coming a mile off and gets the hell out of the way but Brown has made his point without even touching Batista. Brown keeps his gaze firmly locked on Batista and manages to knee him in the gut. Brown then tries to go for the flapjack spinebuster but he doesn’t have enough momentum and Batista collapses on Brown, hurting Brown’s knee in the process, and gets the upper hand on Monty Brown. Batista then shakes the ropes, signalling for the Batista Bomb but Brown is quick to his feet (even with a staggered limp) and takes down Batista as quick as you like and then starts punching him in the face which manages to get a few pops from the hot crowd. Brown gets back to his feet. Brown is then sizing Batista up but Batista fights back with a swift kick but Brown surges up and manages to scoop Batista up and attempt the Pumphandle Slam but Batista is too strong for Brown and he reverses the move in to his own running powerslam but Brown slips out of it and pushes Batista forward and at the same time hooking Batista’s leg and snapping him back and hitting a thunderous Russian Leg Sweep. Brown then clambers on to Batista for the first pinfall of the match,

Batista manages to kick out with relative ease but even Batista must know he was outwrestled at that point and he needs to step up his game if he wants to win this uniquely styled match. Back to the Edge/ Undertaker situation and after a few right hands exchanged (with Undertaker mainly winning the encounters), Undertaker drags Edge by the hair over to the steel steps and is about to smash Edge’s face in to the steel steps but Edge blocks the attempt almost instantly and surprisingly manages to smash Undertaker’s head over the steel steps. Edge then places the Undertaker on the steel steps before quickly scooping him up and lifting him up ever so slightly but doing enough to smash the Phenom’s back on the steel pole. Edge then looks around before devising another hare-brained plan and he grabs the Undertaker rather cockily and drags him over to the Spanish announce table but the Undertaker has had enough and grabs ‘The Ultimate Opportunist’ by the throat and goes for the chokeslam through the Spanish Announce Table but Edge kicks the Undertaker in the legs which is a very smart move because if the Undertaker can’t move then he can’t give out the punishment he is fabled for. Edge then runs at the Undertaker and smashes him and his back against the side of the ring before Irish whipping him in to the announce table before doing a taunt to the crowd while the Undertaker is dazed and finally lifting up the Deadman on to the table. In the ring Brown and Batista are basically unleashing punches on to each other, with one stiff punch of note from Batista but nothing groundbreaking. Edge then looks at Batista and shouts at him and starts swearing at him to get him riled up before focusing his attention again on the Undertaker which is what he should have been doing in the first place. Edge then regains his attention after much deliberation and starts pummelling the Deadman while keeping an eye on Batista who still seemingly had his hands full with Monty Brown at the moment. Undertaker powers his way out of Edge’s offense and grabs him by the throat and signalling for the Chokeslam through the Spanish Announce Table but Edge ducks down and goes for a low blow but Undertaker gets him in a powerbomb position. The Undertaker then lifts Edge up as the Spanish Announcers back away and attempts to go for the Last Ride but Edge collapses back down on the Undertaker WHO GOES STRAIGHT THROUGH THE ANNOUNCE TABLE!!! Batista has now scarpered out of the ring and assembles the wreckage and manages to pull Edge out from the table and send him back in the ring while at the same time Brown hits a leg drop on a weakened Undertaker which gets a good amount of heat. Batista then starts becoming increasingly vicious towards Edge and starts throwing him around like a ragdoll before placing him up against the corner and unleashing absolute hell with a spear that could match Edge’s famed finisher. Edge then rebounds off of the turnbuckle and walks straight in to a massive and devastating spinebuster! Batista is now shaking the ring ropes like crazy before placing his thumbs up... then down. Batista gets Edge in a powerbomb position and lifts Edge up for the Batista Bomb but as quick as lightning Monty Brown hits the ring and hits a thunderous Pounce to the bewildered Batista which helps Edge escape certain doom for the second time in as many minutes. Brown, rather out of hope than anything, goes for the pin for only the second time in this match,

As thought Edge breaks up the pinfall in the nick of time. Edge then sets up Batista for a Spear as he gets to his feet but the Undertaker gets in to the ring and grabs Edge by the throat and chokeslams him over the top rope! Batista then runs at Monty Brown but Brown sidesteps Batista’s charge and sends him crashing in to Edge. Undertaker then scoops Brown up before parading him to the fans and finally hitting the Snake Eyes on Brown in the corner and throwing him over the top rope towards Batista and Edge. The fans now know what is coming they can sense it in the air and as The Undertaker begins his run up the crowd start cheering, the Undertaker LEAPS THROUGH THE AIR AND TAKES OUT ALL 3 OF HIS OPPONENTS! The crowd are ecstatic and start chanting “holy shitâ€. The Undertaker barely manages to get to his feet but when he does Brown (who didn’t take as much of the impact as others) follows him in to the ring. Undertaker feels his presence and goes for a quick Big Boot but Brown somehow manages to duck and using the momentum lifts Undertaker ever so slightly in to the air and hits an Exploder Suplex which stuns the crowd. Brown is about to go for the pinfall (he is the only person to even attempt a pin in this match) but Batista suddenly storms in behind Brown and turns Brown around and hits a sickening spinebuster! Edge comes in but meets the same fate, another spinebuster with a rotation and Edge’s body comes crashing down on both Brown and the Undertaker. Batista feels it coming, he can sense that the end is near and he sends Brown easily out of the ring with Edge following pretty close by as Batista and the Undertaker finally lock up one on one for the first time since the cage match which injured the Undertaker in the first place. Batista easily overpowers a rather lifeless Undertaker and throws him in to the corner and hits a massive shoulder block which collides with the Undertaker’s shoulder and seems him crumpling to the floor. Batista yanks The Undertaker up with extreme force and manages to hook the arm and lift him in the air for the suplex for a few seconds before turning it miraculously in to a slam. Batista then goes for the pinfall while Edge and Brown a duelling on the outside,

Undertaker manages to kick out and Brown nor Edge felt the need to come in to the ring as Edge spears Brown in to the ring post! Edge feels that now he wants to take out Brown instead of going after Batista and Undertaker to make his life a hell of a lot easier. Batista, meanwhile, is looking for a Batista Bomb but The Undertaker manages to force Batista’s legs apart to shoulder width and lift his neck up and throw Batista over his back in a modified back drop. Undertaker then goes over to Batista and rolls his eyes back, he then gets his feet and wraps them around the waist of Batista before placing himself under Batista and then he applies the choke and wraps in his signature move the Triangle Choke. Batista is fighting with pure venom as Edge and Brown (who are now both down on the outside) are unaware of what is going on. Batista is starting to lose his breath a little bit and is in danger of being knocked out as he desperately tries to reach for the ropes and give him false hope but in reality he is in the centre of the ring and there seems to be no way out. The referee checks on the arm of Batista, he lifts it up and it drops down... he waits a second before lifting it up; the same reaction, it drops again. He goes for the third time but the referee quickly notices Undertaker’s shoulders on the mat and counts the pinfall,

Undertaker lets go of the hold in fear of being pinned while Batista is still basically out of contention on the floor gasping for breath after that dangerous move in which he got a lucky escape from. Edge has now got the upper hand on Brown and is waiting for the right moment to strike. Undertaker hits Batista with a few forearms before slowly walking him over to the corner as if he were a baby before climbing on to the top rope, he starts to walk across the ropes and is looking for old school but Edge leaps in and hits a massive spear which sends Undertaker tumbling all the way out of the ring!!! Edge then gets ready for Batista get to his feet but Brown has been alerted of the situation and gets the hell in the ring as soon as Batista groggily gets to his feet. Edge has his eyes set on Batista so doesn’t see Brown enter the ring and as soon as Edge hits his spear on Batista, Brown connects with his Pounce on Batista creating a massive Batista sandwich which leaves as much force as a split atom and the ring just shakes and shudders as all three men just collapse to the floor in agony, Batista more so than anyone for obvious reasons after taking the full brunt of two finishers at once. Undertaker manages to sit up on the outside and gets a massive pop before staring at Edge who is down in the ring. Undertaker gets to his feet as the referee witnesses the situation and does the infamous cutthroat sign which normally means the end of the match but the Undertaker’s goal will be a lot harder with two others in the ring with Edge, despite Undertaker wanting revenge on Edge it may have to wait until everything else has died down it seems. Undertaker gets in to the ring and gets Edge and Brown to their feet and he then wraps his hands around the throats of both men and looks set to hit a double chokeslam but Batista gets to his feet and simply stares at the Undertaker in a mark out moment.
Undertaker is uncharacteristically distracted by this and lets go of Edge and Brown but manages to walk straight in to Batista’s awesome spinebuster. Batista tells Edge to ‘get the hell on his feet’ which Edge pretty much obliges to. Edge then gets ready for the spear on The Undertaker while Batista looks on from a safe distance but still in the ring but Edge changes his motives and spears Batista instead, obviously not wanting to be anyone’s lackey or sidekick. Batista is then sent to the outside but Brown gets to his feet and hits a Pounce and all of a sudden it’s Finisher City as the Undertaker rises up and slowly gets to his feet and while Brown stands there frozen (obviously a lack of experience at the top level is showing) Undertaker manages to chokeslam him with extreme force and send him out of the ring. Batista and Brown are both seemingly down and out for now and maybe this is how it should be, Undertaker and Edge going face to face for the biggest prize on Smackdown, the World Heavyweight Championship. Edge punches Undertaker but he mistimes another punch and ‘Taker manages to block it and hit a massive soupbowl which sends Edge reeling. Edge and ‘Taker then take the action to the outside while Brown and Batista are still down. Edge manages to spear Undertaker in to the corner and then throws Undertaker in to the steel steps and then Edge smirks to the crowd before stamping again and again on Undertaker’s broken body. Edge then goes to grab a chair and lines up Undertaker for the shot. Edge then gets the Phenom on his feet and is about to swing (not causing a DQ because it is fatal 4 way rules) but the Undertaker grabs Edge by the throat and forces the chair away and chokeslams Edge on to the steel chair. Undertaker rolls his eyes and signals for the end once again. Edge is hoisted up and is thrown on to the apron with his head poking out of the ropes but Brown and Batista eventually rush the ring and distract the Undertaker. Undertaker then takes out Brown and Batista with a double flying clothesline and he then throws them out of the ring as soon as Edge starts to twitch. Undertaker stamps on the throat of Edge, stamping his authority on the matter, and climbing up to the top rope.
Undertaker then looks down on Edge mournfully and goes for the flying leg drop but Edge manages to move out of the way and Undertaker, and his leg, go crashing to the floor and, more importantly, the steel chair. Batista and Brown are now up and starts facing each other but Batista hits a low blow and gets Brown up in the Batista Bomb position and Batista Bombs him in to the turnbuckle! Batista is becoming increasingly vicious but that is stopped immediately by a spear! Edge decides against the cover because the Undertaker is now on his feet but Edge quickly baseball slides Undertaker back on to the Smackdown announce desk and goes out for the kill. Edge has a quick battle with the Undertaker but the big spots on the Undertaker in this match have finally taken it’s toll and Undertaker succumbs rather easily and Edge manages to wrestle out of Edge’s grip and quickly hit an Edgecution on to the steel chair and as the camera pans away to see Batista and Brown both out of the ring, down now it is Edge’s for the taking. The Undertaker has been BUSTED WIDE OPEN and now Edge rolls him on to the apron and stands on the outside of the apron himself and lifting Undertaker to his feet by the hair. Edge does the Undertaker’s legendary cutthroat sign and puts Undertaker in position for a Tombstone on the outside of the ring apron but the Undertaker shifts his momentum and manages to send Edge backwards and over the ropes in to his own Tombstone and he lands it!!! Undertaker crosses Edge’s arms for the pin,

Cole: I don’t believe it! What an amazing match! The Undertaker fully deserved this win.
JBL: But don’t forget the three others who had a part to play, for once I salute you! A truly phenomenal match but now it looks like the Smackdown part of Summerslam is over, we will be here as always on Friday Nights where we will witness the fallout from this amazing event.
We now hand over to Maria who is with none other than WWE Champion, John Cena!
Maria: How do you feel about your last man sitting... uhhh standing match tonight? (Basically insert generic Maria comment here followed by Superman rubbish)
Cena: Tonight Maria, tonight...
Cena looks more intense now. Cena’s face also looks more riled up.
Cena: Tonight I have the chance to show I am the very best in the world.
*MIXED REACTION*
Cena: If I manage to beat ‘The Game’ Triple H and the ‘Legend Killer’ Randy Orton in the same night it will be like something that hasn’t been done before and that something that has only been done a handful of times, if ever. But I have to do something not just awful but plain horrific. I have to beat those two men senseless, not so I can get a 3 count but so they are unable to stand. It is under elimination rules so 2 men have to face that goddamn awful fate but something inside me wants me to do this. It craves pain and that is what is going to be given out tonight, pain. Once it is all said and done and the referee has done his job and people are lifted out of the ring on stretchers there will still be one phrase still factual. That phrase will again come true, the Champ will still be here.
A surprising amount of *HEAT* after that emotional promo, now on to the...

A considerable amount of heat is garnered as *PAPARAZZI* hits as Nitro and Dykstra both look up at the ladders strewn around the ring and ramp. This is Dykstra’s first and Nitro’s third ladder match.
Garcia: One of their opponents, from Brooklyn, NY and at a combined weight of 530lbs, Cryme Tyme!
*MONEY MONEY* hits to zero reaction (kidding) but they are only getting a slightly mixed reaction. This is both men’s first ladder matches in the WWE.
Garcia: Next, from England and at a combined weight of 490lbs, The Bluebloods!
*RULE BRITANNIA* hits as heat just pours from the rafters as they are acting very snobbish and are refusing to look at fans as if they were their lesser. They have been in one ladder match before.
Garcia: Finally, at a combined weight of 380 lbs the Hooligans, Brian Kendrick and Paul London
*HOOLIGANS* hits to the biggest pop of the night so far as they slap everyone’s hands on the way down to the ring.

*Clips of Mysterio’s career*
Santino: All those titles, it means nothing, I am the Special One and I am going to prove it when I do something only a handful of people have done, beat ‘the great’ Rey Mysterio at two consecutive PPV’s and disgrace that overrated midget in front of the millions watching worldwide and everyone will be chanting... Santino.

*BOOYAKA 619* hits to the biggest pop of the night so far as he runs down to the ring, making sure he claps everyone’s hands on the way down to the ring before he gets in the ring and goes face to face with Santino.
Match 5: Intercontinental Championship

Kennedy goes for the spinebuster but Punk quickly counters it in to a snap DDT and puts his arm over Kennedy for the cover,

*LIVE FOR THE MOMENT* hits with a superb big time pyro as MVP looks like he just might have had an accident. Matt Hardy waives the attention of Kane and Burke and keeps his gaze firmly locked on MVP. Kane then turns Matt Hardy around and goes for the chokeslam but Hardy kicks Kane in the gut and hits the Twist of Fate! Matt Hardy wastes absolutely no time on going for the pin,

MVP gets to his feet to see Burke eliminated and he doesn’t look too pleased with that outcome. Matt Hardy turns his attention to Kane but Kane easily overpowers Matt Hardy and forces him in the corner and runs at him and hits a boot which sends Hardy catapulting out and Kane hits a spinebuster. Kane then lifts Matt up and hits a few massive uppercuts before grabbing the throat of Hardy and lifts him in the air and goes for a chokeslam but Hardy somehow manages to find a way out of it and hits a sickening DDT out of absolutely nowhere. Kane throws Hardy off of him and Matt goes straight in to the referee with the point of Matt’s elbow seemingly hitting him in the nose. The referee is down now and MVP can finally grab his United States Championship and he smashes Kane around the face with it. Kane sits up but MVP kicks him back down again. MVP takes a slight breather before lining Matt Hardy up from the other side of the ring and attempting to hit Matt Hardy with the belt but Matt ducks and hits a Side Effect but the referee is down and out... Suddenly the crowd and everyone in the ring hears
*GONG*
The crowd are going nuts because they think the Undertaker is coming out but they are resoundingly disappointed when a man dressed like the Executioner comes out with a lead pipe and as quick as you like and hits Kane several times with the lead pipe which makes him bleed profusely from the head. The man then lifts Kane up and hits a Snap DDT on the lead pipe before getting out via the crowd. Hardy doesn’t quite know what happened but Hardy goes for the cover anyway because the referee just managed to regain his composure and get to his feet,
