WWE SmackDown (Airing Friday)

* The show opens with Ryback cutting a promo about not competing on WWE Raw, then talks about John Cena and Team Hell No, leading to the first match of the show, Ryback vs. Daniel Bryan.

* Ryback defeated Daniel Bryan with the Shell Shock.

* Ricardo Rodriguez cut a backstage promo hyping his victory on Raw.

* Fandango defeated Zack Ryder in a short match.

* Ricardo Rodriguez defeated Zeb Colter by disqualification. Jack Swagger interfered and attacked Ricardo. Alberto Del Rio get involved and makes the save. Teddy Long comes out and turns the brawl into a tag team match.

* Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez vs. Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter ended when Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston, who were at ringside, interfered in the match. Teddy Long comes out again and turned the match into a triple threat tag team match.

* Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez vs. Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter vs. Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston ends with Del Rio and Rodriguez picking up the victory via submission using the Cross armbreaker.

* Backstage segment where The Shield beat down an unknown person and cut a promo after. Once they left, it was revealed that the unknown person was Daniel Bryan.

* Randy Orton defeated Damien Sandow with the RKO. The Big Show comes out after the match and says Orton is not a team player. Sandow takes advantage of the distraction and attacks Orton.

* Backstage, Kane is leaving the trainer’s room where Daniel Bryan is being examined. He says that he will make The Shield pay.

* Sheamus faced Mark Henry in an arm wrestling contest. Henry defeated Sheamus in the first round, Sheamus wants a rematch, Henry accepts and they end up brawling with Sheamus hitting Henry with a Brogue Kick.

* Dean Ambrose defeated Kane. The Shield then gave Kane a three-on-one beating and a triple powerbomb. They stand over him and hold up the WWE Tag Team Championships to end the show.

Not a bad show at all, a lot of build is happening here. Nice to see Ambrose pick up a win!

Looks like a good show, watching Ryback/Bryan will further prove my point on how silly it would be if he was an actual oponent for Brock.

When did Teddy Long takeover Smackdown? Where was Booker? Booker books the matches.

Shield made to look like bosses, and probs gets the tag belts and Freebird it for awhile.

Looks pretty average outside of the opener and main event.

God this Shield thing is ultra repetitive, same thing every week just draw a different face on the person they're beating up.

It's simple booking, and simple booking wins. If it isn't broke, don't fix it. Nobody can stop them, why should they change how they do business? Majority of fans love The Shield or they get heat from the fans who like the faces and hate the heels... they do their job. It's not like a certain someone else................

I love the way you make up your mind before you even see the match. I saw the match, and it didn't prove your point at all. It was a really solid 'big man vs. little man' type of match with Bryan constantly targeting the left leg of Ryback. He stunned Ryback a couple of times and got in a one legged Boston crab at one point (which the crowd absolutely ate up) but Ryback overpowered him in the end. Brock/Bryan would be harder to pull off, but both men are easily good enough put on a believable match.
