Following a story.
We are live on tape from Sacramento, California and your announcers are Josh ‘There are almost as many people at this announce table as announced matches for SummerSlam’ Mathews, Michael ‘Did you know that I like talking about myself almost as much as the COO’ Cole, and Booker ‘Five Calls of Doom’ T.

The Game starts early this week and the referee for the WWE Championship Match at SummerSlam as well as the COO of the WWE makes his way to the ring.

Hunter welcomes everyone to Smackdown. He says that it is hard to imagine that he was just hanging out in the back a month ago waiting on a friend. A month later and not only is he the COO of the entire company, but he is the special guest referee in the biggest match in the history of this industry when the WWE champion John Cena faces the WWE Champion CM Punk. This match will determine the Undisputed WWE Champion. On top of that, he says that his phone hasn’t stopped ringing.

He says that he respected the job that Vince McMahon did, but he cannot believe the pressure to do this job. Triple H says that he is loving it. He says that if they were going to make him COO, every Raw and every Smackdown will be the most exciting and most unpredictable show possible.

Tonight we are going to have an Intercontinental Championship match. Ezekiel Jackson will defend against Cody Rhodes. For the first time, it will be Money in the Bank Winner versus Money in the Bank Winner. Alberto Del Rio will face Daniel Bryan. The participants in the World Championship match will be in matches against different opponents. Great Khali will face Randy Orton while Christian . . .

will interrupt Triple H with his music. Christian makes his way down the ramp and into the ring. Christian tells Hunter that he told him on Monday night that he was going to make a major announcement. He expected that Triple H would give the champion the decency of giving him a call.

Hunter says that he would but he doesn’t give a crap.

Christian appreciates Hunter’s sense of humor and he assumes that the people of Sacramento agree with him. Christian says that he is going to sue the WWE. He wants to know if he has Hunter’s attention. He says that he has medical documents that show that Randy Orton is mentally unstable and that he has serious anger management issues He says that if Hunter forces him to wrestle at SummerSlam, Hunter is putting his World Champion in an unsafe work environment. Christian says that he consulted with his legal team and if WWE doesn’t pull the stipulation, he is going to file a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the company. He is going to sue Hunter, his children, and every miserable piece of crap that earns a paycheck from this company including that idiot from Talent Relations he brought out on Monday night. Hunter says that he will sue every single fan who buys a ticket to SummerSlam and every fan who watches it live on pay per view. He says that he will sue everyone. He tells Hunter the choice is his.

Hunter says that Christian has him by the short ones. Hunter says that he must have no choice but to announce that the match at SummerSlam . . . is on.

Christian tells Hunter that he doesn’t quite get it.

Hunter says that Christian doesn’t quite get it. He says that he has had some experience with lawyers over the last few weeks. Hunter reminds Christian that he has a contract with the WWE and since Hunter is the COO, that means that Christian has a contract with him and that Hunter is his boss. Since Hunter is the boss, he makes the matches that he wants to make. If Christian doesn’t want to wrestle in those matches, Christian is in breach of contract. Hunter says that he would go to the simplest option if Christian was in breach of contract and that he would fire Christian and take the title from him. He wants to know if Christian has his attention.

Hunter says that he can fire Christian and take the title or Christian can keep the belt and he can wrestle against Randy Orton in a No Holds Barred Match at SummerSlam. Hunter tells Christian that the choice is his.

Christian wants to know why Hunter is doing this to him. He says that Hunter has known him for fourteen years so he knows how good Christian is. He reminds Hunter that Orton attacked his family so he wonders why is he helping out Orton. He wants to know why is Hunter doing this as he sounds like a spoiled brat.

Hunter asks Christian if he wants to know why. He says that it is no secret that he doesn’t like Randy Orton, but he respects Randy Orton. The fans respect Randy Orton. The fans like Randy Orton. He says that the fans don’t like Christian because they don’t respect him. Hunter says that he used to respect Christian but the way that Christian won the title and the way that he has acted since he won the title, he doesn’t respect him any more. The fans don’t respect him any more.

Hunter tells Christian that if he wants that respect back, he needs to stop walking around whining and crying like a little girl and compete against Randy Orton on Sunday at SummerSlam in a No Holds Barred Match so he can earn some respect.

Hunter leaves the ring but Christian wants them to cut off Hunter’s music so he can get the last say. Christian says that if Hunter wants him to earn it, he will earn it. He says to forget the lawsuit because he is going to beat Randy Orton at SummerSlam. Christian says that he will take care of the opponent selected by Hunter first.

Hunter says that Christian is glad about what he just said and he says that he is glad that Christian doesn’t have a problem with his opponent.
