Earlier this week, we reported that French wrestler Tom La Ruffa has signed a developmental deal with WWE. Samuel Balmeur of France’s Planete Catch monthly wrestling magazine, sent in word that WWE has also signed fellow French wrestler Lucas Di Leo. The news has been confirmed by Di Leo’s promoter.
