World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on a developmental contract with Ring of Honor/Wrestling Society X star Matt Sydal. It is still unknown as to when he will report to one of WWE’s developmental territories as he is expected to fulfill all of his independent contractual obligations.

Sydal has been somewhat of a hot commodity since the demise of WSX as both TNA and ROH made major plays for him. Dragon Gate in Japan was also said to be very interested in him. WWE contact Sydal with the offer several weeks back.

Where's your source?

If it's true he'll be a great addition to the cw division and may give it back some of the spotlight it used to have.

^Its true, it was also reported on wrestleview.com

Anyway, as long as WWE doesn't hold him back in the ring (however its quite possible they will), and give him a title reign (which is quite possible they won't, at least for a while), then I'm fine with it.

Hahahahahahahahahaha it's far from a war.

WWE is minding it's own business and taking a shot here or there but TNA has to go on and take a shot at the WWE each week because they can't match the star power and the entertainment value.

Back to Sydal:

He has been a hot commodity and he is a good comparison to AJ Styles. Good sign if they can use Matt right.
