Backstory:
The night before ECW One Night Stand III Vince McMahon held a press conference.
Vince: Hello, I have a huge announcement to make tonight. We'll since its only been two weeks since the last WWE Pay Per View, I have decided to cancel ECW: One Night Stand, but I have already rented out the arena, so heres what I'm gonna do: have a complete re-draft of the WWE rosters. The Smack! Down/ ECW roster exchangment program is no more, because there is now a Raw/ ECW exchangment program. The draft order will start off, Smack!Down, Raw, ECW, then the three superstars picked will be in a match, where the winners team gets first pick, then the person whom's team was not in the decision gos next, and the last pick is the person who lost the match and so on and so forth. After 5 single picks, there will be one tag team pick followed by one last singles pick and match. Then I will tally up the wins, this will determine the order of the last 10 live draft picks. The rest of the rosters will be picked at random by a lottery, where ECW only gets a pick every other turn, because it is only 1 hour.

I will post the "PPV Lottery" on Sunday.
I will post full matches on PPV and just the ends of regular matches.
I won't be doing Smack!Down, but will post the results of there PPV matches, and if someone wants to do Smack!Down PM me.
