Idol Stevens released by WWE
Written: August 6, 2007

WWE has come to terms on the release of Idol Stevens as of today. We wish Idol the best in all future endeavors.

Source: PWInsider.com

- Marcus Cor Von has been off of the road with WWE’s ECW brand because he was granted time off by the company to deal with some family issues. According to at least one source within WWE the recent issues stem from a recent death in the family.

- WWE has quietly postponed their World Class Championship Wrestling DVD to a December release date. The decision was made the push the release back due to the fact that the DVD will talk about the death of so many performers and would not fair well given the current state of the industry.

- The Fabulous Moolah and Mae Young will both make an appearance at this year’s SummerSlam pay-per-view.

I was wondering why Cor Von no showed that show, he must have called them and they must have understood his situation. Idol Stevens is nothing special and I recognized that in the lame gimmick of the Teacher's Pets way back last year in the summer on Smackdown, cut another talent and conserve some money. Good release Vince.

Hopefully the WWE want to treat Mae and Moolah with some respect since thier WWE Alumni are dying all around them and they want to leave the fans with a respectfull last memory of the two. Not like that garbage on raw where they acted like dogs and barked on all fours. . . . Fucking disgusting.
