WWE.com Poll
Can Brock win his fight?
Yes
No

This is surprising. The WWE has a poll about Brock Lesnar and is also advertising for UFC.

I'm guessing they are hoping Brock can win, as it makes the WWE wrestlers look strong in that they can say a pro wrestler made the transition to UFC and dominated.

lol... TNAWrestling.com also hyped Brock's match by having an interview with Angle on what he thinks about Brock's UFC fight.

The WWE & UFC signed advertising deals last year its not suprising at all. TNA & UFC are required to advertise eachother due to there contracts with Spike. It doesn't make or cost TNA or UFC any money for these ads however UFC pays WWE for there ads. Also when you watch UFC PPV's and they show the celebs in attendance you always see some of the McMahons, Undertaker, The Rock etc from the WWE there, because there fans. You think UFC would have anything to do with TNA if it wasn't for the fact there on the same network? Hell no.

Just noticed it on WWE.com!!! Even though WWE and UFC arranged advertising, it's still surprising that WWE and Brock would be happy being associated like that!?

Yes, so I figured UFC does something to promote TNA in return. Or even if they don't, the odd TNA commercial during UFC's runtime is bound to be there.

Doesn't UFC run TNA ads? WWE is essentially giving TNA indirect advertising.

Hahahah you would be the only one that would see this like that. After the Rumble there was an ad for that match so I guess they're kind of working together. I am surprised by this, but I don't think it's a big deal.

Edit: I also thinkg that a lot of the TNA-UFC connection had more to do with the fact that Spike TV does so much with UFC and they show TNA so they were just combing that.

btw for the record this isn't so unheard of to begin with. TBS & TNT used to run ads for upcoming WWE PPV's when WCW was still in buisness.

UFC isn't competing against pro wrestling. What's the big deal? The same demographic watches both. It makes sense.

Oh it makes perfect sense from that angle. I'm just concerned about WWE, after really going out of it's way not to ever mention TNA because that'd be advertising, basically telling everyone to go watch a program that runs at least two TNA commercials through the runtime, in addition to whatever on-air thing UFC does in exchange for TNA's advertising.

^I'd be shocked if there is anything going on with TNA during the UFC PPV. I've never seen a UFC PPV, but they are going to run TNA advertisements during their PPV?

The fact that the same demographic watches both would make them competition.

And don't tell me that the WWE isn't worried about UFC. If UFC had a show on Mondays it would be major competition. UFC is bigger competition to the WWE than TNA right now.
