WWE is offering mental health counseling to its performers.

On Thursday, WWE sent a company-wide text to the talent roster, offering a reminder that counseling services are available if they feel that they are in need of them. The message reads (via PWInsider.com):

“As a reminder to our Talent, if you are dealing with a difficult personal matter and would like to speak with someone to get the support you need, please don’t hesitate to contact [Counseling Company Name Withheld] at [NUMBER DELETED] or WWE Medical.”

This should have been a thing from beginning, but I will props where props are due.

I think it might have been, since it says as a reminder. So not sure how long they have offered it, but I’m at least sure it was before today.

Definitely been a thing previously but I can't remember how far back.

As much as I dislike the on air product of WWE, I give them so much props for things like this, as well as paying rehab for wrestlers, even ones not currently employed by them. They are great in that department.

I can give WWE respect for doing this and helping with Mental Health.
