I highly disagree with this statement. In no way does Punk fit what Rocky stands for in my opinon over Cody if you take what has happened to Cody vs Punk in Wrestling. You can even say The Bloodline can be compared to the Russia Government in a sense wanting to rid of someone who they think is a nobody while showing their dominance.

I think Troop just meant bc it'd be funny since Punk not seeing the movies was a hilarious part of his AEW saga

Wrestlevotes reported that WWE was talking to Sylvester Stallone about [being involved with] WrestleMania this year, since the character of Rocky Balboa was based in Philadelphia. Those at WWE have confirmed the talk but said that as of earlier in the week Stallone had said there was a schedule conflict so the deal hasn’t been done unless he can or wants to remove the conflict.
