The Legacy split was scheduled for Ted DiBiase to start a heel stable known as 'The Fortunate Sons'.

Plans called for DiBiase to team with his brother Brett and rising developmental superstar Joe Hennig (son of the late "Mr. Perfect" Curt Hennig). DiBiase referenced 'The Fortunate Sons' title during his promo on RAW this week. Whether WWE will still go forward with that idea remains to be seen.

Well, Legacy failed, so let's try again.

I called this back in February, but thought Cody, Ted, Brett, and Henning would form the new Legacy.

No, just no. Just build Teddy and Cody through matches, even though Cody isn't allegedly suppose to be in this faction.

They didn't give Legacy enough time. Should have had Ted, Cody, Joe Hennig with Randy as its leader. Should have given them a longer run, IMO.

Rhodes better be going to Smackdown if he isn't still going to be partners with DiBiase.

After Legacy's fail, I'm not seeing this being any better. They had Randy Orton before, a solidified main eventer. This time it'll be a forgotten guy, and 2 newbies.

Did Legacy really fail. It kept Rhodes and Debaise on TV at a time when most rookies besides a few were being misused, if you ask me Legacy worked very well.

Also for the new team it sounds awesome.

DiBiase isn't over enough to lead a faction.

The only possible reason this would be formed would be to give Orton something to do between now and the time he wins the title as a face. And it will pretty much be Orton squashing the lights out of those guys.

And...Legacy did not fail. It got two youngsters TV time they wouldn;t have otherwise gotten and actually got them somewhat over as legitimate heels. Lets remember, not every faction is going to produce a Batista and Orton. Not to mention, it set the tables for the best face turn in recent memory. I would say thats a definite success.

This has potential, although I wouldn't mind seeing DiBiase just get a singles push instead, I have no problems with them creating a faction. Legacy obviously didn't go as planned and if they're gonna try and redeem themselves with this, I'm all for it

This is too close to the downfall of Legacy to just kick up. It will look like a cheap knock off that is rushed. If they couldn't make a faction work that had Orton in it, they definitely will not be able to book this correctly.

I think a stable of newcomers would be great though, too bad WWE doesn't think the way some fans do.
