Stumbled upon FCW page and noticed two new signings, two Japanese wrestlers...

SAKAMOTO
sakamoto_0000.JPG.jpg

Coming to FCW from the Land of the Rising Sun, this fired-up import is bound and determined to make his mark in Sports Entertainment here in the US. This eight-year veteran of the squared circle brings a great deal of enthusiasm and intensity to his bouts.

A product of Kaientai-Dojo, Sakamoto spent several years dominating his home promotion in Japan before seeking out a grander stage here in FCW. Employing a high impact offense and proficient in all aspects of pro wrestling, Sakamoto would love nothing more than to achieve great success and take home championship gold to Japan, much like his trainer TAKA Michinoku did years ago.

The other is...

JIRO
jiro_0000_1.jpg

A product of the respected Kaientai-Dojo in Japan, Jiro broke into Sports Entertainment the hard way - enduring all of the tests and physical and mental challenges thrown his way while in the dojo. A fine documentation of tenacity and hard work, Jiro went on to make a star out of himself in his home promotion, turning heads of sports entertainment pundits, who tabbed him as the future of Japanese Wrestling.

However, Jiro had different plans, as he sojourned to the United States during the summer of 2011 to chase his dream – a dream of becoming a WWE Superstar. Entering Florida Championship Wrestling, Jiro brings with him his unique in-ring style, humble attitude and fun-loving sense of humor. Jiro’s dream is a lofty one, but he brings a great deal of energy, a strong desire to be the best and a never-say-die attitude with him to the ring every time he steps through the ropes.

Thoughts on WWE using Japanese wrestlers, do you want to see more of it? Do you think this could also benefit Yoshi Tatsu? Thoughts?

Meh, seeing as WWE always mis uses foreign wrestlers then I don't think it will benefit Tatsu at all.... Considerign the fact that he's done nothing major yet I don't see that changing apart from one Japan vs Japan feud down the line... It's nice that WWE signed some people after the tour of Japan though.

Yoshi Tamagochi should have definitely got a darker theme music when he changed his image. The beginning of that music reminds me of when I got my pokemon healed up on my game boy. Fail. A Japanese tag team could be pretty sweet.

They should probs make a feeder group down there and send the green guys to get beat hard Jap-style.

No coincidence that tons of guys have come from there way better, ie Tomko, Masters, etc

WWE tend to stereotype every foreign wrestler they have.

I think that these two are a team as well so hopefully if it all works out they can add more depth to the tag team division.

It is a shame that Yoshi Tatsu has never been puhed even after that cool new look he created for himself.
