-- WWE's Johnny Ace wanted a meeting with Japanese superstar Takeshi Morishima when Morishima was in New York last weekend. Ace is said to be very high on him. The NOAH promotion put a stop to the meeting, citing loyalty to Ring of Honor which Morishima works for. WWE actually approached Morishima a year or so ago when he was training at Harley Race's school. WWE had interest in putting him on the ECW roster since talks with Masato Tanaka and Tajiri fell through. NOAH stopped it from happening then too. As previously stated, RAW writer Brian Gerwitz was at the Ring of Honor show in New York last weekend. Brian is a fan of Delirious' gimmick and has pushed for WWE to sign him.

Wow I knee WWE was interested in Delirious but I never knew about Morishima. I think he would rules on ECW like Tanaka did in the original one.

Delirious is a better wrestler than Christian, I can tell you that much. As for Morishima...no comment at the moment.

ROFL, I dont know about you, but I would much rather watch Christian cut amazing promos and do "ok" in the ring that a guy who never talks (at least to my knowledge) and who bites the fuckin ring ropes.

Your saying you would rather watch a bad wrestler cut a promo over a good wrestler wrestle? You sound like a WWE fan now...

Morishima in the WWE wouldn't surprise me but I dobt he could get past mid-card level. As for Delirious in WWE I think he could do well maybe a US or IC title run but thats it

I hope the wwe stays away from the ROH staff..... Its one thing to snatch up unsigned guys like Jack Evans/Matt Sydal, but when they are approaching contracted talent thats not good.

Morishima would injury a handful of guys in the wwe, and Delirous would likely be mis used.

Why not go after some tna talent??? The wwe doesnt seem to want any tna talent. Monty Brown was really the only guy they were interested in.

I'd rather see them in ROH. As others have said, Delirious would be misused, and WWE's track record regarding Japanese talent is lackluster at best.

Personally, I thought Tajiri was treated well in WWE. From being Regal's "friend" to getting a victory over HHH and blinding him. I could see Morishima getting a push similar to Yokozuna's in the mid-90's. Big foreign guy who just beats down anyone who gets in his way.

I always hate to see guys leave ROH but I must admit every time a great wrestlers leaves a great wrestler enters, and I'm all for new talent. It seems Matt Sydal is on his way out, in return Ruckus is on his way in.

Ya, WWE has a track record of mis-using great talent. I personally have never seen either of these in ROH, I have however heard only good for the most part. I think Delirious would give WWE that off the wall character that they have been needing. But as for Morishima, WWE has way too many big guys they are trying to get to M.E. status right now.

Wow, do we ever need WCW right about now. DAMN YOU VINCE. lol. And Ted Turner. You guys both suck!

I reckon if they stuck Delirious on Smackdown or if they pissed the Boogeyman off; which they should have done ages ago, they could slot him in ECW and if he was used correctly he could be a great assest. As for Morishima no real comment, there are other guys on the roster who would be much better there than Morishima.
