WWE files new Trademark for "WWE King and Queen of the Ring"

The return of WWE's King of the Ring -- and the debut of Queen of the Ring -- appear to be one step closer to becoming reality.

On December 8, WWE filed a trademark for "WWE King and Queen of the Ring." The full trademark filing can be seen below:

G & S: Entertainment services, namely, a show about professional wrestling; entertainment services, namely, the production and exhibition of professional wrestling events rendered through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing wrestling news and information through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information

Dave Meltzer reported this October that WWE was considering bringing back King of the Ring as part of a show that would feature both the King of the Ring and Queen of the Ring tournaments. King of the Ring hasn't been a standalone pay-per-view since 2002, though there was a WWE Network special in 2015 with the semifinals and finals of that year's tournament.

Xavier Woods was crowned as WWE's most recent King of the Ring at Crown Jewel 2021. Zelina Vega also won WWE's first-ever Queen's Crown tournament at that event.

Could just for rename of PLE purposes so it's not the King of the Ring PLE featuring Queen of the ring also?
