WWE Dropping Vengeance Again

WWE will be going back to 12 pay-per-views this year. WWE has reportedly decided to nix the second October pay-per-view - Vengeance. This means there wil be several weeks of build between the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view and the Surivor Series pay-per-view.
