[Rollins came to the ring and said he was a visionary, revolutionary, he was Seth “Freakin’” Rollins. He talked about beating AJ at Money in the Bank and still being world champion. He says he’s beaten everyone on Raw and is the G.O.A.T. Gunther’s music hits and he comes to the ring. Gunther congratulates Rollins on his win at Money in the Bank. Gunther tells Rollins he’s Seth “Freakin’ Rollins, but he’s no Ring General. He tells Rollins at SummerSlam he’s going to sling him around the ring like a ragdoll and become the new World Heavyweight Champion. Rollins tells Gunther he may be The Ring General, but he’s not The G.O.A.T. He tells him like others before him he’s going to put him down with a curbstomp and walk out of SummerSlam still World Heavyweight Champion. Gunther and Rollins get face to face and mouth off at each other.]
Lyra Valkyria def. Xia Li
[McIntyre comes to the ring and talks about retiring Punk and not having a SummerSlam opponent. He says maybe he should go after Rollins and Gunther and make the world championship match a triple threat match. Sheamus’ music hits and he comes to the ring. Sheamus tells McIntyre they go way back and he’s changed. He tells McIntyre he tried to end Punk’s career and he doesn’t respect it. Sheamus gets in McIntyre’s face and tells him to get it together. McIntyre smirks and tells Sheamus they do go way back and that he’s a different person now. He tells Sheamus he’s after the world championship and for him to stay out of his way. Sheamus asks McIntyre or else what. McIntyre laughs and walks off. McIntyre goes to leave, but as Sheamus is turning around he gets laid out by McIntyre’s finisher. McIntyre stood tall over the laid out Sheamus.]
Dragon Lee def. JD McDonagh (w/Finn Balor and Carlito) [The Judgment Day came to the ring first. Pearce came to the stage and introduced JD’s opponent and the newest member of Raw, Dragon Lee. During the match, Balor and Carlito tried to cost Lee the match, but he fought them off. Post-match, The Judgment Day tried to jump Lee, but Dragunov’s music hit and he came to the ring for the save. The Judgment Day left the ring and headed up the ramp pissed. Dragunov and Lee looked on.]
New Catch Republic (Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne) def. Legado Del Fantasma (Angel and Berto) (w/Santos Escobar)
[Reed interviews backstage about winning the Money in the Bank briefcase. He says whether it’s Rollins, Gunther or someone else when he cashes in his briefcase he will be taking the world championship from them.]
[The Judgement Day are backstage talking. Balor, JD and Carlito look disappointed. Liv tells them to cheer up and that she spoke with Pearce and JD and Dominik have a match against American Made next week. She tells them after they win they’ll be back in contention for the tag team championship. She tells Balor he has a match against Braun Strowman and when he wins he’ll be in contention for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. She tells them they’ll be back on top soon.]
Becky Lynch def. Indi Hartwell [Becky worked a stiff match against Indi. The referee had to keep warning her. Post-match, Becky stared at Indi who was on the mat before leaving the ring.]
[We get a video package from The Wyatt’s talking about being a family and taking what’s theirs. Howdy tells The New Day their tag team championship will belong to his family soon, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.]
Bron Breakker def. Jey Uso [Post-match, Breakker left the ring and headed up the ramp and turned to see Jey stirring. Breakker came back to the ring and attacked Jey. Breakker went for his finisher, but got dropped by Jey. Breakker left the ring pissed as Jey looked on telling Breakker to come back for a fight.]
Damien Priest def. Santos Escobar and Sami Zayn in a triple threat #1 contenders match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship [Earlier in the night, Kaiser met with Pearce backstage and told him none of the men in this match are worthy enough to challenge for his championship. Pearce told Kaiser someone will be worthy enough to challenge him for his championship at the end of the match because there will be a new number one contender. Kaiser leaves pissed. During the match, Legado came to the ring to cost Priest and Zayn the match, but Priest and Zayn fought them off. Post-match, Kaiser enters the ring behind Priest and lays him out with his finisher. Kaiser stands tall over Priest.]
