WWE Smackdown - July 19th - WWE Draft

We start off with the normal opening, before we cut to ringside, where we see Michael Cole, Mauro Ranallo, Corey Graves and Byron Saxton at the announcers table, they explain the rules that each brand will go through the process one by one, until all superstars are chosen. 8 NXT Superstars will be chosen. We then cut to the locker room, where every superstar is sitting in the same room. We then go to the stage, where Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan are on the left side and Stephanie McMahon and Mick Foley are on the ring. A coin toss was made before the program went to air, and Smackdown won the first overall draft pick.

Shane McMahon: Welcome to Tuesday Night Smackdown! As we won the coin toss backstage, we will get the first overall pick.

Daniel Bryan: To begin with our first draft pick. He is The Current WWE Champion, The Lunatic Fringe, Dean Ambrose.

We then cut backstage to see Dean Ambrose smile, before he leaves the locker room and makes his way out to the stage and shakes hands with Shane and Daniel, before holding up his title and going backstage.

Stephanie McMahon: You got Dean Ambrose? Well our number 1 draft pick for Monday Night Raw is The Architect, the man who will win the WWE Championship this Sunday, Seth Rollins.

Seth then smugly smiles backstage, before he slowly makes his way out to the stage and hugs Stephanie and shakes Mick's hand and takes his Raw Shirt before leaving and going backstage.

Daniel Bryan: Smackdown's number 2 pick is a man who has been in NXT for almost 2 years now. From NXT, we choose Finn Balor. we then cut to a Video Package of Finn Balor, before he is shown at the NXT Performance Centre with all the other NXT Superstars before we cut back to the stage.

Mick Foley: Good pick Daniel. Our next pick is a man who has been in the WWE for 14 years. He is the "face that runs the place" John Cena.

John is sitting with Enzo and Cass, before he gets up and leaves the room, as he runs out to the ramp and gets his RAW Shirt from Mick.

Shane McMahon: Our number 3 pick, is the man who will team with The Club this Sunday to face Cena, Enzo Amore and Big Cass, AJ Styles

Stephanie McMahon: Not bad Shane, but my next pick is a tag team, who will bring the Power of Positivity to Monday Night Raw, The New Day.

Kofi, Xavier and Big E all dance onto the stage, as they receiver their shirts from Steph and Mick, before dancing back to behind the curtain.

Daniel Bryan: Steph, you just got some champions for your brand, so for Smackdown, we choose the A-Lister, The Miz.

Miz then walks out with his wife Maryse, as they both get their shirts from Shane before walking off backstage.

Mick Foley: Our next pick is the Women's Champion, Charlotte.

Charlotte then makes her way out, with her Women's Championship as she receives her T-Shirt and holds her title up.

Shane McMahon: Our next pick is a very well travelled superstar. He is a former NXT Champion, Sami Zayn.

Sami makes his way out to the stage to receive his Shirt, before Kevin Owens rushes out and attacks him, and goes for a powerbomb onto the stage, before Sami fights out and Helluva Kicks him off the stage, before Sami goes backstage

Mick Foley: Our next pick is the man who just attacked Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens.

Owens gets up off the ground and goes and snatches his shirt from Foley and goes backstage.

Shane McMahon: Our Number 6 Pick, are AJ Styles stable mates, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.

Both men come out to the stage and receive their shirts, before leaving and going backstage.

Stephanie McMahon: Shane, Daniel, we have a proposition for you. We want to choose the remaining 9 women's wrestlers on the roster, and we will give you 9 picks in a row for your brand.

Shane and Daniel talk for about 10 seconds before agreeing to the idea.

Stephanie McMahon: So without further a due, we choose Alicia Fox, Becky Lynch, Dana Brooke, Eva Marie, Naomi, Natalya, Paige, Sasha Banks. But Shane we would also like to choose, Nia Jax, Carmella and Alexa Bliss so you will be getting three more picks, which would add up to a total of 12.

All 12 women come out and receive their shirts, before leaving.

Daniel Bryan: Ok, so Stephanie, we are choosing. Bray Wyatt, Cesaro, Randy Orton, Sheamus, Chris Jericho, Darren Young, Dolph Ziggler, Apollo Crews, Baron Corbin, Roman Reigns, American Alpha and Brock Lesnar.

Every man except for American Alpha, Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns recieve their T-Shirts.

Mick Foley: Well, we choose the United States Champion, Rusev

Rusev then makes his way out to the stage with Lana, and get their Shirts.

Daniel Bryan: Well, we are choosing a returning superstar, who we signed earlier today, Curt Hawkins.

The crowd pop, as Curt makes his way out, soaking in the reaction, as he receives his shirt before leaving.

Mick Foley: Well we choose Enzo and Big Cass.

Enzo and Cass then make their way out, getting their T-Shirts

Shane McMahon: We in reply we choose The Long Island Iced Z, Zack Ryder.

Zack comes out to his new music, as he receives his shirt

Stephanie McMahon: Well, we get the last pick of the night, but tune into the network as soon as Smackdown ends, to get a full analysis and find out our remaining picks. But to conclude, I am bringing to Raw, a legend. He was last in the WWE in 2006, the Olympic Gold Medalist, KURT ANGLE.

The pop is huge, as he makes his way out and receives his shirt, as we go off the air with him standing on the stage, soaking in the reaction.
