its not difficult to pull this out.
basic materials used. The most important is the idea itself. (is like hearing a joke and trying to make it into a scenario).

stuff used:
-clothes hanger wire (usual cut size 7cms)
-fruits usually can be used in so many things as it has the beauty of manipulation.
-daily used food/consumptions.

The trick of the egg was to make a hole in the anterior side of the egg for to fix the wire legs. So the snapshot was from the posterior view to not show the defect.

Also, using photoshop for lighting, gradients and cut/paste job just like the last image.
