The objective of this challenge is to watch, rate and analyse as many matches as possible in 365 days (Starting December 10th 2016 - December 10th 2017)
We will be using the generally accepted Star Rating system (Minus Five Stars through to Five Stars with Five being the highest, Minus Five being the lowest and 2.5/3 being the average at the writers discretion)
The recommend goal is 365 Matches but you can go as low or as high as you want, matches can be of any length from any era of any promotion.
Request from myself would be to provide a Youtube link/Network Link/Dailymotion Link/Storefront Link to wherever you can access the match as to make it easier for others to find.
Layout should be as followed but can be altered at writers discretion:

All of the matches below are from WWE Smackdown Live's Tables Ladders and Chairs PPV 2016 on December 4th 2016
Match: Heath Slater and Rhyno Vs The Wyatt Family (Orton and Wyatt competing, Harper at Ringside)
Star Rating: **
Analysis: Slater and Rhyno despite being Smackdown's tag team champions have been off TV for weeks, the last appearance I can remember of there's was Survivor Series. The build for this match took place without them and they were MIA and by god did it show. The second their music hit there was silence, people had moved on. The new pet project for fans to get over was James Ellsworth and people forgot about Rhyno and Slater, there was no hype for them and The Wyatt's were the clear fan choice. Slater and Rhyno are not excellent wrestlers, Wyatt and Orton can be very hit or miss depending on who they are working with, I mean honestly the last time I remember I really great Bray Wyatt match was Royal Rumble 2014 Vs Daniel Bryan (****1/2). This was slow, boring and just pretty bad. The ending RKO spot was neat, The Wyatt's will defend on freebird rules (Soon to be renamed New Day rules probably) and put the belts on them adds a lot of credibility to the titles and makes them feel worthwhile so my projected plan would be for them to hold the belts until around Elimination Chamber, lose to American Alpha so they can feud with The Revival and start to show the cracks in the Wyatt Family for whatever feud they are planning for them at Wrestlemania, may it be Harper/Orton, Wyatt/Orton or Wyatt/Harper.
Match: Nikki Bella Vs Carmella
Star Rating: - *1/2 stars
Analysis: What a god awful match, I thought their match at No Mercy while not note worthy was pretty average which is fine, it was a low card Women's match with very little time and Carmella being very very green so a **1/2 isn't bad at all but this was something else, it just made Carmella look bad. I wanted this match to be a brawl and use the weapons and more fighting style to cover up Carmella's flaws and amplify here strong suits such as character work but the agents had other ideas and went full "Ya gotta make Roman look really strong" on Nikki Bella, Carmella barely got any shit in and lost again ruining any credibility she had. This entire feud was basically Carmella cutting awesome promos, Nikki beating her up and winning every match. That is not how you book an up and comer against a "veteran" when you have a 6 Women division, with the state of their Women's division they can't afford to make any of them look bad because then who will face the champion? Sometimes 50/50 booking is bad but in a small division its not an awful idea to protect and keep credibility, its a similar complaint that can be made with the tag team division and the state of The Vaudevillains. But yeah, Minus 1 and a half stars for a pretty awful match.
Match: Dolph Ziggler Vs The Miz (C) in a Ladder Match for the Intercontinental Championship
Star Rating: ***1/2
Analysis: Pretty lackluster for a ladder match especially coming off their excellent No Mercy match that was full of storytelling, emotion and excellent wrestling (****1/2) so this match just kinda fell flat (A running theme on this show it seems). It reminds me of an early training match and it didn't feel like they had an agent because there was no flow or story. They just went from one spot to another to another until they reached the finishing line, it was just a match. It felt like I was watching two completely random guys just trying to get their shit in and get their spots done and it just never went into the next gear and never really clicked into place. I was harshly disappointed and I don't know what they can do with Ziggler now, I finally bought into him again after being one of his harshest critics and they gave him the belt and I thought they would give him a great run as a fighting champion and make the I-C Belt credible again (Not that the Miz isn't) but he just has no where to go now, he's just a loser and they've definitely pushed him beyond the point of no return now. The Miz could have a million feuds and still be great but Ziggler needed a win and he didn't get it.
I'll try and partake. No promises right now on how many matches I will watch or a certain goal. But I'll try and partake.
What I will contribute with tho, is a handy link to the Real Hero archive. Every Japanese wrestling promotion without a subscription service ends up on here for your viewing pleasure. Handy if you want to watch a lot of matches from different companies.
Not my idea but thanks. We had it around here before and I wanted to kick start it again around the Summer but Stop said it would be better to start at 2017.
It hurts my heart to see ADAM get credit for an idea that was around like 2 years ago, but no one really made one recently. Adam will not take credit. I will not let ADAMSKA take credit.

Nope, any promotion. Put it in General WWE since it will gain more attention from there.

Ziggler/Miz Ladder Match TLC 2016: ***1/2
Slater/Rhyno Vs Wyatt Famoly TLC 2016: **
Carmella Vs Nikki Bella: Minus *1/2
Link: WWE NXT
Match: Sasha Banks (C) Vs Bayley (Challenger) for the NXT Womens Championship
Show: NXT Takeover Brooklyn, August 2015
Promotion: WWE-NXT
Star Rating: ****3/4
Analysis: The second viewing of this match basically set in stone for me that this is the absolute benchmark that every Women and Male on the WWE Roster should be looking to compete at. They say be a master of one rather than a jack of all trades but god damn were these two Women proving that one wrong, the character work, the storytelling, the emotion, the crowd and the wrestling just all clicked. This match is the benchmark for what Womens Wrestling can be when they are given the time and freedom to be the best they can be and all I can hope is WWE run with Sasha Banks Vs Bayley at Wrestlemania 2017 because even if its up to the standard of their lesser Ironman match it will still be the best match on the show.
