Wrestling bandwagons

There has been some wrestling bandwagons where they were fans of a guy but then jumped off for good or bad reasons so figured it was worth speaking on in a thread.

CM Punk who has been in this spot before is in that situation as I've noticed some people are jumping off because his push isn't as hot as it was. Claimed to love the guy and are big fans of him now but of course in IWC fashion is stuck in a no win situation. He does his work/shoot stuff people bash him to do something else, he strays away from it then people say he is losing his edge and just trying to be a face like John Cena. Me personally I know he has much more ahead of him and been a fan of him all these years when he wasn't getting the biggest push so will keep on being one of the bigger fans of him.

i don't think people stick by who they like enough these days personally. as soon as the person isn't getting used how they see fit then they jump off, but if you do that all the time can you really ever call yourself a fan of anyone?

I'm on an Alberto Del Rio kick right now. The feeling and emotion I got from him retaining last Sunday was fuckin' incredible.

I wouldn't call it a bandwagon jump since I've been rooting for him since he debuted and I'm sure I'll be behind his entire career.
