WrestleMania 37 - WWE Championship Match - April 10 & 11

The Era of The All Mighty has begun, but one Superstar is out to transform the intense titleholder’s time into a footnote in his own WWE Title legacy. At WrestleMania, WWE Champion Bobby Lashley will go head-to-head with fellow force of nature and former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre.

At WWE Elimination Chamber, McIntyre survived five elite Raw Superstars and the career-altering structure to continue his dominant reign as WWE Champion. His celebration was cut short, however, when Lashley suddenly unleashed a fierce post-match beatdown and paved the way for The Miz to cash-in the Money in the Bank contract and steal the gold away. Eight days later, The All Mighty conquered The A-Lister in dominant fashion and captured the WWE Title to signal the start of The All Mighty Era.

Nevertheless, the reign isn't without opposition, as McIntyre immediately set his sights on Lashley with the purpose of reclaiming his gold and becoming a three-time WWE Champion on The Grandest Stage of Them All.

I feel like Lashley is gonna lose night one so Drew can have his moment in front of a live audience. And then Lashley wants his rematch night two and gets the belt right back

I feel like you're crazy overrating how much WWE wants to push Lashley tbh I hope I'm wrong but this whole reign feels like it's just "best dude for Drew to beat in front of a crowd" with others otherwise occupied. I'd like this though honestly, Drew does deserve the crowd moment but I'm not too hype for another actual reign

I'm so over Drew Mcintyre as Champion right now. Dude had a year. Let him step away from the title; maybe even draft him to SD. He doesn't need that belt right now

How has the build been between these two? RAW isn't looking too hot from what I've seen.

Should be a hard-hitting affair, either way.

Raw has sucked mostly but this build has been fine, bit questionable at times like with the stuff that happened last night but overall I'd say fine describes it well

Honestly, I feel like this match needed a triple threat more than Roman vs. Edge did.

I'm glad Bryan is in that match, but this just doesn't seem as big on paper and could have used that extra oomph with an extra name. Idk, maybe I'm wrong.

Well it's an opinion so you can't be wrong lol I agree this match needed something extra but Raw is severely lacking on viable candidates to turn this into a triple threat lol the Bryan stuff worked so well bc his involvement in the angle just made the whole thing better than it was before, and I was pretty satisfied with Roman/Edge alone too so this is like icing on top there lol

I do that a lot with my opinions, I guess I don't trust my wrestling knowledge as much anymore

I've had too many breaks, and I don't even discuss shows on the internet more as they happen. Prefer to watch at my own pace, and away from negativity I suppose. You could class me as a casual now if I didn't post on forums occasionally

I hate being called a workrate fan, but it is what it is

It's not that I don't value a good storyline, but it's a wrestling show at the end of the day. Forgive me for wanting good matches

I feel like there wouldn't be much point watching if the matches were all dogshit. I could probably find something more entertaining on Netflix or something, you know?

If you can get enjoyment out of a shit feud that has good matches, you're a workrate fan. If you can get enjoyment from shit matches with a good feud behind it then you're a story fan. If ya like both you're a pro wrestling fan.

I can definitely enjoy a good match that has had shit build, but at the same time a good storyline enhances the match. It's like Drew vs. Bobby right now. The match could be good, but it would be even better if the guys had more heat and the feud had more to it

Drew is bringing that title back home this Saturday Night in the main event even though I feel that Bobby should hold onto the title longer.
