Orton has flat out said he has no worthy opponent for Mania... he refused to beat Taker

Kurt Angle, as competitive as he is... refused it as well

I think this match will happen some Wrestlemania because that would be gold booking. You got one guy with this incredible streak and another guy who's been in the business a long time as well and has a good win streak at Wrestlemania. He had just even beaten the Rock. Well guessing he does? Either way, This match is bound to happen soon and I will definitely enjoy seeing it the day it comes.
