A total of four championships could potentially be won during this event and they include:

The WPC Grand Prix Event Championship a.k.a. 'The Green Belt' is up for grabs if a sole predictor gets the most predictions correct during Genesis.

The Japan Championship (Japan Division) could be claimed for the first time if a sole predictor gets the most predictions correct for the Stardom portion of the event. This belt will be in possession of the Division Ranking leader for all Japanese wrestling promotions (apart from New Japan Pro Wrestling).

The AEW Championship (AEW Division) could be claimed for the first time if a sole predictor gets the most predictions correct for the AEW portion of the event. This belt will be in possession of the Division Ranking leader of the AEW Division (compromised of AEW & ROH events).

The American Indie Championship (American Indie Division) could be claimed for the first time if a sole predictor gets the most predictions correct for the GCW portion of the event. This belt will be in possession of the Division Ranking leader for all American Indie wrestling promotions events.

The prediction ballot for this event will be posted at a later date.
