Would you sign Mandy Rose to AEW?

She improved a lot in NXT. She was putting on decent matches, but most importantly she had her character work down pact. She knows storytelling.

Yeah unless there's reasons I'm not privy to why not. I'd sign her as fast as Sasha tho if she's available (assuming she'd be cheaper too)

Whether she'd really want to I guess is a question if the reports are true that she essentially chose her site over WWE when they gave her that ultimatum but if it was just up to me, I'm def making an offer and I'm slotting her in main feuds ASAP. I think she'd actually be better than Saraya in a lot of ways on screen tbh, just not as much hype

Will Washington put it as "from TK's pov, WWE just put the equivalent to female Adam Cole on a silver platter for them" . I thought that wasa bit extreme but...she did just have a year + reign where the entire brand was built around her and her faction who held all the titles. The undisputed era comparisson isn't that out of pocket.

If it wasn't obvious I'd sign her the moment her non compete is up

I don’t actually think she was ever given a choice. Both Fightful and WON say Shawn Michaels find out that week and made an audible and she was fired the next day.

I also don’t think she’d need to make a choice in AEW even if WWE had given one. Tony seems to be fine with PVZ and her pages and AEW also has a lighter schedule than WWE. She’d easily be able to score two incomes.

I'm not sure if I'd go as far as putting her over Jade but I think a feud between the two over the TBS title would be great, battle of the pumping knee/kicks

Also the fact that I really despised her reign kind of shows she's an effective heel and her character would absolutely get a metric ton of heat in AEW so ya. I think it's a surprisingly good fit if they wanna do biz

I think it’s a fair comparison. Cole wasn’t on the main roster yet, but he had one of the longest runs in NXT with the gold just like Mandy just did except she actually did have a main roster run first. Plus, Toxic Attraction was kinda the female Undisputed Era.

I guess it depends on easy she wants it, but she seemed like a hardworking type so two incomes would be better if AEW ponied up a good deal.

Which doesn’t seem hard to get if you come in with some market name value. Allegedly I should say.

As someone who at this point last year, couldn’t even really stand her, and grew to become a fan, I most definitely would the second I could, and slot her in to a huge role in the women’s division. As already said her character work is amazing, as well as becoming a decent in ring talent as well.

Yeah it’s pretty wild because I couldn’t stand her on the main roster either but her work at NXT really turned me around on her and became a favorite.

Plus, think of it this way. If AEW signs Mandy Rose you’ll have the full power of the Deezy promotional machine behind AEW.

I will claim hipster and say I remember thinking she had improved a lot at one point on the main roster, but then I also thought she'd lost it ALL for her last few months before going back down to NXT lmao her women's tag stuff was so poor

Her and Dana vs Tamina and Nia
