Idk, it doesn't feel right to vote for things like Kowabunga and Christmas Creature. They're awful, don't get me wrong, but they didn't really hurt anyone. They were so irrelevant in the grand scheme as well as being short lived. I doubt anyone here was even watching SMW to have seen those guys. On the other hand, WCW had a huge audience and The Powers That Be, Russo in general, surely played a role in turning away a few fans shortly before the company went under. The Powers That Be certainly didn't destroy WCW but it didn't help matters. So for that reason, I'm voting Powers That Be this time.
