Okay so,

I'm 17 years of age and used to be very confident with my body, I used to be nicely built and had a good six pack going on (this was when I was 15). Through the years I've became a lot more lazy and now have put on a tiny bit of fat and have a lot of stretch marks on my back as I have grown a lot. I am now not so confident with my body as it is. So I'm going to be working out starting in 4 hours. I will keep updating this thread throughout the weeks on how I coped and will send a picture of improvement every month, my beginning body picture will be taken soon. All I ask from you guys is help and motivation as 1. I quit too easily and 2. It's hard to keep motivated when you're working on your own.

Use coconut oil on your stretch marks and dry brush them. It will help them heal.
