[Meltzer on WOR] "CMLL are thrilled by their partnership with AEW, they're drawing like they haven't drawn in years and years. This is one of the biggest runs of business that CMLL has ever had. They're getting more out of this relationship than AEW."

not shocking considering some of the gate increases we saw even just that one event with BCC vs CMLL in Mexico. MJF going there is pretty wild too.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the CMLL guys we have gotten on AEW as well, especially sickos like Hench

They've gotten like 5 sellout main events out of it when they run 3 times a week in the same arena. AEW has a belt for Willow lol but Tony is such a CMLL mark that I assume he's more than happy about that

I also figure we'd have had a better build and introduction to CMLL had all those guys not all of a sudden got visa issues all at once early on

Side subject but considering how CMLL books her and Steph leaving....

We're about to have this convo again. Do you take a waiver on Tessa and even try to give her a match or nah?

I don't think the AEW locker room can take a Tessa either legitimately or just perception wise so I'd stay clear for awhile longer.

That said, she's doing good in CMLL...but if I'm Tony I'm probably trying to get Rocky to test her on an NJPW America card before booking her for my company lol
