The place so nice they named it twice...new york,
Vince is obviously pissed about how this played out with Benoit turning out to be a murder especially refunding money for a tribute RAW show, recalling all Benoit merchandise (which takes money to process) and losing out on his pride and joy death storyline. So what's next for the WWE? Will we see more naturally looking superstars (like Johnny Nitro) as champion? Will Ric Flair be champion again just so a "Legend" can be exposed on TV? Will Vince recall Raw vs. Smackdown 2008 - ECW Invasion to take out Benoit?

You title the thread 'will WWE recover after the Benoit tragedy' yet don't mention anything about that in the thread. Why would the Benoit situation cause guys like Nitro to get pushed exactly? What has it got to do with Flair having another title run? I don't get it. And why would Vince risk losing substantial amounts of money, to remove Benoit from a game? If he can be removed, then he will, but it isn't a big deal.

It isn't even a big set back for WWE (referring to the Benoit tragedy). The company has face - and overcome - muhc greater times than this.

I think that everything will go on like usual but with Vince having a more harsher attitude towards things. I think the drug testings will be upped to at least twice a week and everything will be more intricate when it comes to the health of all of the wrestlers. Personally I think that the WWE will dull down in the excitement.
