It hasn't been that long since Ronda debuted in the WWE, aside from a few appearances at Summerslam 2014, WrestleMania 31 with The Rock, The Mae Young Classic tournament last year, the Royal Rumble two months ago and Elimination Chamber last week and the two RAW episodes over the last couple of weeks, she still hasn't had a real match yet. Rousey's first match won't be until this year's WrestleMania and it's still a month between now and then. Yet she's been criticized for botching moves and messing up on the microphone, which I expected to happen, due to it being the first wrestling angle she's ever been in. The only fighting Rousey has ever done is MMA, which is a lot different from pro wrestling, the only thing that's similar is the grappling and striking but it's under different circumstances. Rousey isn't used to doing it week after week and having it be part of a storyline in the WWE unlike UFC where she only fought maybe once or twice a month and had time to recover from the fights which weren't scripted at all. It's too early to say she doesn't belong in the WWE yet.

Are we watching the same show? The crowd seems pretty behind her.

Why are you getting the impression that people aren't giving her a chance? For what I have seen, the live crowd reactions for her have been great. As far as the people on the internet are concerned, there is no need to take everything seriously. People bitch way to much, and for very good reasons, since the quality of the program has been mediocre (to say the least) for a very long time, and as a result, it creates a very negative environment. I too think that there is no need to judge her so hard, especially since she just made a transition between two completely different worlds. Nevertheless people will think what they want to think, but at the end of the day Rousey in WWE will do a lot more good than harm.

Not give her a chance? She hasn't done anything yet lol Not sure why you are under the impression people aren't supportive. They are waiting to see how she wrestles.

What the hell are you talking about?.. She's the most over act in women's wrestling right now.

This just seems like an attention seeking thread.

Ronda is doing great so far. This mixed tag match is by far the hottest Mania match right now. I think the people who are not giving her a chance are just the loud minority. And there is nothing worse than a loud minority lol jk.

OP is right, there are people just being completely brutal toward Ronda. I was expecting to find it here, pleasantly surprised to see the support for her.

She's going to be big money for WWE. I love her presence, her charisma, and her ability to go from a charming smile to a "KILL YOU WITH ARMBARS" death stare in only a second.

That slam on Triple H was so bad-ass
