Hogan & Eric are getting what, 20+ minutes each episode of TV time, why is AJ getting basically nothing? He even voiced his frustrations (sort of) on twitter. Why would TNA keep arguably the best wrestler on the planet "on the bench"?

I just think they get complacent with him. Same thing happens with Joe all the time (until he got the tag titles). They have done it all with the company, so sometimes they get pushed aside. Not saying I like or agree with it, but it's understandable. The filler feud they put him in with Daniels & Kaz was a flop, but I'm sure they will find something for him to do sooner or later.

They've always been inconsistent with AJ tbh, he's gone from main event to nothing to comedy sidekick. He'll get his push again, also I assume Hogan / Bischoff are obliged to demand X amount of time over the terms of their contracts. Can't say for definite but I can imagine it at least.

Pritchard's done a pretty good job, but the backstage politics have increased quite a bit since he took over creative.

I'm not sure exactly how much pull Eric Bischoff has in creative, but as we know, Eric Bischoff's biggest fan is Eric Bischoff. He wants to make his own main eventers, brother! And we know he's not a fan of X-Division type guys, they're just guys that can get the crowd excited at 8 PM.

Hogan... well... as soon as he came in, the guy who's been a "southern family man" for years got the Ric Flair gimmick, you know, because Styles doesn't have enough personality. Further proof that people who don't watch wrestling shouldn't write wrestling.

I dunno why but it's crazy AJ is without a doubt one of the most talented wrestlers on the planet and why I even started watching TNA in the first place. Backstage politics or not it's not a great move in my eyes and X division is something that keeps TNA exciting so.....

Lagana and Pritchard are the head writers, but Bischoff's always in their ear as producer. Hogan has at least had plenty of input, but not sure if that's still the case.

Not sure if Hogan can book himself a whole bunch of TV time, or if it's just a failed ratings ploy. Probably the latter.
