Why is it so hard to make a comic videogame that isn't a Batman or Spiderman game

I plan on going to college for Videogame developement.... I just want to know why is it so hard to make a comic videogame that isn't batman or spiderman based

why can't we have Green Arrow, Iron Man, Green Lantern, Black Panther, Blade, Captain America, Thor, Shazam, etc.

why is it so hard?

I'm waiting for someone to revive the Superman franchise.. After that disaster for N64, nobody wants to attempt it.

The upcoming Avengers is the first on my shopping 2020 game list.

But The Deadpool game didn't sit well with many.

DCUO WAS a great game now it's like an afterthought

That's why a Unreal Engine or Insomniac Games Ironman or Captain America videogame

Honestly, common heroes for casual fans. As a kid Batman movies, cartoons and Spiderman cartoons later on movies were life

It's just seems that most of the comic book RPG'S have only limited to Batman and his Arkham series and Spiderman various titles this decade.

I just hope that this upcoming Avengers Game starts a new era in Comic RPG games next decade
