He's hardly gotten any promo time for being a legendary manager, he's just kinda there. I feel it would help get the faction over a little bit more if he could actually talk more, has anyone else picked up on this?
Why hasn't Paul Ellering gotten much promo time since becoming the manager of The Final Testament?
