Why do people who "hate" WWE and/or TNA, watch WWE and/or TNA?

This is something I cant, and probably will never be able to completely understand. It doesn't make any sense, and is disgustingly annoying. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, I see people in the shoutbox during WWE programing. Some seem to enjoy the show, others seem to hate it with passion. When I see Peep and/or Roxxi L-w/e during these times, they're usually complaining about how "horrible" the show is, while Kaedon defends it. Its like this every single week. Same deal with TNA impact. The shoutbox is full of people who seemingly hate the product they're receiving, yet they continue to watch it and comment on every single fault they can find, from pyro to lighting. Its worse during Pay Per Views, and I just don't get it. Did I miss something? Is it fun to watch something you obviously hate watching? Its not like its the only thing on TV, you have plenty of options. Turn the damn station for one...watch something you actually enjoy. Its that simple.

Another thing I find funny yet annoying, is when people compare something crappy to something crappier in an attempt to glorify it. IE.

"RAW was bad, but it wasn't as bad as the rat on the pole match TNA had"

...excuse my French but exactly, what the FUCK does a rat on a pole match have to do with a WWE show being mediocre?

"Sharkboy may be lame, but WWE has Festus"

...Again, what does the retardedness (I know its not a word ) of Festus have to do with Sharkboy being lame?

Nobody here can say they hate WWE or TNA. They might not like certain things the company are doing, but ultimately we're all wrestling fans, and usually criticism of TNA is because we all want TNA to succeed, but it's not and it gets frustrating.

I agree with Rell, I don't watch what I don't like.

On the other hand if I haven't watched for a while I will tune into a show and I will likely watch the whole thing if for no other reason than to reaffirm to myself that I need to stay away.

The Rat on a pole match had like 4 mailboxes and insdie 3 were mouse traps and inside 1 was the rat,

But i like watching both shows, sure each company has its week points, but i dont complain
