On smackdown 26/10/12 at the end of the show why did big show pussy out of a brawl? When the big show was pissed off?

True but what's the point in clearing the ring of security and then backing out at the last minute

Smackdown is not live. It is taped on Tuesdays thus 5 days before a pay per view. Also its all for the sake of storyline and making people buy the pay per view. Both Sheamus and Big Show threw around the security officers like pieces of paper to showcase that they are both supposed to be powerful characters. Big Show then ducked out so as to tease the viewers, making them order the pay per view. In kayfabe (as in the story these two actors are showcasing) It's because he doesn't want to risk hurting himself before the pay per view against an opponent that might actually be a challenge.
