If you're talking about the original Doink, then both him and Eugene are good technical wrestlers with... unique gimmicks. Nothing bad to say about either.

Voted for Eugene, meant to vote for Doink. I loved the Eugene character, Doink was alright, but I wouldn't call either overrated.
